I also have to study for atleast 3 to 4 hours to keep up with my career goals. Then, say 2 hours go in getting fresh, having meals, etc. 5 to 6 hours of sleep. Even though I love working out, I really have no energy left by the end of the day, nor any time at the start of the day. I have never been able to be regular at gym. weight loss was easy for me, I controlled my diet and worked out thrice a week atleast and lost around 16 kgs in 3 months during summer from 93 kgs to 77kgs. But I am really struggling to gain muscle. I am already 27yrs old and will have a busier schedule as I upgrade in my career. I dont know what to do. Do we have a solution?
