You’re nailing it at the moment Kris
I remember Jordan Peterson once said that the thing young men are lacking the most is encouragement… and it sat with me so well. When I listened to him say that back along I couldn’t remember that last time someone actually encouraged me.
Thank you
no one ever has for me tbh . Not even parents .
@@hydraV1-c7dFeel sorry for you, bro. Having supporting parents has elevated me.
Maybe lets talk what's young woman lack the most these days
@@jonatankaszkowiak the video is about men
Jordan Peterson talks shit he is well bought and paid.
I’m about to turn 32 in Feb and I think my 30s will be the best decade of my life
So far*
Don’t limit yourself to one decade
You’re a man, you can only go up, as long as you keep on grinding
It will
Good man
Yeh I just turned 35 and been watching Kris for about 2 years now. Everything he says is so true. All we have to do is have discipline and take action.
Firstly, this the exception not the rule and secondly, if you're truly in the grind you enjoy the grind, it wasn't a waste of time, he was living how he wanted to live. You can't just think "oh I'll probably die" and not do anything it's ridiculous.@@user-ws1cl2eq5w
Thanks, Kris. I knew this video would be worth it.
As a 26-year-old guy who's been stuck in a rut and while living with my disabled mom, hope & optimism have carried me to this point. While I haven't yet had my first big win, I'd rather struggle toward success than not try. Living through this period, I've proved my resilience to myself. My habits, discipline, EQ, & mindset have all improved significantly in the last 3 years. Even if things don't go my way, I know I'll keep going. Remember guys, we can't lose if we don't give up.
Stay visionary 💯
Amazing attitude. Keep it up. It´ll work miracles.
Been on a roll with the content Kris. Love to see it!
1stman smashing the content recently
This is probably one of the best videos I've seen on this channel. This is a great reminder that most of guys, especially us who are even watching this kind of content are at least in a positive momentum.
I'm 18 years old and watching your videos made me think and act as a 40 years old man just started a business working hard on it . And keeping it in Gym not wasting my time on girls and friends let's see how far I can get
Dude if you are 18 doing this, if you work and focus hard the world could be your oyster. 😂 Wish I had discovered this stuff a decade ago
Idk why but “This guy’s inventing fire” took the tf out 😂😂😂😂
This one’s got a great message. I too have gotten my head lost in it when I’m actually doing really well. Even with all the choosing signals I’m still quite discontent because I’m not really where I want wanted to be by 28. But gotta stop and enjoy how far we’ve come.
Kris you’re exactly right. Social media makes it look like anyone who isn’t a millionaire is a loser.
I’m 27, have a new build detached house in Cheshire, BMW on the drive and earn £55k per annum. If you add my wife’s income we earn £100k combined. Hoping to get promoted to VP in the company I work for in the summer which will take me to the mid 60k’s.
When I sit back and take stock I’m like wow we have done well so far. I’m excited at where I can get to!
Edit: I also don’t want to brag.. It’s nothing compared to some people but if I look at the statistics for guys in their 20’s I’m right up there.
10000% m8 - what you described above is pure quality but social media will make you feel like a loser when in reality, you’re doing incredible 😂
Now imagine what you will accomplish by 45🙏🏾👌🏾
of course !!!! he is a looser his house isnt on the palm with supercars in the garage .... lmao @@NM-hq1io
I am a recordist with average 2 likes everywhere. Imagine how good you have to be to consistently get 2 likes over the years while sharing skills most people are paying me good for
Who cares about that stuff. Bmw in the drive? I ride a bicycle mate or walk.
Are you free? Are you happy? Healthy, That is success.
Social Media will always tell you that you are failing.
I’m 27. I am still living at home at the moment, but I workout everyday, in good shape, don’t drink, don’t do drugs, confident in social settings, dress well, invest money into things to make further money etc.
The last couple of years have been a struggle for me, and I am still grinding now. But I genuinely believe that putting in the work now will set my 30s up to be the best decade of my life.
Financially I can be better, and that’s why I am sacrificing the next 6 - 12 months to focus on my money. Thanks for the videos👏🏼
Bro, I'm from Europe and most people live at home under 30, to save money...
You are doing great!!!! Dont get married, check Aaron Clarey
I can't lie. Chris' channel is the best in the industry and it has always been. He's the only guy who always comes up with fresh and at the same time timeless ideas and insights. And now, as the hype of the youtube manosphere has gone it's become even more obvious
Facts , so much facts
Social media really does distort perceptions. I'm here in my 20's literally making 10k a month, but I'm supposed to look down on it because it's an office 9-5, so I'm stuck in the matrix? Sure, I am, but this is still a great position to be in. Perspective is so important.
Kris I am internally grateful for your channel. Your channel has by far had the biggest impact on my life out of any I’ve watched. First started watching you when I’d just turned 18 and was in a rough spot.
Currently 20 years old, own a business which I’m profiting 4-5k a month from at the moment, but will be at $20k + by the end of the year. I’m in decent shape, stronger than the average guy my age, 3-4 months into boxing training, and am 6ft 1 tall.
Yet up until xmas I felt I was doing terrible in life. It was only when I met up with some of my old friends and they we’re all complimenting my work ethic, that I realised I’m not doing too bad.
And what’s even more motivating, is that I know I am just 1 year or so away of being WAY ahead of everyone.
Thank you for all the content Kris, I am hopeful at some point we will cross paths and I’ll be able to thank you in person for the positive impact you’ve had on my life.
you're crushing it man, i'm turning 20 in four months and i'm still lost and unemployed and most of the people i knew last year when i was in highschool are also unemployed or in the university not knowing what they are going to do with their lives
@@splitfeys4566 appreciate it thanks man. You’ll get there. Just lead with action, and of t be afraid to make mistakes. The quicker you make mistakes, the quicker you’ll learn and get to where you want to be in life🙌🏻
@@LewisMount_ the problem is i am terribly afraid of taking action to put myself out there, i'm not that scared of making mistakes that only affect me but i am really afraid if they affect others and if they make me embarrass or expose myself in front of authority or people who rely on my work and it stops me from progressing in my career path, taking the advice of just not being scared really rarely works and isn't consistent. Other than that I take care of myself well, I go to the gym, eat healthy, learn stuff on a daily basis and if there is stuff i have to do for my family or friends i do it, it's just the career situation making my situation really bad. I appreciate if you read it this far, my comment came out to be longer than i thought it would be.
Congrats man! What kind of business did you start? :)
Hey man I love this for you. What kind of business did you make? Is it service basedM

Kris I’ve been watching you for years. I’m 21 now and every few months i get back to your channel & my eyes get opened every time. Thank you so much for helping me improve my life and grow 💪❤️
This is spot on mate. Gents, take the time to be mindful of the world around you; what you are currently doing and how that aligns with your projected future self. High chance you are already (are) or on the path to being an Outlier.
This the most 1stman Title ever god damn
classic lol
Hey good vid man, I turn 28 today. I am nowhere near where i want to be but your take on optimism really hit. It made me realize that only in the last couple of years have i consciously TRIED to be optimistic about my future, which in turn made me realize how many days I've started out by wishing i just hadn't woken up ever again. God bless lads
These hour long videos really make the factory hustle easy brotha 🏭 🤝
Thank you Kris, I needed that. Im 6,2 like you aswell, jacked but only 25 years old with very little money. I have career prospects but this will take time. Always felt behind schedule because I decided to switch careers two years ago. Building from scratch now basically. The future is looking bright, but the years Im gonna need to get there feel frightening. Ive been single my entire Life and cant picture continuing like that way into my 30s. At the same time I dont want to compromise heavily since I already know what I want
I think it's like Ronnie Coleman just about to lift hundreds of kilograms and yelling "It's lightweight!".
We all know that the accomplishments are hard, but we give ourselves that push that "it's not that hard, I can do it."
00:00 📢 A new course on life setup, framing, and body language is available with a unique approach, aiming to revolutionize the men's industry.
02:35 💡 The video explores the concept of brainwashing among men under 30, discussing societal pressures, media influences, and mental health impacts.
05:23 🌟 Optimism and belief in potential are highlighted as crucial for personal growth and success, emphasizing the importance of self-awareness and opportunity recognition.
10:14 🔍 The media is criticized for perpetuating unrealistic standards for men and women, contributing to a culture of delusion and dissatisfaction.
13:55 💪 The portrayal of confidence and success in media contrasts sharply with reality, with most people being average or normal, challenging common perceptions of achievement and attractiveness.
16:34 🎯 There's a call to reevaluate personal success and ambitions, recognizing individual achievements and avoiding comparison to unrealistic standards perpetuated by media and societal narratives.
17:57 🤔 There's a significant disparity between perception and reality when it comes to the rarity of certain desirable traits in men.
19:49 💭 Social media and media portrayal contribute to creating unrealistic standards and delusions, especially regarding male attractiveness and success.
21:13 📉 A lack of optimism among men under 30 is a concerning trend, potentially leading to mental health issues and decreased drive.
23:18 📉 Statistics highlight the negative outcomes associated with growing up in fatherless homes, suggesting a potential cause for the lack of optimism among young men.
26:29 💡 Many young men lack realistic perspectives on success, wealth, and status, influenced by social media portrayals and misconceptions about societal norms.
30:38 🧠 The media's influence, along with societal pressures, contributes to young men feeling inadequate and distant from achieving success or fulfillment.
34:47 🤔 Questioning societal norms and media portrayals can lead to a more realistic understanding of success and happiness, helping combat feelings of inadequacy.
36:06 🚶♂ Dressing well and being in decent shape can attract attention and boost confidence when walking down the street.
37:02 💡 Media often creates a delusion of success, making achievements seem unattainable, when in reality, success often comes down to timing, luck, and making good decisions.
38:41 🏃♂ Growing up in a competitive environment fosters a mindset of striving for success and not being intimidated by others' achievements.
39:34 🤔 Many men have internalized unrealistic standards perpetuated by media, leading to feelings of inadequacy and unrealistic expectations.
40:16 🌊 Young men are advised to focus on personal development and success rather than settling down prematurely, as societal pressures and unrealistic standards can be overwhelming.
41:10 💡 Achieving success may be closer than perceived, with small changes and decisions potentially leading to significant progress.
42:47 💬 Starting a UA-cam channel or pursuing success often involves simply taking action and improving gradually, without needing to obsess over perfecting every aspect initially.
45:29 🌐 The online world often distorts reality, creating unrealistic perceptions of success and leading to feelings of inadequacy.
46:11 🎯 The path to success often involves consistent effort, self-improvement, and persistence, rather than relying solely on innate talent or luck.
48:19 👀 Observing real-world situations can provide valuable perspective and help counteract unrealistic expectations perpetuated by social media and other online platforms.
51:12 💰 Many portrayals of success online are exaggerated or fabricated, and achieving real success often involves facing challenges and making sacrifices behind the scenes.
52:32 🩸 People's public personas often conceal private struggles, and what appears perfect on the surface may not reflect reality.
53:29 😔 People often conceal their struggles behind a facade of success, leading to misconceptions and unrealistic expectations.
54:22 💰 Many individuals fake wealth and success online, leading to a culture of deceit and unrealistic comparisons.
55:05 📉 Living beyond one's means to maintain appearances can lead to financial instability and long-term consequences.
55:34 🔄 Consistently sustainable lifestyles are more reliable indicators of success and should be sought after for advice and guidance.
56:01 💬 Beware of individuals who boast about their accomplishments but show little improvement over time, as their claims may not be as credible as they seem.
Damn all that work to make this comment just for 5 likes
"This guy invented fire" 😂
Reality therapy checks are necessary sometimes. The book called "You Suck" by Paulie Amigo is a fun book that has some reality therapy components.
Because of 1stman i became a 19 year old profitable day trader who’s about to scale to 5-10k per month in 1-2 months, this man’s advice seriously changes lives.
If you guys are new to his channel, binge through ALL his content, he has advice that only a masculine man thats well seasoned in the game can have, and it will put you LIGHT YEARS ahead of the game if your 18-25 years old watching this right now.
Congrats! How‘d you learn it?

I've been watching for almost 2 years now , currently 19 as well .
People who live by the principles this early on will be monsters . Kris is making an elite generation of men who chose to take action . Since watching I've dropped college and have been focused only on finance and fitness . Cut out all the shit that everyone does early on and became a ruthless cunt . Have a Real Estate wholesaling business undergoing , looking promising a plan in place , matter of time . Fitness is getting there with time also with a plan in place . All the videos will give you the knowledge. You have to ruthlessly apply them .
Do you know elliot wave ?
The only long form content I enjoy
Thank you brother, “not a million miles away” is a game changer.
Sometimes it’s easy to forget how far you’ve come because we pay so much attention to how far we’ve got to go.
But in truth, the destination is closer than we think 🙏
I’ve been away for the whole self-improvement and this channel for maybe 6 months, i had the worst time of my life but there is nothing i cant overcome.. starting back from zero yet again..
Kris of there's a chance you read this, please keep this style of facial hair. The short, light beard with that extra bit of stache - perfect
fits him perfectly
man looks majestic
That’s exactly what i thought recently. A few days ago i went to a volunteer event. Before that we were all added to one group in a social media. So i was just curious with whom i will have to work, so i checked their profiles and i saw so many cool fotos, some were taken in a beautiful places, some were talen next to expensive things, girls were wearing expensive clothes, guys had photos from gym or from fighting clubs, the looks on their faces were telling me “im better than you” and i honestly felt down. But when i met them at an event, i saw just ordinary people, in casual clothes, nothing flashy, they spoke like normal people, behaved like normal people. And thats when i understood, that social media and real life are not the same.
Great video Kris, optimism is incredibly needed. I started an email newsletter a couple of months ago and have already gotten 10k subscribers and started monetizing and am now building my youtube to show how I did it, none of that would have happened if I didn't have the optimism in the beginning with 0 subscribers and no money coming in
Thank you so much for encouragement Kris! You're right, 8 months ago I was out of shape (bulked too long lol) and today I have 4 visible abs - and if I look around there's so little guys like me lol. It's insane how little you actually need to work to be better than average!
W videos recently. This is quality content that the male advantage community should strive for.
You don't need to feel good about where you are, just feel good about where you're going.
Important for men to balance drive, optimism and gratitude
I had no idea, but this is exactly what I needed to hear today. Thanks mate. All the best from NYC.
Great point about fatherless homes. You can tell the "hopeless" ones either didn't have a real father figure or a real group of male friends.
The coping of men over 30
mans lowkey a bad salesman 😂😂
The world belongs to optimists... because if you're gonna do anything worth doing, you better believe it'll work or you won't stick through.
Solid video
How can you keep sucking off the streaming platform when you're charging the lifetime guys on it who you promised would not be charged, who put their vote of confidence into you donating 100 pounds before they even saw the streaming platform? Not even answering emails
There is a girl at my gym who clearly fancies me. She stops and stares and sometimes follows me around to grab my attention.
I haven’t made a move because I don’t feel good enough, rich enough or in shape enough for her. I fear that she’ll judge me and find me out. But I’m judging her with this perception, how ironic.
Nice to hear someone talk to this dissolution. Breaking it will help relationships restore. Thank you.
Your own fear is holding you back
Talk to her or you might regret not doing it later.
Talk to her to see if she's a fun and good person
Go for it. Even if your fears come true, the worst that will happen is you don't end up with her, which is exactly what will happen anyway if you sit back and do nothing
Don't do it. Approaching in the gym is not a good idea
"buddy it's not a millon miles away" I needed to hear this today. Thanks kris
Haven’t watched the video yet,
But if Listening to you everyday is brain washing myself into success.
I’ll take it.
We all get brainwashed by someone anyway. It is wise to choose your own sources, and a positive one at that. up only from here!
It depends highly on the location you're living at. Munich - Germany is full of 6 + foot, good looking, fit and well payed guys. Being at the right place at the right time is very important.
Dropping banger after banger ‼️
Let's go Kris keep up the content grind! I listen to these videos while commuting or at gym they are such a vibe
Never stop making videos Kris
New video every other day, love it 👍
You spoke nothing but facts here. I always think to myself how crazy low the bar is - yet see people online being made to believe different - until they actually go outside on a daily basis.
I must live in an above-average city, because most guys my age just are objectively fitter and better-looking than me (judging by who I see out on the streets, downtown, or in the gym). Crazy competition here
Started to watch 1M 3 years ago when i couldn’t go to Gym during Cov and lost my GF within this crisis. The passion to restart again and climb again as a man was gone for a year. I was always in shape but without a gym equipment it’s very difficult to push to limits and maintain society given external „confidence“/respect for it. But, what filled me was the male advantage narrative from 1M, and it’s fcking true. Now I turned 30 recently, changed my look, act mature and build up about 6kg FFM on top from then. Damn you go through public and people are watching like I’m a fcking alien. Stealing their souls just by being present, in shape and well dressed. And by far: I am just 5’6. We need this male advantage narrative, to walk towards it and become an outlier. Last thing on the journey Will be: being big in local Fitnessindustry. I don’t like the “Money“ Frame, but in the spiritual and esoteric scene I can frame myself perfectly and for this sensitive girls I am very much the niche-alpha guy, cause ain’t no soyboy esotericism beta vibes @ all with me.
Go for it guys, grind and grow in silenced 20s, show up in early 30s
Wow brother that's quite the accomplishment, you have there.
How about in the bussiness or education front?? How are you doing??
yes i always have my soul stolen when 5'6" people walk by
This was so encouraging.
Got to be grateful for the things you have but also keep striving for greater things 💪
I had this realization too, i kept bashing myself for not being "the same" as people in my industry with a flashy lifestyle. But it hit me ive in 3 years reached goals that younger me would have never imagined and all because of increments and spreadsheets. I have to literally make new outrageous goals, i am 1%. But ive been viewing myself as average. Thank you for this video.
Thanks, I am really grateful for this video.
When I first heard about the male advantage was when I stopped rushing and really started to get a better mindset and results, still waiting on that life set up video.
I knew it, but I needed that idea to be reincforced again. Thank you!
Hey Kris. The movie The Creator was shot on a Sony FX3 sensor which is $4,000 The movie is one of the better looking sci-fi films in the last half decade. I’m not sure if this would be a good camera for your purposes but it’s very affordable compared to most Hollywood camera setups.
Thank you Kris I love this breakdown especially my age group in the 20s. We really lost that optimism and so I loved that point you brought up of being hopeful and realizing we are in much of a better position than we think. Cheers
dear kris, please stop talking about erections and penis sizes, a big majority of men dont think about that, at least I know I dont, nonetheless thank you for your content and for giving us such great ideas and motivation.
This gotta be one of the best videos that Kris has ever made!
from the youngest points in my life the main thing my dad would tell me is "you have to work" that's it. He didn't care what it was in, how I was getting money, didn't matter. You have to work. Got super blessed to have a strong male role model like my dad. He was an immigrant who started a successful business and now he's in his 70s, dates several women, good health, well known, the most elite at what he does in our city, maybe state even, and travels the world
One of the best from you for a while . Great video Kris

Really important video Kris - thank you
Keep dropping these vids chris 🔥
Beautiful video Kris, thanks.
This is the best video you’ve ever made, thank you
Kris you are 100% correct I’ve lost it myself. I am committing myself to waking up early for the rest of this year.
Calculating how “rare” you are is irrelevant. What potential parters expect/demand is what matters. Be “top 0.1%” or “1 of 1” doesn’t matter when people are looking for and think they deserve unicorns
As a 17 year old I really needed to hear this thank you kris
This video opened my eyes I'm 17 5'7 been training boxing for 3 and gym( weightlifting ) for 2 years I make £2000 a month (Full-time)and running a business on the side and I was starting to second guess about my future thinking I'm not doing enough which now seems really dumb typing this down, thanks for the video 👍
Needed to hear that, thank you.

Optimism is key! 2023 was a strange year, but I’m determined to leave all the negativity in that year! 2024 looking good, stay forced stay positive! Ignore the haters ❤
Bro you’re on Fire 🔥 Thanks for the work Kris, great stuff.
You’re one of the greatest men of all time
I’m 38 and life’s been really hard on me. But I’ll make through 🤷🏾♂️💯
Thanks Kris
I’ll see you at the top
I swear Kris dresses the best
What a wonderful message. You need to train yourself to be optimistic.
I've been saying this for a while that the expression "when one door closes, two open" is really the truth.
You need to be optimistic through adaptability and imagination, train yourself to notice those two doors that open.
In the natural order of earth, there will always be opportunity in tragedy.
On the side note, for over the past decade I've been encouraging my friends to approach women, just strike up a casual convo.
Whenever I went out with them they'd just watch me, it's really awkward. There's only so much you can do.
Their standards are incredibly high at the time, partly because they watch too much porn, mostly because they are just afraid.
In the end, they're with very plain average looking girls, on the same level - if not worse than the ones around us whenever we go out at night.
This is great mature content Kris.
Very true man. Just walk out in public and you will see attractive women with men who are the same height as them or slightly taller. Social media definitely warped reality for both men and women. Honestly one just has to look around them and you will see your on the right track. Get a decent haircut, workout, skincare and don’t be obese and your honestly a quarter of the way there. But social media has people thinking they are far far away from it. When you take away hope, faith and belief you have nothing
Thank you very much sir. I've come a long way with respect to my mindset and mentality. Though it's great to hear reassurance like this.
Can you please publish these as podcasts? Love to have it in my headphones at the gym speaking optimism into our ears!
I'm so grateful for finding your channel kris you've helped so much man
One day I'll be in the top of society and I'm sure I'll meet you there 😉👊🏻
I really needed this video thank you Kris

Beautiful video Chris.
Great video from start to finish

Stfu and focused on ur life bish
When you hear at least here in America the horrid stats on debt and overall wealth that people have. Its easy to see most people are faking it who look rich. Or maybe their wealth is tied up in an asset thats difficult to sell is often the best case scenario
Dope video Kris !
Love this man
Its engineered chris. I also want to point out i feel like a lot of guys are quite intellectual and forward thinking nowadays and open to criticism. The same cannot be said for women.
