    Sir mera weight 74kg hai or mujhe 67kg karna hai 45 days mein .... agr mein morning mein HIT karta or evening mein hard workout karta ... kiya mein protein powder 2 times le sakta???? Or kis time lena chahiye after breakfast or before???

    Sir mein morning mein abs or evening mein others muscles ka workout kar raha, mein post workout pe protein powder leta one scoop kiya mein morning mein bhi after abs workout protein le sakta??? Mujhe sath sath weight loss bhi karna hai kia mujhe 2 times lena chahiye ya nahi???

    Salam. Sunny bhai i have lost almost 19 kg by using ur exercises and PC. But i have a single issue now which is my arm fat. I do regularly pushups, bench dips, planks, weightlifting etc. But my arm fat is still and am very worried about it. I also increased my protien portion which is based on eggs and lentils. Kindly tell me what should i do now. Waiting for your response.
