Your recipes are the best ma'am.. Tried the banaana smoothie.. I had thought it won't taste good if we use water. But turns out I was completely wrong. It tasted "AMAZING" 😂 and I guess contained very less calories
Looks like u need to change iur blender, can see many chunks of nuts and fruits even after blending. Almonds should always be soaked and peeled before using for max benefit
This video came up on my feed randomly. Made the oats banana smoothie, loved it. Easy to make and tastes great. For lazy ppl like me😉 u cud soak the oats fr a few hours or overnight instead of roasting. This will get rid of some of the phytic acid which inhibits the absorption of nutrients. For the same reason soaked almonds are better. I did leave a few pieces of banana, almond as I like a little texture. Great recipe Dr.S. Will try the others

I loved the part where you explained the benifits of oats and these recipes are indeed very healthy and nutritious but aapne juth bola k coco wali smoothie tasty hoti h, ek dum tatti taste tha uska and ap plz blend blend blend mat bola kariyo bhot irritating lagta h voh, merko apka aisa bolna bilkul pasand nhi aaya.
All look smashing ... but what about the quantities - i'm sure that makes all the difference in the world! Possible to mention in grams rather than cups...metric system is easier i guess.

If you soak oats whole night are you using the same water for smoothie or you're using another water
@@adiniralte8118 I discard the water. Even if u soak fr 20-30 mins it will reduce the phytic acid ;) hope this helpsand Happy Dushhera
