  • Do you constantly feel like you never have enough time? Do you even wake up hopeful that you can change this only to feel yourself falling right back into the same cycle yet again? What if I told you that this has a lot more to do with several other deep-rooted factors than time itself? In this video, I talk about the reasons you may be feeling such a lack of time no matter how your day goes. Then I will discuss a mindset shift that addresses the 2 reasons we feel emotional pain in any situation: 1) Unmet needs and 2) Painful beliefs and directly relate how to use this when it comes to feeling like you just never have the time that you want in your life. This mindset shift tackles the problem at its roots and of course involves the subconscious mind to truly change this cycle once and for all!
