I was at your intermediate cycle 3 but it flaired it more. thus you could tell it ain't so bad since cycle 3 is very demanding. Thus this issue is not due to workout because I have had this issue before I started. Now I have immobilized my shoulder and will continue to do so for a month. Do you have any recommendations for this issue while im taking a break.

looks like you missed to explain which muscles you are using in your whole body.... you missed importance of LEG DRIVE and GLTUES use..... keep doing good work but come with full check list or people will get hurt with half knowledge..
