    I feel getting a full 8 hours of *restful* sleep is key. I take several MGs of melatonin (6-10) and wake up with more energy and less drowsiness the next day.

    Great list. I believe the most most important habit is physical exercise in particular strength training.

    How does tea compare to coffee?

      In the studies I looked at, coffee had better benefits. It’s higher in polyphenols. Green coffee was the best. Then coffee. Then tea. But all are healthy 🙂
