Cool! The first path towards moving on and getting an ex back follows the same route. Space does help put things into perspective and it's always best to take your time in deciding first so there'll be no regrets in the end. As I always say, the decision is ultimately up to you. I think you ought to chill for a bit. Take time to process the breakup. As tough as it may be, it's always best to come to terms with the breakup and the fact that you're both single now. You doing the "no contact" rule neither prevents nor encourages your ex to go with someone new. In other words there's really nothing you can do to keep your ex from getting with someone new if they want to. Chances are your girl has been at least emotionally cheating on you. Hi Brad, I purchased your course and I have a quick question for you. I think my situation can help many beacuse it is what happens in a majority of cases, probably. I know the right techinques in order to get an ex back now, but I did not when my ex girlfriend broke up with me about 2 and a half months ago due to me being angry and worried for her becoming more and more distant. After 10 days of No Contact, I texted her in order to discuss. She was not really interested in talking with me, but I have been urgent and we have been in contact via text and calls up to day 25th. I managed to sincerely apologize for my initial anger that led to the brake up, but she confirmed she did not want to be with me anymore and accused me of being wrong again by contacting her insistently in order to apologize. In fact, she appeared not interested in my apology in the first place. So then I applied No Contact for about 40 more days (25th - 65th). During the 45th day or so, she told my best friend she was really angry for the fact I texted her with urgency after the brake up trying to fix things. No, no, and no. Don't do any of that. If your ex has the "Grass is Greener" Syndrome, realize and accept that this is outside your control and really the best you can do is becoming the best version of yourself and vibrate higher, which means NOT taking less than what you deserve and not settling to just becoming an option, especially if this used to be a stable relationship between you two. She's likely taken you for granted, so you don't really need that in your life. Use the law of attraction. You deserve love and worth of love, so you can only attract love. If she goes away from it, then you repelled her and will most likely attract her back if she vibrates as high as you. Otherwise, be open to new people that's on your level. Be strong

For stubborn folks, yes it does. So give space. Now with the trauma, that's solely your ex's responsibility to work on that, assuming you weren't the one who caused or contributed to it.

The best way is to go radio silent after you've been dumped. There's no need to text your ex to stop texting you as it would sound like you're being bitter about it...which I know you are, but there's really no point in telling your ex that.

It should but it really depends why you broke up the first two times. It's especially bad if these breakups happen in a short span of time, but not so if it's a long term relationship. Average time is 30 days but can go anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks in usual cases. If there's been some endless begging and/or refusing to cut off contact on your end, however, I usually suggest to give it more time, around 2 months or even more. Cheating instances are different if you've cheated, could be longer or shorter depending on how your ex reacts. Do take note that in some instances where the dumpee just couldn't take the hint and continually bugs their ex for months, there comes a time where the ex reaches a "breaking point" and confirms it's the right decision to break up and becomes hellbent in moving on from you. If your ex has a mental disorder like depression, bipolar disorder, IED, NPD, or the like, the most loving thing you can do is to give each other space while he gets help. Encourage your ex to seek treatment because this is something only a therapist specializing on this can handle, even this is outside of my scope. I know it can be incredibly tough knowing you’ve given it your best shot, yet your partner still fails to appreciate it or is breaking up despite it being a good relationship. By begging, it shows how you're not respecting your ex's need for space and time at the moment. Can't you see? In other words, you're making it hard for your ex to be attracted to you again. Your best bet is still to cut off contact completely for around a month or even more in order to clear your heads. You'd increase your chances of getting your ex back if you've got your sh*t together than if you were doing the opposite of the no contact rule which is begging/pleading or negotiating/trying to woo your ex again. Well, there are a few rare who take their exes back if you beg/plead but it hardly ever lasts since these people are taking their exes back out of pity. Cool! The first path towards moving on and getting an ex back follows the same route. Space does help put things into perspective and it's always best to take your time in deciding first so there'll be no regrets in the end. As I always say, the decision is ultimately up to you. You know your situation and your ex best. Sometimes a relationship can be salvaged and worth the save but sometimes it isn't, especially if there's cheating or some other type of abuse involved. It's your life and it's your decision.
Not trying to be rude, but it's different for guys. As a girl, you have the option to go out and date other people, but most guys don't have that option. So while you might not want him back, there's a good chance that he's still in agony, missing you, and is unable to find another girl who's willing to go out with him. It's good you don't want him back, but try to have some empathy for what he's going through.

I think you ought to chill for a bit. Take time to process the breakup. As to being blocked, I don't see this as a cause for concern really, unless you've done something really epic to mess things up or really hurt your ex, there's no reason to worry as much, really, because it could be due to the top 3 reasons I've stated on this vid: y2u.be/fjtv90o9bkI Blocking you could just be your ex’s way of coping so I wouldn’t worry too much about it if I were you, at least not initially. So give it time. If you stay blocked after months though, then that’s another story, especially if you have no other means of communication or have no mutual friends. As tough as it may be, it's always best to come to terms with the breakup and the fact that you're both single now. You doing the "no contact" rule neither prevents nor encourages your ex to go with someone new. In other words there's really nothing you can do to keep your ex from getting with someone new if they want to. It's too soon to be back in contact with each other. So needless to say, that kind of behaviour coming from your ex is somewhat expected after a fresh/recent breakup. It's going to be an uphill battle for sure with kid/s involved and/or usually other responsibilities still tied to your ex, but it's best you do limited contact or what I call the dynamic "no contact" rule. I know the right techinques in order to get an ex back now, but I did not when my ex girlfriend broke up with me about 2 and a half months ago due to me being angry and worried for her becoming more and more distant. After 10 days of No Contact, I texted her in order to discuss. She was not really interested in talking with me, but I have been urgent and we have been in contact via text and calls up to day 25th. I managed to sincerely apologize for my initial anger that led to the brake up, but she confirmed she did not want to be with me anymore and accused me of being wrong again by contacting her insistently in order to apologize. In fact, she appeared not interested in my apology in the first place. So then I applied No Contact for about 40 more days (25th - 65th). During the 45th day or so, she told my best friend she was really angry for the fact I texted her with urgency after the brake up trying to fix things. The 55th day I become aware of these real methods and I purchased your course and started applying it diligently. The 65th day I texted her your exact Clean Slate Email (from your course). She has not responded and I continued with strict No Contact up to now (85th day). Should I also apologize since the Clean Slate Email does not contain apologies? No, no, and no. Don't do any of that. If your ex has the "Grass is Greener" Syndrome, realize and accept that this is outside your control and really the best you can do is becoming the best version of yourself and vibrate higher, which means NOT taking less than what you deserve and not settling to just becoming an option, especially if this used to be a stable relationship between you two. She's likely taken you for granted, so you don't really need that in your life. Use the law of attraction. You deserve love and worth of love, so you can only attract love. Average time is 30 days but can go anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks in usual cases. If there's been some endless begging and/or refusing to cut off contact on your end, however, I usually suggest to give it more time, around 2 months or even more. Cheating instances are different if you've cheated, could be longer or shorter depending on how your ex reacts. Do take note that in some instances where the dumpee just couldn't take the hint and continually bugs their ex for months, there comes a time where the ex reaches a "breaking point" and confirms it's the right decision to break up and becomes hellbent in moving on from you. So the bottom line is the "no contact" rule is best applied when the breakup is still fresh. Encourage your ex to seek treatment because this is something only a therapist specializing on this can handle, even this is outside of my scope. I am 1st love of my ex, he was perfect like a dream come true but due to some reasons , he was battling mentally from a very long time ,he was bottling up all those emotions silently inside him until that thing ate him up and is feeling 100 % drained now he feels no emotions, totally numb now. he broke up saying that he does not have any energy rn to be in a relationship , although he said if it happens again in future then maybe we will come together , if not then not,ik he lost 8kgs too. even after breakup he said that there will be no girl for him that he can feel like this with her,he was so obsessed with me at a time and now he broke up like i have no value to him. he did so much for me like a 100% perfect boyfriend .it was once in a lifetime type of love ,he still.believes that i am his perfect soulmate that met him at the wrong time, he cannot ever replace or forget me, 4 months felt like 4 years with him , now he thinks it was a right person wrong timing thing .he also wanted to marry me he told his friends and family about me, they liked me too, everyone wanted us together. I begged and pleaded a lot for 20 days, now i am in no contact since 10 days, it's been a month since breakup
even in future he will never get engaged with anyone else other than me if i am not there
How do i get him back in a proper committed relationship again ?!
How can he love me so much and not be in a relationship with me at the same time ? How do i heal him so that he become mentally stable and want a relationship with me again? He is emotionally exhausted and does not want a relationship right now
It's not your job to heal him or anyone for that matter. It's his responsibility to work on that. The best you can do for both of you is to give him space to work on yourselves.
