Hello Dear LuChin! OMG! I had such a stressful day at work and I see this video when I get home!!! Needless to say I used the techniques and OMG it worked instantly!!! My anxiety and stress dissolved in a minute! All five points is perfect from start to finish. I even did the circular motion in order of 9s! :) You're a Gem! Everyone should do this.

Hi LuChin. Before I ever watched your videos I knew about the points at the base of the skull. I found when I had a headache or sinus issues if I flexed or squeezed the muscles in the back of the neck I got relief. Now when I follow your instructions I feel a warm tingle through my head. Cheers

Many thanks! I experience sometimes, a high blood pressure in the night, because the pannic attack.This, because of emotional state, which I have sometimes. Can I make this set of massage, every day, for prevention? Can I practice them, when I have these symptoms with pannic attack?The doctor treats all these with caps for high pressure. I have normal pressure usually.
Yes, you certainly can do this every day, multiple times a day for prevention and relief. These are all treasure points for our health. Even you don’t have high blood pressure, these points are going to help you with variety of health issues. Good luck and take care! 🤗💕
