Core strength... Something so praised that is barely a limiting factor in the majority of exercises. No, everything during the handstand or the elbow lever does more work than the core. Mediocre core strength of most ordinary people can handle the elbow lever or handstand. Not the balancing factor, wrist, shoulder, tricep and chest strength, though.
lol, send me a video of you trying this and there say that. I thought this would be easy, 4 years after training 5 days a week with 0 breaks, I can barely do what this guy can. Straight up saw a video of an Asian guy doing this and one arm pull ups 4 years ago. I can do 3 full 1 arm pull ups on each arm, around 20~ seconds of push-ups without my feet on the floor, and at a maximum, do what this guy did.

I don't say that to diminish the video, but to let you know it's actually achievable without being a pro gymnast if you wanted to learn.
One of the things you get from bboying is super strong wrists and core that doesn't get winded easily, that I agree takes time to develop, even for a regular gym goer.
The most tiring part part of the vid is likely the hops he did at the end, the pump-up to handstand, and of course continuing the move for such a long time.
