Neil Diamond has some of the best sing-along songs, ever.
Sure right there, very well put.
My friends and I used to drive around belting out his songs when I was back in college !!
Truth
"Sweet Caroline, ... bah, bah, bah ...!" You can't help but sing that.
Neil is a legend, I have listened to his music for 50 plus years.
"I Am, I Said" "America"
Neil is the best easy sing-along artist ever among other great qualities!
His deep rich voice with musical accompaniment makes his music stand out from other artists. Love it!
I AM I SAID is my fave song by him ,grt ballad
If your heart is torn between two places this song pulls your heart strings. California/Arkansas
Ditto
You should listen to America by Neil Diamond. Will bring tears to your eyes.
That is a great one for sure.
Absolutely. I was going to recommend it as well.
Yes, I love it and he performs it in the movies The Jazz Singer. Awesome
Leah. I do cry everytime. So true!
They play that at every 4th of July celebration now. And why not? It would make a better national anthem than Star Spangled Banner.
Neil Diamond has that velvet voice. Amazing singer/song writer
Neil wrote the songs, the music, put together all of the arrangements, then fronted it all with his guitar and voice. He is a great all round talent.
Neil Diamond has tons of hit songs and I was privileged to see him in concert twice. You need to react to “America”, “Solitary Man”, “Love on the Rocks”, “Shilo”, “Sweet Caroline” plus many more. He is just wonderful. 🥰🥰🥰
Neil Diamond and Shirley Bassey singing "Play Me", absolutely sizzles, the chemistry between them is red hot 💥💥, somebody needed to throw a bucket of water over them 😳😳😳😳
Sing along with Neil. Everyone!
I love everything by Neil Diamond. Just an amazing talent. Was fortunate to see him in concert and one of the best concerts I’d ever been to, and I have been to a LOT. Please react to Brother Love’s Traveling Salvation Show.
I love the jazz singer love on the rocks 💜💜✌🏾✌🏾
Neil Diamond has sold over 100 million records world wide, he is loved all around the world, back in the day people would say he was the Jewish Elvis Presley, not at all politically correct to say the least, but never the less that is part of his history.
I grew up with this music. The sixties and seventies. I love this...
I can't describe how much we love Neil Diamond. All around the world he was beloved. Still amazing. Whole movie about his fans Saving Silverman.
Love Neil!
His songs always tell a story.
Can you please play LOVE ON THE ROCKS
Brother Lives Traveling Salvation Shows is one of his best songs.

I'm old enough to remember hearing this on the radio in 1972. More Neil please!
Neil Diamond what a songwriter 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
This man is one of my all time favorites! Holly Holy, Soolaimon, Brother Love's Travelin' Salvation Show, I Am, I Said, Stones, Shilo, Play Me, Red Red Wine, Thank The Lord for the Nighttime, America and more. He's amazing.
He’s so talented! He could probably sing the phone book!
Neil Diamond also wrote the song "I'm A Believer" which was a huge hit for The Monkees.
"Play Me" and "September Morn" by Niel Diamond....beautiful love songs
neil's "Brother Love's Traveling Salvation Show" captures a great sense of place and building tension just like a old-time preacher in a revival tent.
"Coming To America", is a good one, too.
"America" by Neil Diamond. Wonderful song.
Most singable song I have ever encountered. Thanks
LOVED HIS VOICE AS A KID. HE HAD A DIFFERENT WAY OF DELIVERING HIS SONGS

Hard to believe he went from being a Cantor at his temple, to becoming an international star ⭐️ !
"You don't bring me flowers any more ".- another classic sung with Barbara Streisand.
Neil Diamond is a national treasure. He put on a spectacular concerts back in the day. His discography is extensive. Please react to "Sweet Caroline" and his duet with Barbara Streisand, "You Don't Bring Me Flowers" ❤️

I am I said and many more. Great performance
It took me all of 5 seconds, to put a like on it. I like Neil and respect this man. Ok not the world’s greatest range, but what you get is silky smooth, love the guy.
the fans where than money to him
you could here see a feel it
Fun Fact: This song, written by Neil Diamond, was inspired by the second movement of Mozart's Piano Concerto #2.
He was a great song writer. One of his best along with "I am I said."
Saw him in concert 3 times. What a showman. He sang 3 hours at each one, every song a hit.
My favorite Neil Diamond song is "Solitary Man." I've read that Neil Diamond went to high school with Barbra Streisand and they sang in choir together.
And then listen to Johnny Cash's version of "Solitary Man". One of my favorite songs.
ua-cam.com/video/vRLBdOr1eZo/v-deo.html - Solitary Man
And they did a duet "You Don't Bring Me Flowers", a big hit in the early 80's.
Girl,You'll Be A Woman Soon is one of my favorites of Neil...
the fans where more than money to him
you could see here and feel it
He is soooo right.....You want to sing it and it makes you feel good...... The magic of Neil Diamond. ❤️
Please continue down the Neil Diamond rabbit hole! This isn’t one of my favorites but he has so many great songs!
Wonderful Neil 💚💙💜💛
For you Daddy in heaven! 💙☮️
My brother was born in 1970 and my mom used to sing this to him to get him to sleep. I'm a few years older (8yrs) and I was raised on this man's music... lol
If ya havent yet....Brother Loves Traveling Salvation Show and I am i said as well as Solitary Man....thanks.
Neil Diamond is the best singer ever! Every single song mentioned by others here are great ones.
One of my late father's favourites this song. Always brings a tear
I cant think of any bad songs on any of his albums. He is a a National Treasure. He has some very deep songs of lost love, and then lots of fun songs too. Stones, from the album of the same name, is incredible.
I cannot listen to Neil Diamond without having memories of my late godfather come washing across my mind like a wave runs up a beach. He introduced me to Neil Diamond, we spent hours listening to his music on Kens then state of the art Sansui amp and Gerrard Turntable, through Bose 901 speakers. Those hours are fond memories, and he made it so that system came to me when he departed this earth.
I am having the Sansui restored right now. The turntable has been freshened and the Speakers are waiting. And...it will be Neil Diamond that comes out of that system when it comes to life again. Thank you Kenny, for all the time you gave to me. You will live in my heart as long as their is breath in my body.
This is one of his songs that makes you gently rock back and forth. Try "Holly Holy", the live version. You'll be entranced by it and he oozes passion.
Yer the live version at the BBC is great.
That is good live.
Forgot this one!
Should try "love on the rocks" & "America" by Neil
Javon: Give a listen to "Solitary Man". It is probably his biggest hit, (if not "Sweet Caroline").
I love Solitary Man. ua-cam.com/video/EAtwg1BwKek/v-deo.html
But it's "Girl, You'll Be A Woman Soon" that sends a young teenaged girl over the edge. OMG. :) ua-cam.com/video/vRLBdOr1eZo/v-deo.html
@@itsmissyvonne I forgot about that one. it's also a great song by Neil.
Love Neil !
He is a Legend. He was probably the biggest star in the 70s. Elvis and the Beatles in the 60s. But he was the biggest solo selling artist in the 70s and even the biggest selling solo artist throughout the 80s believe it or not, the record for most sell out concerts. His music catalogue is very dynamic covering many genres, but his voice is his best asset... Many Songs to hear my pal
He wasn't quite the best selling 70s solo artist. That was Elton John. Neil was up there though.
Love Neil Diamond. We took our daughter (2 yrs old at the time) with us to see his movie “The Jazz Singer”. The next day we were in the car and one of his song can on the radio, she start yelling Jazz singer, jazz singer, jazz singer. ..... still today 40 yrs later her favorite singer.🎵🎶🎵❤️💕🎧
I could go on and on about Neil Diamond ❤️
Listen to Brooklyn Roads, Solitary Man, I am I Said, Hello Again, Play Me, You Don’t Bring Me Flowers❤️❤️❤️
Oh my....I spent high school in 1967-1970 and the rest of my life loving Neil Diamond.
Please, please please react to "I am, I said" my angst song for 50+ years...
.
Neil had more great songs that were so easy to sing along too. He is said to be the best live act. He always gave audiences way more than they were expecting. This is one of my top 5 Diamond songs. Brother Love's Travelin Salvation Show...Coming To America...I Am I Said...Shiloh. Only scratching the surface here...any of his hits are great for me. Nice reaction J. Wish you could have seen one of his concerts back in the day. He was awesome.
You have a lot of work to do with this talented musician(artist) and his voice. Nobody compares with Neil. A huge thumbs up for this song.
My parents are extreme Neil fans and I grew up listening to him a lot. He is great! I think my favorite is Cracklin' Rosie.
Cracklin Rosie is a gem.
“America” and “ I am, I Said” are great.
Love this song! VERY talented guy. Another one that was underrated. Loved your reaction.
The Music Man!
You would LOVE the movie, "The Jazz Singer" with Neil Diamond!
Neil Diamond is one of the greatest artists/ musicians of all time, in my opinion. I love his voice and the songs he sings are so beautiful. I have many of his records, my favorite being " Hot August Night" . Thank you for sharing your reactions to this song, I enjoyed very much.
My aunt's favorite singer! She plays him often 😊
Love love this song and many many more! I got introduced to him when I was eleven years old ! Loved his music ever since!
Remember he also wrote "I'm a Believer" that you listened to by the Monkees.
This is cool. We learned to sing this at school. 💖💖💖👍
8th grade chorus all we sang was Neil Diamond songs 💗
Really Smart 😂😂😂👍
Really Smart How do you find these lovely hidden gems? It’s precious how shy Henry Winkler looks in real life. 😍 Was that beautiful blonde lady at 2.38 ONJ? 💖💖💖
Coming to America is a great tune.
What a great selection. This guy is iconic! "Dry Your Eyes" one of many more classics!
Loved his music during The Last Waltz. movie...
Oh taking me back to 8th grade chorus. Every song we did was a Neil Diamond song. Such a wonderful artist 💗
Love his voice.
Love this song!!
Oh my, you know how songs take you back and you can picture the times listening to it? This tune always transports me to lazy summer days at the cottage in the early 70’s when we only had a radio to listen to and this song was hugely popular. Great times.
Such a singular voice.
Neil wrote so many great song but none the less my favorites are his cover of A Free Man In Paris and God only Knows.
Love on the rocks
Beautiful voice. Beautiful song.
My favorite Neal D song
Great song
Oh, he's doing Neil?! Whooohooo! Put me down for The Story of My Life and Hello Again.
He has a huge library, (he wrote hit songs for The Monkees and The Partridge Family), and had albums worth of his own hits.
Donny Osmond even sang "A Little Bit Me. A little Bit You".
Love his viice
love Neil..please listen to I Am I Said, Hello Again and America...all great songs
Neil made a movie ... Called the jazz singer about a young Jewish canter that left the synagog to become a secular singer - and how he made his way back - amazing movie with spectacular music - a must see !!!
