Today was Day 5 of following this video. I love it so much I am doing it twice a day. I just love the way it makes me feel emotionally and physically. I can now sit cross legged and my squatting has also improved. I struggle with stretching back flat out with legs tucked underneath but I know if I just maintain these exercises I will improve. I only truly appreciated the benefits of stretching after this. It left me deeply relaxed. I lost the ability to sit crossed-legged but I could manage it immediately after this stretch even for a few minutes. I also can’t squat with feet flat on the floor. InshAllah I will now incorporate this every day. Beautiful video. Please consider do one without music, just the sound of nature (rain drops, stream/river running or waterfall or bird song). ❤🌷💕

I was all gangsta until the saddleback one 😅 Anyway, this was perfect. I made the mistake to jump into one of your 40 min low impact hiit videos, after a 6 months break from working out. The 2 min warm up was not enough for my stiff mucles and at minute 15, I got hit by a leg cramp, that made me question my whole existence 🥲. 1 hour later, this video came on my feed, so this is what I will do for the next 2-3 days, before I dare to tackle a low impact hiit routine. Thank you so much!!! It was perfect and helpful!
First active Recovery workout. Harder than I expected. Felt good. Kind of 🤦🏼♀️Discovered that I'm not very flexible 😂 Daughter did it with me and made every move look easy 😊
After workout this stretching session is a boon. Many of them I do in my workout. But this whole combination of these in a slow pace is really awesome. I am really lucky that the algorithm sugested this video. I've been doing the same stretching video for mounts and decided to try something new. The relaxing music, combined with the sounds of the rain outside was perfect! I love her cute lilac set and now I want one too! The only downside to the video is that there wasn't enough warm up in my opinion. Also I wish there was more back stretching. Otherwise I'm really grateful I stumbled upon this video!

Hello, stretching exercises are really great for the body☀. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!
