I have this recorded on VHS from when it aired in October 98 in the UK. Will never forget it, Bret turning on Sting and setting up their mouthwatering feud. Also, Sting’s outfit looked a million bucks

I used to record every nitro, raw and ECW on VHS when I was 12 years old in 1997. Had to use VCRs in two different rooms to get nitro AND raw, as they aired at the same time. 😆

WCW Luchadores lost its allure gradually over time. Not because they weren't good wrestling, but because of the lack of storied content. The same thing is happening with AEW overall. Once you have so many wrestlers to put on the screen, you start sacrificing story time. Without story, great wrestling means less and less.

As someone who actually lives in New York, it always bugs me when people refer to my hometown of Rochester as "upstate New York", it's because anyone outside of New York thinks everything above New York City is "upstate". Upstate is like the Albany area, Rochester/Buffalo/Niagara Falls is Western New York
