I did the exact same thing on my 2024 Rubicon. I did cut a nice little “U” shape in the red battery cover that lets it fit down a bit. Looks factory…👍🏻
@@TylerPotter I actually didn’t get the factory winch option. I installed a Warn winch about two days after purchase LOL. But I ran the wires just like you did…
I have been looking high and low for a video that shows the correct winch wire routing in detail. This will help alot on my new winch install. Thank You

I'm sure there are a lot of good ways to run the wiring but this is how I always do it at the shop to keep it out of harms way. Thanks for the view!
sadly what he talk about is only viewable via thermal camera . And vehicule heat output make it hard to notice these big electrical misstake
