Sana "noin" on minulle niin tärkeä, koska voin sanoa, kuinka monta sanaa osaan. :3 Osaan noin kuusisataa sanaa. Minusta olet paras suomen kielen opettaja ikinä. Kiitos! ^w^
Kiitos Kat! I do hear those words and phrases a lot. About the word Seuraava, I also hear a Seuraavina everyday in the trains. How about more videos with useful words but now in the trains (conductor, train car and etc... I still don't understand what they say when to come to inspect my ticket), and also in the airport would be great!
I haven't taken a train in years since I moved away from Turku, but definitely that would be a useful video! I'll try to look into it myself what phrases are used in the trains here since I can't remember xD
Thank you! Although my Finnish is still too poor to try and speak it in Finland. Hopefully, Finns will speak to me in the most common language in Finland: not speak at all and leave me alone :)
Wow, you really nailed it with this video - those are super useful phrases - and you do a great job of repeating the proper pronunciation and putting them in context! I really like how you integrate puhekieli because I am trying to make the transition from kirjakieli as I get more confident with the language. Nicely done!
Well done. As a native speaker and part time teacher of Finnish, I can again recommend your lessons to everyone wanting to learn real Finnish, useful and practical language.
@@KatChatsFinnish ole hyvä! By the way, in Australia, some local constructions worker learned from their Finnish migrant co-woerkers "Be good" and they used it in pubs as a joke instead of "you are welcome". May be in some of your future videos you could tell us about the extended use of "kiitos". Saisinko kupin kahvia, kiitos - instead of please! Often instead of "ole hyvä" Finns reply to kiitos with another kiitos :D
Finns are weird. Going to the bank, post office, etc, is something people don't do anymore in many countries. But in Helsinki, if you opened an account on Nordea, for example, they will give you a debit card and to change the pin you are asked to write it down on a piece of paper, so they can make a brand new card for you with the pin!!! It's insane in so many levels! I hope that changed in the past few years.
I don't know, but after seeing the way humans treated eachother and how badly they have treated me, I am on the side of the Robots... for whenever they ready to take over. "John Connor, the leader of the human resistance is hiding over there behind the sofa!!!!"

@@timsippala That's true, good tip!
Opiskelin suomea useita vuosia Kuopiossa asuessani ja koulussa ja kursseilla pystyin kommunikoimaan, mutta kadulla puhuminen ei ole niin helppoa.
Joo se voi olla vaikeampaa.
