You will have to remove the PTFE tube from the extruder and the hot end. Heat the hot end to about 220c and remove the PTFE tube. May take a little force...

    Hy Dennis,
Thank You for the video. I have one question for the filament exchange procedure on the Super Racer: I have implememented the Speeder pad installation, If I try to use the “filament in” procedure under the Exchange menu, I was not able to stop the extruder motor and I have to switch off the pad. Do i Miss some stop comand (button) somewhere?
Thank you for the assistance you are giving to everybody.
    Riccardo

After loading the filament do you then adjust the extruder spring back in or leave it where you have it when loading the filament? Thanks, Gerry

The adjustment is only once. Then from now on, just leve it and feed the filament in by hand. Just set it at about 2 full turns and leave it set...

    Hello! grettings from Chile
When I tried to remove the teflon and replace it with capricorn, it did not work well, I removed it, and the edges were stuck to the bottom, where the motor and fan are. Try to remove the remains, why can't I put another Teflon if those remains are still there, any way to disarm to be able to clean?
    Thanks!

It's really nice. Few questions... How can I take care of this printer after print? It's strange but seems to me that the prints are really stucked on the bed? There's a way to make them more easy to detach them!

The best way that I have found is after cooling, spray the part with a 50% water and alcahol solution. Workd very well for me...

Hey Dennis, what should I do if just want to finish one already in the tube and join with a new filament, I must remove the old one or I can keep it?

Yes, it will. Have patience and make sure it is straight and cut at a 45 degree angle. And as you are putting it in, wiggle it all around...
