Hey Mere, is it better to just work out once a day or is it ok to do short intense workouts multiple times a day? Just curious? I'm trying to get in great shape and I am seeing definite results but would like to see much more progress. I am starting to be able to do a lot more than I was because my core os getting stronger. Whatever time works for you and your schedule! ❤ Your program includes exercises with follow along videos, as well as a workout calendar within your program manual that tells you exactly which workouts to do on each day!👍 If you want more of a challenge, and feel comfortable and able, you can do it 2-3 times through and incorporate other workouts from my videos to focus on specific areas! ua-cam.com/channels/zf7_6DY2qiLv6ujWEd_ucw.html. 😊💪

Do you know how many workout videotapes I used to have and how many dvds I still have & truthfully, I'm sure someone found those ones helpful but until your channel, I just never felt that it started out simplistic or doable enough for how overweight I am and how out of shape that I WAS! Now I feel great and take snip its from multiple of your videos and incorporate my own from yours. When doing those laying down, how do keep you head down?
You can place a small rolled towel or cushion under your head for support to keep it comfortably down while doing the exercises, Karen. 😊
