i made this last night and it's delicious! i saw in the comments that some people considered it a bit eggy so i used 3 eggs and replaced the 4th with 50ml of heavy cream. as well, at first i only baked it for 50 minutes but the center wasn't fully set yet which required me to keep popping it back in the oven. i think that if i had done the full 60 minutes (maybe 60-65 mins), it would have been perfect. also! i wanted to use up all the lemons i had so i ended putting around 145ml lemon juice - the texture and taste are great! all in all, thanks for another wonderful video! 🥰

I bake it today and it is amazing ! No eggy taste at all. I substitute 60gr almond flour to 60gr protein powder, added more water and put on top a lemon glaze. Good job girl !

This recipe is phenomenal. I cannot WAIT to try more. Thank you SO very much for your generous shares of so many incredible recipes. I try to eat vegan when possible, so I attempted to veganize this and it worked great. For those who cannot have dairy or are avoiding eggs, if I may, here is what I did: Instead of eggs, we used the equivalent of Bob's Red Mill Egg Replacer. Also, I used melted coconut oil instead of butter. For the sweetener, I use Swerve brand erythritol, which I love. We also used key lime juice instead of lemon, since I did not have any lemons, and it tasted fab! It was such a hit that my husband did not want me to make glaze for it...he said it didn't need a thing more! Thank you again!

I just made it, it's in the oven... can't wait. Very simple recipe. 😁 UPDATE --> it was delicious, very moist and just perfect. I had used another very popular recipe here on YT but it uses coconut oils and the flavor can be overwhelming. This recipe is a keeper... only 1 slight problem, my load broke as I took it out of the pan so I had a crumbled but delicious dessert. 😋😋

@@ketoserts so it was still great without the coconut flour. We used 20 grams of ghee. Next time we'll use 35. We used 30g of erythritol. Next time we'll use 50g. We'll also use a little more lemon juice next time too. My wife is so happy that I was able to make her some white bread. I'm so grateful we didn't have to use any oil. I scored 50 husband points tonight because of this bread. High five to you and your family.

I made this last night. I cut all ingredient by half because I’m the only one eating it LOL soo here’s the tea sis from a sis that baked it🤣 1. Very moist 2. No eggy taste (I think cause I cut everything in half) 3. Baked same temp. But started checking 40min when I noticed it was burning I placed a foil cover and added 5 more minutes. Turned out great. 4. If I’ll do it again I’ll bake it in a smaller loaf pan because I still used the regular size one It went up maybe 1inch and half in height. I’ll probably use keto condense milk with lemon juice and zest for glazed 5. Can be crumbly because of the almond flour but overall can hold shape. 6. Lemon taste is not overpowering. Just right so 5/5 rating for me.

Hello Amir, you can use olive oil or avocado or even coconut oil as a substitute for butter. I use the Kirkland parchment paper from Costco.❤️

I made this last night. I cut all ingredient by half because I’m the only one eating it LOL soo here’s the tea sis from a sis that baked it🤣
1. Very moist
2. No eggy taste (I think cause I cut everything in half)
3. Baked same temp. But started checking 40min when I noticed it was burning I placed a foil cover and added 5 more minutes. Turned out great.
4. If I’ll do it again I’ll bake it in a smaller loaf pan because I still used the regular size one It went up maybe 1inch and half in height. I’ll probably use keto condense milk with lemon juice and zest for glazed
5. Can be crumbly because of the almond flour but overall can hold shape.
6. Lemon taste is not overpowering. Just right so 5/5 rating for me.
