    please read this if possible: my question is: I am a doctor and when working, I work for around 10 to 12 hours a day, apart from my to and fro travel time of 2 hours. I also have to study for atleast 3 to 4 hours to keep up with my career goals. Then, say 2 hours go in getting fresh, having meals, etc. 5 to 6 hours of sleep. Even though I love working out, I really have no energy left by the end of the day, nor any time at the start of the day. I have never been able to be regular at gym.
    weight loss was easy for me, I controlled my diet and worked out thrice a week atleast and lost around 16 kgs in 3 months during summer from 93 kgs to 77kgs. But I am really struggling to gain muscle. I am already 27yrs old and will have a busier schedule as I upgrade in my career. I dont know what to do. Do we have a solution?

    before workout: 60gm oats+1/2 scoop whey+one banana+1/2 apple+1 tablespoon peanut butter
    after workout: 1 and 1/2 scoop whey+2-3 brown breads

    Thanks Tarun for this informative video. Tarun just for the info about Chana and Soyabean seed kept in the water at night and having in the morning on empty stomach which is advised by my friend and said that this will work as energy booster. Does this work? I'm bit confused.

    Hello Tarun, m a big fan of urs, really appreciate all the knowlege you share with all of us out here. I am 34 yr old, was into fitness 5 years back and then got lazy and sucked into life , I have gotten fat ever since i m 82 kgs for a height of 5ft8in. I want to start gymming again, but am confused about how to start , can i start with weight training or as i got to hear from some friends that i need to start with cardio, please help with your advice.I have tried to start multiple times but as i saw no real results i just gave up every single time. My ultimate goal is to get muscular and ripped, please help me with a plan that i can follow. - ManyThanks - SKPanda.

    8:00 - wakeup
    8:15 - cup of oats with milk
    8:45 - 3 eggwhites and 2 whole eggs
    9:00 - 2 bananas (with some blueberries)
    9:15 - pre-supp. :the curse
    9:30- 10:40 WORKOUT (push/legs/pull/rest) routine
    Is it ok? Are there some cons?

    fruit not as post workout?? I don't get it coz we need fast digesting food means fruits like banana and protein as post workout. and we take carbs and protein after an hour.

    Sir in this vedio you talked about the people who go to gym in the morning but what about the people who go in evening..? They also have to follow the same diet?

    It's really informative video. I usually have my whey protein along with a shake which includes milk 200 ml, 2 bananas, 2 scoops of oats and peanut butter after workout. so is it ok? why m here in confusion because you said in this video that we should not have fruits after workout. Can you please give me idea about it. It would be very helpful.

    but most of the studies says that taking post workout sugar will help to to spike your insulin level which will help you to replenish your glycogen levels faster for hypertrophy
