If I had to give you something, I would say the supple leopard by Kelly starrett or the roll model by Jill miller

"Can even create pain" I'm sorry but this was the most agonizing pain i ever had. For about 3 weeks. I have a great chiropractor so he lessened the duration of this affliction. He manually broke up the scar tissue. Yep. That was also quite painful but highly productive. It took 9 months to be completely done but the major pain was over in a month. I also didn't go in right away so i certainly allowed it to get worse.

at least it helped you get over your pain faster, even if it was worse in the beginning. fascia is full of nerves so it makes sense.

@@TrainandMassage oh absolutely! I was a long time client so I knew what to expect😂😂😂😂I told him, "hurt me doc Brenner, I have haircuts I have to do"😂 I was standing on a box to cut hair because I couldn't raise my arm🤣🤣🤣 it was also bursitis which is like giving birth thru the joint to a ten pound baby. If you moved an iota,😂😂😂 talk about scream and hit the floor👀 I'll never allow myself to freeze up again. I'm always on the move now💪😎❤️‍🔥😏
