36 here. Please young men realise how young you are and it’s true life gets much better as you get older. More money, more freedoms, ppl take you more seriously and women of all ages like you. Enjoy your youth and the energy you have and don’t take things too serious.

I think a lot of people fail to realize how young 30 actually is. For most people 30 isn’t even close to half their lives. At 30 you still have so much life to live and when you get through your 20s working hard, living through your 30s and beyond will be much easier, funner, and more satisfying.
I keep that in my mind all the time. I’m only 23. Cheer man, take care of yourself!

Turning 30 next week. Started going to the gym at 28 and a half, put on about 8kg of muscle (I have just a bit of belly fat that will go down in the next 2 months) and I will launch my IT startup in late June, early July this year. The sacrifices are worth it. Life is like a MMORPG...you need to get passed level 30 to REALLY enjoy it but everyone Stops at level 8. Also, please do a video of the importance of the people you surround yourself with. They define what is "normal" to you and that can either make you or break you forever. Breaking ties with losers is mandatory, no matter how hard it is.

I am turning 40 and can still pass for under 25 because over the years I never took drugs, binged on alcohol, or ate without continence. But I have maintained cleanliness standards, skin routines, and consistent workout regimens. I am better off financially than I was even 2 years ago and have upgraded my fashion sense along the way. Having said this, I am anticipating living to at least 100 and expecting my peak fitness years to be well into my 40s and 50s. My peak earning years I'd imagine would be in my 60s ad 70s, or possibly older. The point is, I look and feel 65% of my age while I attempt the achieve the intelligence and wisdom of many centuries during my lifetime. I am a man of vision and my purpose comes first. Personally I had a bruuutal 20s. Had to relearn how to walk and use my right hand on my own. I’m turning 30 in a couple weeks. My hand works again. Not only that I can wrist curl a 60lb dumbbell for 3 sets of 8-13 reps. That’s almost half my bw. Most I’ve done is 70lbs for 8 sets of 1-4 reps.
My feet and legs are doing a lot better too. I’ve had to put insane amounts of dedication into reforging my feet into new feet.
My long term goal is in 3 years at 33 to be able to wrist curl 120-150lbs in one hand and have dramatically improved my legs/feet from where they are now.
As it stands I have a lot of trouble walking. I can walk quite a bit now but I use a cane 50% of the time and I probably have one of the worst limps of any young fella.
It’s all good. The goal is to get beyond Olympic athlete jacked and reforge my crushed feet into new super feet.
I’m also broke as a joke. But I’m on disability & no debt. So I’m in a good place.
I’m starting a business atm. I have extremely low expectations the first year. And the second year. I’ve heard that the 3rd year is when business picks up. Several friends who own businesses who say it takes 3 years for a business to get going.
So I’m planning to be in a really good spot come 35-36. And if worse comes to worse and my business goes nowhere after 4-5 years or so, I’ll forsake some gains and work 12-16 hours a day at Telus or something for a year or two remotely and not have a car and invest all my money in s&p500.
It’s gonna be ok boys we got this.

Look at all the action starts throughout the decades. They're ALWAYS in their 30s, 40s, and 50s. Men age differently if you're not a slob, and if you are fix that. Men should absolutely look better in their 30s and 40s. More muscle, more put together, better personality, own place, own vehicle, more status at work, ect. Personally I'm more jacked and strong at 36 then I've ever been, and yes the attention from younger women is light years ahead if what it was at 25. Stay in the gym guys, seriously it matters. 35 and up is where it's at for a man.

I admire the fact that you are 28 and have all of this going for you. For myself I didn't start making videos till I was about 26 and taking the gym more seriously. I lived by myself for 5 years and learned alot in that time while developing some great skills along the way. I am 30 now and still don't look like my age haha, I believe men can still do a lot going into their 30s and 40s it doesn't stop for them at all, as long as they take care of themselves and make the right decisions. What I did for the 8+ years of my life has truely made a difference, even my friends say so and are astonished. Going from here, I still feel like a have a lot of potential and life to live just for the fact that I take care of myself. I also still believe financial freedom is in the cards for me, even if it takes me till I'm 50. Great video, love your content. Men need you in this day an age❤🙏

    Hi Chris,
I recently stumbled upon your channel. After watching a few of your videos, I can tell that you possess a deep understanding of personal development and genuinely want to help men improve their lives. I admire your dedication and knowledge in this field.
I am reaching out to you today because I find myself at a crossroads in my life. I am 32 years old and have been struggling with various challenges that have hindered my personal growth and self-confidence. I am what some might call "skinny fat," and my face appears bloated. Due to my poor eating habits, I have had to have some teeth removed, which has further impacted my self-esteem.
In the past, I used to be thin with a fast metabolism, but that has changed over time. I have dabbled in fitness and dieting, but I have never fully committed to making a lasting change. Additionally, I have little to no confidence when it comes to interacting with women. While I can be funny and make them laugh, I struggle with maintaining meaningful conversations. I believe my ADHD and Asperger's (autism) may contribute to my social difficulties, but I refuse to use them as excuses.
Currently, I live with my parents and have wasted countless years indulging in video games, adult movies, and motivational videos without taking any real action. I attend Judo once a week, as well as math class and acting lessons, but beyond that, I feel unfulfilled and unsuccessful in my career as a security guard. I constantly find myself yearning for a job that stimulates my brain, offers variety, work-life balance, and allows me to earn a good income while providing value to others.
I acknowledge that my situation is entirely self-inflicted, and I have spent far too much time focusing on what I lack rather than taking action to improve my life. I have fixated on my height, which is 5ft4, and my youthful appearance, blaming them for my lack of success. However, I now realize that I have been the problem all along.
Despite feeling lost and overwhelmed, I am determined to change my circumstances. I am ready to commit to personal growth and take the necessary steps to become the best version of myself. I believe that with the right guidance and support, I can overcome these obstacles and create a more fulfilling life.
I am grateful to have come across your channel, as I believe you can provide valuable insights and guidance on my journey towards self-improvement. I would greatly appreciate any advice, resources, or recommendations you can offer to help me navigate this transformative process.
Thank you for taking the time to read my message. I look forward to hearing from you and learning from your expertise.

What do you think about the relationships with women, regarding your subject? do you think you can marry young (let's say 22) and keep the marriage for the rest of the life or it won't be likely to succeed and you'll have to wait till your Male Advantage to get women? and exclude marriage?

    • @1STMAN

Marriage is a big no all together for me. I see no benefit. If you're going to do it, wait until like 35-38 the male advantage peak years, but you have to work hard to get there and make the most of it. Marry some 25-29 year old it works best. It's just so hard to succeed when you sink an early lump sum into marriage, then have someone else to take care of, not to mention the time lost, and if it doesn't work, 60% of your net worth gone

You make a strong point but I think you view things too simply, the percentage of people in the uk that achieve this lifestyle you paint is around 0.02%(earn £1m a year) the risk of pursuing a successful business is you ultimately fail and have nothing to show for it by the time your 40 (these people make up the majority of those that try) on top of that, no holidays, memories, relationships; because they spent all their income trying to make a business work.
The reason the majority of people don't pursue that life style is because its ultimately very high risk, very high reward. People would rather balance work and pleasure continuously throughout their lives, as appose to delaying it to the age of 40 where it might never even happen anyway.

You cant fail in life unless you give up. One of your business ventures may fail, but if you never stop pursue success for 10 years or longer, you will achieve some sort of success, its almost inevitable. People dont get successful because they 1. dont try & 2. give up easily when meeting the slightest resistance or temptation.

@@Kain81023 Saying "you can't fail in life unless you give up" sounds like some motivational uplifting quote rather than a reflection of actual life experience. @@musejames93 It sounds to me like you gave up on one of your life goals and ended up bitter about it. & No, success is definitely not easy. Success is a long road, full of sacrifices, hardships, loneliness & judgement. Thats exactly why most people never do anything extraordinary with their lives, but rather spend their life in the comfort zone, living and dying a simple, boring and mediocre life.
Most people are not cut out for success and there's nothing wrong about that. You have the power to decide which life you want to live, but you cant have all the positives without the negatives.

My original post was more a response to the belief that seems implicit in 1stmans video which is “all these guys are choosing the wrong path in life” “they should be doing this” “you’ll end up rich by 40” which is true to some extent... for the 0.2% of the population.

    • @Kain81023
      @Kain81023 3 роки тому

@@musejames93 Well, we got a little side tracked from the original topic because you hinted that i think it's easy to become successful. I dont think its easy to achieve success, where we disagree is that i believe that it's almost inevitable that you will end up successful if you never give up on your goal.
Why i say "almost inevitable" is because there are no guarantees for anything, of course. But i dont think that most people really fail in their business ventures, i think thats highely unlikely if you try long enough. I rather think that most people dont really try 100% or that they give up very easily because they never learnt discipline & simply because they dont want it bad enough. Like i said, most people are not cut out for it, and theres nothing wrong with that. We all choose our own lives.
Like i said before, if one of your business ventures fails, you can try again and again until you achieve your goal. Note that starting a company and making an exit is not the only way to achieve wealth. If you would for example invest your money for over 10-20 years you would in worst case scenario be much more well off than a regular Joe & and in best case scenario? who knows. But im absolutely conviced that if you would do everything in your power to become successful you would eventually achieve it to some degree.
I also think that you can in fact enjoy your youth too, but maybe not to the extend that regular people do. It may not be smart to be a complete idiot in your 20s if you want to live your dream life in your 30s, 40s & beyond. The way i see it is that you may suffer a little bit right now, but the others will suffer way more later on.
