    Sunny sir I am following your exercise tips and currently at intermediate cycle 3. I am not gaining my body size since last 1 month. Though I am taking protein supplement (isopure) also twice a day along with good diet.
    Its remain same like
    Biceps 12.5 inches
    Chest 37.5 inches
    Plz help.

    Sunny Bhai hme ye btaye ki, kin exrsinze se hieght me Fark pdta hai or agr wo exrsinze krni h to kese kre ki hieght pe koi effect na pde.... Please Bhai bta do bcoz my hieght is 5.3 to me nhi chahta gym se Meri hieght or km ho Jaye 😞

    Pa g I have a shoulder issue which is bothering me a lot. It makes clicking sounds all the time when active. I was at your intermediate cycle 3 but it flaired it more. thus you could tell it ain't so bad since cycle 3 is very demanding. Thus this issue is not due to workout because I have had this issue before I started.
    Now I have immobilized my shoulder and will continue to do so for a month. Do you have any recommendations for this issue while im taking a break.

    Tell me what to do to increase the pull level doing chest press, like i can pull 10 kg plates or 15 kg

    looks like you missed to explain which muscles you are using in your whole body.... you missed importance of LEG DRIVE and GLTUES use..... keep doing good work but come with full check list or people will get hurt with half knowledge..
