I just tried making cold coffee with that concoction and my mind is blown!!! You don’t really smell the cardamom in the coffee but it does give a richness to the drink. Also as a regular coffee drinker I’m gonna make this concoction on a very regular basis and give a shot in a hot version.

made normal cold coffee with around 100mL of milk ½ spoon powder + 1½ spoon water + 1½ sugar + ½ elaichi mixed to dissolve the sugar then heated till boil let it cool added it all to cup poured milk forgot to put water in freezer to make ice drank without ice awesome recipe

Ranveer sir, at home there were only two types of coffee - phentee hui coffee in winters and cold coffee topped with vanilla ice cream in summer. As a person who hankered after coffee from the ripe old age of 7 MONTHS (me and my twin created so much ruckus that my parents surrendered and we tasted our first cold coffee and rest is history...), my salute to you for bringing back those memories of 'garmiyon ki chhuttiyaan'. BTW, since you are in Mumbai, the hot coffee is also made by adding green cardamom, especially the morning coffee. Do try it, it does add another dimension to the taste.

@@ankitachakranarayan5289 I believe 2-3 weeks, maybe even longer. Of course, you would run out of it quickly if you used it everyday or for more multiple people at a time. It has truly been very useful for me.

@@bhav263 Yes, I always store it in a glass container. So far, I've only made the home style coffee. Having this in the fridge just makes it very convenient.
