You shouldn't perform those things until you got some good basis. There is no point trying to do a touch frontlever if you can't hold more than a tucked for ex. Though I think it's a perfect tool to train advanced stuff or to work on form. I'm actually using it to learn free HSPU with like 20% bw off and it makes wonder. The most important thing still is: don't skip the basic when you have such a device (I must say I'm guilty of it some times 😅)

it reduces your bodyweight in a more linear way than bands do.. so its good for developing strengrh for planche etc i would say 🤷🏻♂️😅 i also got such a thing ^^

Yes, that's why you need to condition yourself for it first or else you'll pay the price later.
