I've had that situation....go very carefully. After 5wks I stupidly mentioned how much I still loved her and we have now spent another month of no contact. She has me on Facebook and Instagram but I'm now moving forward and trying to deviate my energy so she comes back. The month of being friends was really nice and we both enjoyed it.
My gf broke up with me in April and blocked me everywhere and I applied all of these concepts without being aware of this video (didnt even know we had tactics to "win" an ex back). June was her birthday month, so after a month of no contact, i went to see her and made her month special, all the way till her birthday. She unblocked me on whatsapp right on day 1 of seeing her and we keep talking every single day. I apologized for my mistakes and genuinely changed for the better. She is always so busy (sometimes too busy to see me) and i feel she is devoid of emotions for me at times. Go no contact, nothing, not a single message, even do NOT reply (if you guys are not living together, or have a child in common & such stuff) - focus on career +sport + hobbies + passions allthroughout the next 40 days - only 4 alcohol units per week, dont lie to yourself. Do not speak with strangers or new guys you meet about your personal life to much, avoid the Ex-Story at all costs, it should not phase you. First week additional focus on = nothing else - isolate yourself, dont listen to music, do not watch TV but instead read or clean the house (such the shit in and dont let it control you via emotions) Second week focus = family, when near and you have a good relationship. If not possible somehow, than reach out to guy-friends you have not seen a while, not the closest ones (you get social again and you force yourself to go out and partake in meeting up = basicly the opposite of week 1) Third week focus = friends and bro's, start to go out to have fun, NOT to chase girls. Avoid all those chickas, be absolutly polite, but think to yourself something like "no, thanks, but fuck yourself". Its important, that you are able to distant yourself from the lady-world. Have fun when going out, dance on the floor with the intention NOT to dance with a lady, just you alone. (you focus on one level more of sociality, excluded the women, focus on fun and normal interactions) Fourth week focus = like week 1 Fifth week focus = like week 2 but include week 3 Sixth week focus = like week 2 + 3 but you try to get sexual with other women, but in a relaxed way, do not force it (remind yourself of week 3 "no, thanks, but fuckyourself lady" inner monologue) If you dont get a nice side-chick or sexual adventure between day 35 and 42, than wait til your Ex is reaching out. If you and your Ex should meet up, than speak almost nothing (I mean, dont make it akward), sleep with her if she initiate it, but be different, take her unusual, maybe harder than normally, or in harder positions or different locations. DO NOT CUDDLE afterward, comes the best when you kick her out, after you had sex. That's sad. Sorry to hear that. Monkey-branching is pretty common because most people need someone else to help fill the void. Your ex could be rebounding unless there was real attraction between them. Wait for a better time before interacting with her, however, don't wait around doing nothing. Take a leap of faith on a new path as well because you never know where life can take you, which may be better without your ex who chose someone else over you and especially if their relationship lasts for 6 months or more. I didn’t start no contact right away. I’m a week behind. There are days where we didn’t speak or there’s many hours between text so not frequent messages and calls as there were when we were together. I didn’t block them and we haven’t argued. I just made sure to not send multiple text nor ask why there’s many gaps and I didn’t question them on time between calls nor text
Thanks for sharing your story. For your sake, just please make sure there's at least a month or so of complete silence between you two. As to texting habit you've adapted when texting your ex, that's good practice -- if you've already finished the 30-day "no contact" rule.

Might be the case. Similar situation but little different happened with me. My ex is blocking me on different social media platform with 4-5 days intervals when i am in no contact. Sometimes Instagram sometimes whatsapp. Sometimes removing me from Instagram. Then hiding dp. Then blocking. I felt he did so that i could react on why is he doing this way. But i didn't react to it. It's 3 weeks since our breakup and 3 weeks since no contact. I hope we get back soon 😢 also hope that you get back your ex

You have every right to ask for the money back. Casually mention it and try to see if she can commit to a date as to when she'd be able to pay you back to prevent miscommunications. Other than that, you can proceed to have a fun and lighthearted conversation with her and act accordingly or move the situation forward if ang when it progresses. How are things with her currently? My ex became instantly friendly when we broke up, nearly begging to be friends, and suggested rather than me coming and getting my stuff straight away, she would fold them for me and meet up with them. The next day when I was getting the last of my things, as I went to leave she said "Don't be a stranger, you know where I am". Yeah, it’s fine to send a quick one-line Happy Birthday text (or meme is maybe even better actually) during No Contact. Stick to NC for another 3 weeks minimum though, even if your ex replies to your birthday text. Good luck!

Is your ex trying to contact you about something really important, like an emergency, unpaid bills, or something equally urgent? These are reasons to respond, including messages where they get angry due to your lack of response. I've had that situation....go very carefully. After 5wks I stupidly mentioned how much I still loved her and we have now spent another month of no contact. She has me on Facebook and Instagram but I'm now moving forward and trying to deviate my energy so she comes back. The month of being friends was really nice and we both enjoyed it.
My gf broke up with me in April and blocked me everywhere and I applied all of these concepts without being aware of this video (didnt even know we had tactics to "win" an ex back). June was her birthday month, so after a month of no contact, i went to see her and made her month special, all the way till her birthday. My girlfriend and I broke up Saturday night I hope we can get back together.
Go no contact, nothing, not a single message, even do NOT reply (if you guys are not living together, or have a child in common & such stuff) - focus on career +sport + hobbies + passions allthroughout the next 40 days - only 4 alcohol units per week, dont lie to yourself. Do not speak with strangers or new guys you meet about your personal life to much, avoid the Ex-Story at all costs, it should not phase you.
First week additional focus on = nothing else - isolate yourself, dont listen to music, do not watch TV but instead read or clean the house (such the shit in and dont let it control you via emotions)
Second week focus = family, when near and you have a good relationship. If not possible somehow, than reach out to guy-friends you have not seen a while, not the closest ones (you get social again and you force yourself to go out and partake in meeting up = basicly the opposite of week 1)
Third week focus = friends and bro's, start to go out to have fun, NOT to chase girls. Avoid all those chickas, be absolutly polite, but think to yourself something like "no, thanks, but fuck yourself". Its important, that you are able to distant yourself from the lady-world. Have fun when going out, dance on the floor with the intention NOT to dance with a lady, just you alone.
(you focus on one level more of sociality, excluded the women, focus on fun and normal interactions)
Fourth week focus = like week 1
Fifth week focus = like week 2 but include week 3
Sixth week focus = like week 2 + 3 but you try to get sexual with other women, but in a relaxed way, do not force it (remind yourself of week 3 "no, thanks, but fuckyourself lady" inner monologue)
If you dont get a nice side-chick or sexual adventure between day 35 and 42, than wait til your Ex is reaching out.

I didn’t start no contact right away. I’m a week behind. There are days where we didn’t speak or there’s many hours between text so not frequent messages and calls as there were when we were together. I didn’t block them and we haven’t argued. I just made sure to not send multiple text nor ask why there’s many gaps and I didn’t question them on time between calls nor text

Might be the case. Similar situation but little different happened with me. My ex is blocking me on different social media platform with 4-5 days intervals when i am in no contact. Sometimes Instagram sometimes whatsapp. Sometimes removing me from Instagram. Then hiding dp. Then blocking. I felt he did so that i could react on why is he doing this way. But i didn't react to it. You have every right to ask for the money back. Casually mention it and try to see if she can commit to a date as to when she'd be able to pay you back to prevent miscommunications. My ex became instantly friendly when we broke up, nearly begging to be friends, and suggested rather than me coming and getting my stuff straight away, she would fold them for me and meet up with them. The next day when I was getting the last of my things, as I went to leave she said "Don't be a stranger, you know where I am". If your ex continually messages you, then it’s important to put your ex’s messages into context, more so if this happened during the “no contact” phase. These are reasons to respond, including messages where they get angry due to your lack of response. If your relationship lasted 6 months or less, then it's best to believe him. Otherwise did you came on too strong? What were you both talking about? But more importantly, have you cut off contact yet for at least 30 days yet? If you had, then your connection is still at a fragile place, so avoid serious topics or talks about feelings so things won't get awkward or for your ex to get defensive. That's quite an exhausting dynamic you two have. With on-and-off relationships, oftentimes this is a sign of underlying issues which have been left unaddressed for quite some time. It may be time to put things into perspective while it's still early because in 14 years spent as a relationship online coach alone, I find that a breakup is often NOT just one person's fault, so look at the roles that you've BOTH played that led to the breakup and if the issues have a chance to get resolved, and how to go about it. That kind of behaviour coming from your ex is somewhat expected after a fresh/recent breakup. That's why you ought to give it enough time where there's totally no contact between you and your ex for at least 30 days.
