Exist (Audio essay with captions)

I wrote this a long time ago when I was in a much darker place, but I feel it is a nice enough writing to turn into a video. Anyone who is struggling, try writing down your thoughts and feelings in this way and see if letting out that emotion helps. It has always helped me in those dark moments.
