I'm pretty sure there's not alot that Clint can actually do about Josh thanks to the way the systems in the US are set-up. Even if he somehow managed to get Josh in a group home, without a court order to forcibly keep him there, Josh would be able to just leave whenever he wanted to.

@@MrBob142536truth. I work in mental health and while shutting down state asylums gave many people their rights back there are people who do need institutionalization. It damn near takes an act of congress to get a very ill person in long term inpatient treatment. Cobes is multiple tiers “too well” for that. When those asylums shut down the homeless population exploded bc there were insane people who had no ability to function yet had the rights to just leave group homes. Only time these things are involuntary are if a person is sewer sidal or homie sidal and even those institutional stays are brief generally.
