I really like these videos! I just wish there was some verbal instructions on how to do things. I have to keep my eyes glued to the screen and study her every move to make sure that I'm doing it correctly.
Honestly it’s only the first time around that you’d need to watch. Stretching exercises are generally pretty self-evident, so you’ll immediately get the hang of it. They tend to return in stretching routines, so if you’ve mastered them once, you’re good to go. When in doubt, consult your GP or a kinetotherapist. There are plenty of youtubers out there who do voice-overs (and are annoying as hell) so if you really don’t get an exercise you can look for more detailed instructions. I particularly love her videos because there are no spoken instructions and they are well thought out and structured. You should consider repeating certain routines a few times to master the exercises , that way you’ll see they are recurrent in new routines and you’ll do them automatically.
@@roxanaemanuela6668 Thanks for the advice. I've followed this video for the 3rd time and it is getting easier. I feel the difference. I had to watch other instructors to know how to do them without over-extending myself and remembering to breathe correctly, both which I tend to do. Also, if I'm struggling with a pose, if there is something else that I can do that is just as efficient. You know, that sort of thing. Overall, though, I really enjoy the videos.😊
