Today we went back to the old stomping grounds in Cebu City to some of the craziest neighbourhoods here and I Nearly Married in Cebu City Craziest Neighbourhood, we started in Ermita and then went to Pasil and di the usual met up with local Filipino people had lots of laughs food and red horse :)
