Vereesa Windrunner... one of the many reasons we want playable high elves on the Alliance. At least our wish was halfway granted in Shadowlands, with blood elf skin- tones for void elves. Hopefully the next expansion will give them natural hair colors, less emo hairstyles, and paladins to go along with the much- speculated Light- theme.
It absolutely disgusts me, that anyone who dares to make a suggestion for playable High Elves is labeled as "entitled" or "deranged". While the Blood Elves make up 90% of the Horde population, and both the males and the females already have gorgeous customization options. Blood Elf players are expecting to have both normal blood elf options and undead elf options. Yet, these same exact people cry and get triggered whenever someone asks if Void Elves can have a couple or few nice hairstyles that could work for a Void Elf or a High Elf. (The males especially could use one long, attractive hairstyle.) The hypocrisy and toxicity of these Blood Elf players almost makes me wish that Blizzard would give the Void Elves nice High Elven hair just to spite all the salty Blood Elf players.

And it's likely one Human leading over a specific group of Kael'thas' finest wouldn'r be all that common for most of the Blood & High Elves. But you know what they do have? Years of friendship with Humans prior to the actions of one man

Turalyon and Ronin isnt just "any" men while they themselves held honorable positions in their own right Alleria and Varessa. "They just stood on their gate, not sending help or engaging the Horde" something in this line. We can say one thing the casualties would have been far less worse if they simply answered the call for help at the very least.

Gilneas is in ruins because they isolated themselves and thus the 7th Legion arrived too late (they were contacted by the night elves to assist Gilneas). Leaving Gilneas a battlefield, Quel'thalas well... Oof. Atleast there isn't a war in their areas but it's mostly decimated. Genn is the king so loyal to his own people he forgot about the outside world and even created a civil war with his attitude.

I'll never understand where Nobbel gets all his B-roll footage for his videos from. Does he just have a huge folder on his computer of WoW media he's collected over the years? Not to mention the machinima and in-game recordings... pretty impressive!
I've got most cutscenes stored on an external drive. Sometimes I'll grab footage from an older video, but most of the time I like to get a clean one ingame if it's readily available

Sylvanas was changed into a Banshee quite some time ago. But Alleria was rather normal not so long ago. All three were pretty impressive, Alleria lead her rangers in the 3rd War, Vareesa leading the silver convenant both married honorable and well reputable men, leaders of their respective factions.. then theres.... Undead Sylvannas.

Clearly, the Windrunner sisters all share one thing in common. They have the hots for humans 11:22 One of only three examples (that I know of). With the only other example (that I know of) being Arator, their cousin.
And Gul'dan would've never started the Third Invasion. Literally every expansion after Mists is entirely Vereesa's fault. I feel like what happened is a good plot was written in the Trial, but Blizzard were halfway through making WOD and realised they almost negated their expansion so they changed the ending.

Well, from what I remember, he didn't say difficult but rare, considering the elves' longer lifespan, it is absolutely normal. If the elves could be ten times older than the humans, then if we count that the average age for prengnancy is 30 for humans, for elves it could be more of a 300.

If you have them breed like humans while having lifespans up to a thousand years - it would result in overpopulation galore. The windrunners are one of the worst from the story in my opinion. Right next to the Wrynns mainly Anduin.
Vareesa already existed before the book. Authors do not have total control over the books they write, everything in the books comes from Blizzard or must be approved by them. If it was a self insert or a character he created, they would have killed her like all other of Knaak's characters.
