Jess Long, strong as ever, strikes gold again to finish 5th Paralympics with 29th career medals | NBC Sports - Спорт
He got WR in the preliminaries. 1 hour later wins gold at the team relay. Now he get WR in the 200M final. What a beast.
Beast is right. Looked like he was fit enough to keep going. Facial relaxation and composed. And as announcers said, only 18months of training. Wow!!!! I got weepy with his gratitude n acknowledgment for his brother.
His first Paralympics and he already has multiple world records. Such a bright future for Nick
Ran sub 22 with cerebral palsy (in the rain), it’s amazing to watch! How is this not on prime time television? This is the stuff people need to see to bring us together vs the political nonsense that is breaking us all apart.
well said.
That was amazing Nick. So proud of you young man. Congrats on GOLD!
T37 includes people who have coordination impairments such as hypertonia, ataxia and athetosis.
Thank you.
Thank you! I wish they would include this in the description.
Thank you so much
Glad someone explained about the impairments.
If you think about it these guys are really great athletes. They have a disability, yet he set a wr at 21.91. The fully able, men WR is 19.19. That is 2+ seconds or so. In terms of track and field it is a lot. But in terms of athleticism, they are not too far. Good for them!
As a person who's run track before, 21.91 is an impressive time whether someone has a disability or not. The guy is fast!
@@LifeisaBeautifulting anything sub 24 is great and sub 23 is amazing. Sub 22 with a physical impairment is legendary
Awe he saluted the Goat, way to go nick, I’m so touched by these guys especially the soccer and goal ball, I teared up watching some of these games!
I'm so glad he and his brother pushed him and believed in him so much. It must be hard to not have your family there. I'm glad he is doing well. Oreos! Congrats on doing your best
He runs with strength despite his physical challenge.
Outstanding athlete. I hope he keeps at it and breaks more records! USA!
Good job Nick. Folks think Jamaicans and Americans are against each other, but it’s about humility(Ms. Richardson). Wonderful how you paid homage to Usain. I know you will break more records Nick👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
What a great person he is and a great athlete.
He is amazing go Nick! ❤😍
Congratulations 👏🏽 🇺🇲
Paralympians 🇺🇸 🙏 😎
Great job!!!!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Amazing! 🙏
Great run
Winner Nick Mayhugh new record .
Congratulations Nick
Give this man all the Oreos he wants!
The Paralympics are more exciting.
It's not about politics, it's about the athletes
Amazing boy!
Nick is awesome
Assuming he sticks with it, he could very well go sub-21.
22.9 is fast for anyone !
I mean 21.9 is fast for anyone 😊
That’s fast 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
21.9! Is not a bad time for anyone.. that’s my p.r and I was proud of it lol
mayhugh runs huge
OMG!
He said a _sleeve_ of Oreos. Not the whole box. 4:40
Dear NBC ... Pls stop giving away the outcome in the title.
T37 world record. Big difference.
I wish they’d explain what their disabilities are.
For what reason???
@@Loverb1989 … for context?
@@MarMaxGaming Google is a thing.
@@ddot9566 lol nobody said it wasn’t. But that’s what About sections are for… context and info, so somebody doesn’t have to wonder or search elsewhere. This is too easy, let’s move along.
Cerebral palsy
He looks so fine
It's hard not to think of Cartman lol
Wait, so what is wrong with him? No disrespect, but he looks healthier than me.
cerebral palsy
👏👏👏👏👏💖💖💖💖💖
The way he says “ to the Jamaican” 🙄
Wait what are their disabilities
Mild Cerebral Palsy.
John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life." Have a blessed day, brothers and sisters in Christ!
There is no such disabilities in the eyes of God 🙏
The nauseating shelf continuously fit because jogging scully retire around a scrawny sampan. hurried, available event
Can they make a paralympic category for people like me? I'm just slower that top athlete so it's a non-binar handicap no?

where did you find that quote? been looking for that segment but cant find it anywhere?
Well this is the Paralympics, so...
@@dynasty0019 yeah but to blatantly lie about the quote and person is quite pathetic don't you think?
@@rtasi2000 Meh, it just shows the OP is a fool
How is this world record lmaoo
the Paralympic world record
It’s the Paralympics WR. FloJo and Usain Bolt still hold the women’s and men’s WR.
Why do people continue to not look something up before looking like a moron?
@@ammloud not even. Paralympics have many categories for each event. He set the world record for this event for his category.
