I have trouble using this machine. I can feel a grinding in my shoulder and am I supposed to be able to get to a full extension because something about how I do it feels awkward.
LunaticReason Don't go down too low with them, also there is a lever under the seat, the mechanical arms should be at shoulder height after you've adjust seat correctly... if it persists try neutral handles instead of wide grip... grinding is never good!...

@@justinvasquez4524 Well in my case it's simple - too weak shoulders, so traps have to jump in. Now it's different. Solution is to do lower weight but higher reps and build up with good form. I also added hand stand push ups mo-fr, you can check out on my channel

Why, Why too much talking. I'm sure there are people who could take an hour to explain the intricacies of tying a shoe. This was 3 minutes too long.
