You’re nailing it at the moment Kris
I remember Jordan Peterson once said that the thing young men are lacking the most is encouragement… and it sat with me so well. When I listened to him say that back along I couldn’t remember that last time someone actually encouraged me.

Thanks, Kris. I knew this video would be worth it.
As a 26-year-old guy who's been stuck in a rut and while living with my disabled mom, hope & optimism have carried me to this point. While I haven't yet had my first big win, I'd rather struggle toward success than not try. Living through this period, I've proved my resilience to myself. My habits, discipline, EQ, & mindset have all improved significantly in the last 3 years. Even if things don't go my way, I know I'll keep going. Remember guys, we can't lose if we don't give up.

Kris you’re exactly right. Social media makes it look like anyone who isn’t a millionaire is a loser.
I’m 27, have a new build detached house in Cheshire, BMW on the drive and earn £55k per annum. If you add my wife’s income we earn £100k combined. Hoping to get promoted to VP in the company I work for in the summer which will take me to the mid 60k’s.
When I sit back and take stock I’m like wow we have done well so far. I’m excited at where I can get to!
Edit: I also don’t want to brag.. It’s nothing compared to some people but if I look at the statistics for guys in their 20’s I’m right up there.

Kris I am internally grateful for your channel. Your channel has by far had the biggest impact on my life out of any I’ve watched. First started watching you when I’d just turned 18 and was in a rough spot.
Currently 20 years old, own a business which I’m profiting 4-5k a month from at the moment, but will be at $20k + by the end of the year. I’m in decent shape, stronger than the average guy my age, 3-4 months into boxing training, and am 6ft 1 tall.
Yet up until xmas I felt I was doing terrible in life. It was only when I met up with some of my old friends and they we’re all complimenting my work ethic, that I realised I’m not doing too bad.
And what’s even more motivating, is that I know I am just 1 year or so away of being WAY ahead of everyone.
Thank you for all the content Kris, I am hopeful at some point we will cross paths and I’ll be able to thank you in person for the positive impact you’ve had on my life.

@@LewisMount_ the problem is i am terribly afraid of taking action to put myself out there, i'm not that scared of making mistakes that only affect me but i am really afraid if they affect others and if they make me embarrass or expose myself in front of authority or people who rely on my work and it stops me from progressing in my career path, taking the advice of just not being scared really rarely works and isn't consistent. Other than that I take care of myself well, I go to the gym, eat healthy, learn stuff on a daily basis and if there is stuff i have to do for my family or friends i do it, it's just the career situation making my situation really bad. I appreciate if you read it this far, my comment came out to be longer than i thought it would be.

00:00 📢 A new course on life setup, framing, and body language is available with a unique approach, aiming to revolutionize the men's industry.
02:35 💡 The video explores the concept of brainwashing among men under 30, discussing societal pressures, media influences, and mental health impacts.
05:23 🌟 Optimism and belief in potential are highlighted as crucial for personal growth and success, emphasizing the importance of self-awareness and opportunity recognition.
10:14 🔍 The media is criticized for perpetuating unrealistic standards for men and women, contributing to a culture of delusion and dissatisfaction.
13:55 💪 The portrayal of confidence and success in media contrasts sharply with reality, with most people being average or normal, challenging common perceptions of achievement and attractiveness.
16:34 🎯 There's a call to reevaluate personal success and ambitions, recognizing individual achievements and avoiding comparison to unrealistic standards perpetuated by media and societal narratives.
17:57 🤔 There's a significant disparity between perception and reality when it comes to the rarity of certain desirable traits in men.
19:49 💭 Social media and media portrayal contribute to creating unrealistic standards and delusions, especially regarding male attractiveness and success.
21:13 📉 A lack of optimism among men under 30 is a concerning trend, potentially leading to mental health issues and decreased drive.
23:18 📉 Statistics highlight the negative outcomes associated with growing up in fatherless homes, suggesting a potential cause for the lack of optimism among young men.
26:29 💡 Many young men lack realistic perspectives on success, wealth, and status, influenced by social media portrayals and misconceptions about societal norms.
30:38 🧠 The media's influence, along with societal pressures, contributes to young men feeling inadequate and distant from achieving success or fulfillment.
34:47 🤔 Questioning societal norms and media portrayals can lead to a more realistic understanding of success and happiness, helping combat feelings of inadequacy.
36:06 🚶‍♂ Dressing well and being in decent shape can attract attention and boost confidence when walking down the street.
37:02 💡 Media often creates a delusion of success, making achievements seem unattainable, when in reality, success often comes down to timing, luck, and making good decisions.
38:41 🏃‍♂ Growing up in a competitive environment fosters a mindset of striving for success and not being intimidated by others' achievements.
39:34 🤔 Many men have internalized unrealistic standards perpetuated by media, leading to feelings of inadequacy and unrealistic expectations.
40:16 🌊 Young men are advised to focus on personal development and success rather than settling down prematurely, as societal pressures and unrealistic standards can be overwhelming.
41:10 💡 Achieving success may be closer than perceived, with small changes and decisions potentially leading to significant progress.
42:47 💬 Starting a UA-cam channel or pursuing success often involves simply taking action and improving gradually, without needing to obsess over perfecting every aspect initially.
45:29 🌐 The online world often distorts reality, creating unrealistic perceptions of success and leading to feelings of inadequacy.
46:11 🎯 The path to success often involves consistent effort, self-improvement, and persistence, rather than relying solely on innate talent or luck.
48:19 👀 Observing real-world situations can provide valuable perspective and help counteract unrealistic expectations perpetuated by social media and other online platforms.
51:12 💰 Many portrayals of success online are exaggerated or fabricated, and achieving real success often involves facing challenges and making sacrifices behind the scenes.
52:32 🩸 People's public personas often conceal private struggles, and what appears perfect on the surface may not reflect reality.
53:29 😔 People often conceal their struggles behind a facade of success, leading to misconceptions and unrealistic expectations.
54:22 💰 Many individuals fake wealth and success online, leading to a culture of deceit and unrealistic comparisons.
55:05 📉 Living beyond one's means to maintain appearances can lead to financial instability and long-term consequences.
55:34 🔄 Consistently sustainable lifestyles are more reliable indicators of success and should be sought after for advice and guidance.
56:01 💬 Beware of individuals who boast about their accomplishments but show little improvement over time, as their claims may not be as credible as they seem.

That’s exactly what i thought recently. A few days ago i went to a volunteer event. Before that we were all added to one group in a social media. So i was just curious with whom i will have to work, so i checked their profiles and i saw so many cool fotos, some were taken in a beautiful places, some were talen next to expensive things, girls were wearing expensive clothes, guys had photos from gym or from fighting clubs, the looks on their faces were telling me “im better than you” and i honestly felt down. But when i met them at an event, i saw just ordinary people, in casual clothes, nothing flashy, they spoke like normal people, behaved like normal people. And thats when i understood, that social media and real life are not the same.

I must live in an above-average city, because most guys my age just are objectively fitter and better-looking than me (judging by who I see out on the streets, downtown, or in the gym). Crazy competition here

Started to watch 1M 3 years ago when i couldn’t go to Gym during Cov and lost my GF within this crisis. The passion to restart again and climb again as a man was gone for a year. I was always in shape but without a gym equipment it’s very difficult to push to limits and maintain society given external „confidence“/respect for it. But, what filled me was the male advantage narrative from 1M, and it’s fcking true. Now I turned 30 recently, changed my look, act mature and build up about 6kg FFM on top from then. Damn you go through public and people are watching like I’m a fcking alien. Stealing their souls just by being present, in shape and well dressed. And by far: I am just 5’6. We need this male advantage narrative, to walk towards it and become an outlier. Last thing on the journey Will be: being big in local Fitnessindustry. I don’t like the “Money“ Frame, but in the spiritual and esoteric scene I can frame myself perfectly and for this sensitive girls I am very much the niche-alpha guy, cause ain’t no soyboy esotericism beta vibes @ all with me.
Go for it guys, grind and grow in silenced 20s, show up in early 30s

I had this realization too, i kept bashing myself for not being "the same" as people in my industry with a flashy lifestyle. But it hit me ive in 3 years reached goals that younger me would have never imagined and all because of increments and spreadsheets. I have to literally make new outrageous goals, i am 1%. But ive been viewing myself as average. Thank you for this video.

Hey Kris. The movie The Creator was shot on a Sony FX3 sensor which is $4,000 The movie is one of the better looking sci-fi films in the last half decade. I’m not sure if this would be a good camera for your purposes but it’s very affordable compared to most Hollywood camera setups.

from the youngest points in my life the main thing my dad would tell me is "you have to work" that's it. He didn't care what it was in, how I was getting money, didn't matter. You have to work. Got super blessed to have a strong male role model like my dad. He was an immigrant who started a successful business and now he's in his 70s, dates several women, good health, well known, the most elite at what he does in our city, maybe state even, and travels the world

Calculating how “rare” you are is irrelevant. What potential parters expect/demand is what matters. Be “top 0.1%” or “1 of 1” doesn’t matter when people are looking for and think they deserve unicorns

What a wonderful message. You need to train yourself to be optimistic.
I've been saying this for a while that the expression "when one door closes, two open" is really the truth.
You need to be optimistic through adaptability and imagination, train yourself to notice those two doors that open.
In the natural order of earth, there will always be opportunity in tragedy.
On the side note, for over the past decade I've been encouraging my friends to approach women, just strike up a casual convo.
Whenever I went out with them they'd just watch me, it's really awkward. There's only so much you can do.
Their standards are incredibly high at the time, partly because they watch too much porn, mostly because they are just afraid.
In the end, they're with very plain average looking girls, on the same level - if not worse than the ones around us whenever we go out at night.

Very true man. Just walk out in public and you will see attractive women with men who are the same height as them or slightly taller. Social media definitely warped reality for both men and women. Honestly one just has to look around them and you will see your on the right track. Get a decent haircut, workout, skincare and don’t be obese and your honestly a quarter of the way there. But social media has people thinking they are far far away from it. When you take away hope, faith and belief you have nothing
