IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. UA-camrs optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching UA-cam for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that's not going to change.
Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.
When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.

At first, I was like that too 😊😊 but little tip for you is you must keep your body run in order to break muscle and burn calories and fat. Don't cool down your body while doing exercises.

this is the 21st day as the last official day of my 2021 weight loss challenge (not mention the extra 7 days) and I DID IT!!!! i didnt lose much weight overall since i dont really have a strict diet, there are days where i binge eating and there are days that i barely eat a thing (yes i know this is unhealthy but my body works with it) BUT i am toned and i definitely see my abs define lines now!!! even though i didnt really stick to the program, sometimes i took 2 rest days in a row and sometimes i only workout 2 days in a row then rest day then continue, but the program still shows result after all. so dont give up guys, i can do it and YOU CAN DO IT TOO!!

i've gained a lot of weight in last 2 years but i've only notice that during quarantine time so i've started working out following chloe ( she is the best, you get the good burn and it's not boring and she has an amazing personality that reflect in her workouts) i've lost a total of 30 pounds in 5 months and my goal is to lost an other 20 pounds in the next 6 months

I finished a couple days ago and I lost around 2 pounds. It's not a whole lot, but I'm okay with that. I'm still trying to find a measuring tape so I can measure the results, so when I do I can update. I also cut out added sugar during the program, but that was more for fatigue and stopping cravings than weight loss, though I think it helped? Regardless of weight loss though I do feel a lot stronger. :) (I also did the 2 week shred challenge twice before this I did this program, but lost no weight. I did lose a couple centimeters though).

**Results (in inches):**
-Waist: ~28.5 --> 28.1
-Belly button: 32.5 --> 32
-Bust: 36 --> 36
-Hips: ~39 --> 38.5
-Thigh L: ~23.2 --> 23 /Thigh R: ~23.1 --> 23.2 (idk lol)
-Arm L: ~12.2 --> 12/Arm R: ~12.1 --> 12
- Weight: around 132.4 lbs --> 130.8
-I’m about 5’1

~~~ (below is unnecessary extra info but I felt like sharing anyway)
I started the thighs program right after this along w other supplementary workouts (bc the program is much easier so I added more videos), but tbh my weight is back to 131.5 lbs. I'm also super bloated and fatigued again though, so maybe the bloat is increasing the weight? (Asking my parents for a dr appointment to make sure everything is fine haha, they're getting tired of me complaining). Anyway, my results aren't that impressive but I think a lot of people lost more weight/inches than me on this program so don't be discouraged! And anyway, I gained strength which is important, so no matter the weight results you will most likely gain strength on this program! Anyway best of luck to anyone who tries this :)
So I can say to u that i had results with Chloe, obviously not in 2 weeks, but i lost 15kgs (almost 33lbs) in 5 months when i started to do the Chloe's challenge in day 7 of june I had 65kgs, at christmas i weighed myself again and now i have 50kgs

To anyone who's just starting out on their fitness journey: Don't give up, you can do it! Trust the process and just take things day by day. Something that's not talked about enough is how motivation will come and go so it's better to focus on being disciplined. It's okay if all you could do today is a 10 minute workout, it still counts as a workout. Keep going and start the new year off strong!

Yes! When I wake up I have to force myself to get out of bed and work out! It does get easier overtime and when you start seeing results it’s so worth it
I just finished my first program today. it took me 2 MONTHS and a lot of rest days, breaks, and splitting the days to finish the 3-WEEK program. Don't worry about lagging behind and pushing yourself to pass out! Just get through the exercises the best that you can. You got this!!!

I finally completely the flat stomach challenge today guys!!!!! So happy ❤️. I only did the low impact workouts throughout the challenge and still the results are amazing. I also didn't follow a strict diet but still I got stronger everyday. So it definitely is effective and you should do it too

today i was super tired and unmotivated. i ate a lot of unhealthy snacks and felt so fat. i was dreading to change into a sports bra for my workout and see what my stomach looked like. but, i actually wasn’t very bloated! my abs were even showing through a little bit! this instantly boosted my motivation! thank you Chloe for making me feel confident!

aha, I was the same but i found a way!!! Try exhaling and then hold your breath! Your stomach should feel really tight. Now try breathing while keeping your stomach in! It takes a while to learn to hold it but I learned that just by doing that for some time without stopping it burns calories!!!

I’m here on the last day of 2021 weight loss challenge and I’m proud to say that even though the program stayed challenging throughout the three weeks I can see how much I’ve improved in stamina, strength and proper form. @Danika Bree Chloe also has flat belly exercises,if you prefer having flat belly rather than abs than you can avoid her abs workouts and try to avoid things that give you abs like spider plank, cross body climbers etc
to lose belly weight you need to do ab workouts cause they target it

HAPPY NEW YEAR CHLOE!!! my ex boyfriend cheated on me 4 months ago... I was bored as hell and felt soo bad about myself, but this corona time helps me to work on myself. Chloe motivated me to work hard, her videos are blessed with many tips and tricks and helped me to eat clean. I took diet from website called Dietarize and they provided me meal and workout plan. I lost 27lbs in 4 months!!!

today is my last day of the three-week challenge, and this is the last workout. I want to say that I have become stronger and more resilient, and I have lost 1 kg, which is not much, but for me this is the result. I'll take a three-day break, and I'll start a new challenge :)

I love how she is doing the exercise with you and timing it and making it pretty much a live lesson. Most videos just say ‘do this. It’s easy’ when it isn’t but Chloe is doing it and saying if it’s ok to not be able to. She is so inspiring and beautiful

This workout maybe just 10minutes but it’s hella effective, my tummy had trimmed a lil not, just need to continue till I get my desired tummy.
Lost 4kg and I incorporated Intermittent fasting, eating once a day.
