I have a real question: is it possible to heal an issue throughout the family system without having to give it back? Transmute it? I feel like I’ve taken on the burden of healing tons of family trauma and that’s why my healing journey has been so long and difficult…. I’ve made lots of progress, but I don’t want to add baggage to the family line that’s already been witnessed and looked at. Like I don’t just want to pass the hot potato: I want to turn the hot potato into fries 😊
