Jessica is NOT "the reason" that cobra got evicted. Eviction does not just happen overnight, it is a process that takes weeks to process before being executed. The apartments had started the eviction process before Jessica was even there! Her actions were just more fuel added on the fire, but they were not the cause of his eviction. Cobras behavior is what got him evicted. The apartments most likely waited until winter was over to execute the eviction notice so that he was not tossed out in the cold. all of his actions and his behavior was the only reason he was evicted.
