Blocking is a way to control you.
I definitely had no clue people like this existed until I met one 4 months ago. It was INSANE.
I ended things last week Friday. I’m pretty sure he blocked me, but I don’t even care. He’s so toxic. I hope the bar slags with boyfriends, husbands, and kids work out for him.
I deserve a good man, not a fake human. ❤

Every now and then you’ll run into a narcissist who’s not trying to hurt you, they know they’re not good for you and they’ll remove themselves so you can move on. Believe them and move on.

My narc was sort of like that telling me he was mentally not right, but he also was trying to sucker me in.
100% he would have given me an STD! He didn’t use safe sex practices. I’m sure it was fine with him, but I don’t need an STD. Not into it. 😂

Narcissists block because they are stonewalling and giving you the silent treatment, Empaths block to go no contact, either way it's still abuse on both sides, crazy advice tbh, personally I'd keep the narcissist unblocked then you have the option to reply or ignore the message like a responsible mature adult
I got blocked for being too emotional.. I have kept him unblocked, so when he tries to hoover again he will be left ignored and I will NEVER reply.

Agreed 💯. Narcissistic people that are unaware are simply using coping mechanisms to avoid accountability and keep their emotional well being up. They block while self fulfilling without the INTENT of hurting anyone. An aware person that is a Narc does it with the intent to hurt you as they understand that those coping mechanisms are actually manipulations.
The difference is their false reality….we don’t create bizarro world my roommate narc met me and tired to lovebomb me …I was like no I’m in love with someone else overt….he spent months trying to win me though I always said No ….he finally found someone desperate enough to take him and he starts lying telling this person how I want him and all this rubbish …..and then accuses me of wearing teddys and stuff I do not own because “he dumped me “ what let me know that they are a special kind of stupid and crazy was him yelling emphatically “ I know the truth” 😂😂😂’ he meant he knows the bs he told the person to make them jealous of the me in my roommates head… fast forward….roommate give the new boo a couple of curable “gifts” and they dump him ..:then he’s trying to chat me up like nothing ever happened….they are CRAZY…..crazy crazy ….not like artsy
I got blocked when I confronted him about the truth. He went crazy said I mad him see "red" and I'm not someone he wants to even be friends w. I laughed. I said no your mask slipped. Your daughter confirmed it, then I researched it and 3 people confirmed it. He was livid. Yeah the next GF just filed a police report for him trying to break and enter to her house, so I guess she's crazy too. Lol.
Have had in the past the block/unblock game with narc. Honestly, I was like w/e.
My blocked me and has unblocked me. Maybe you can do a video on why a narc cheats and never gives up those supplies and struggles to do that but is able to easily walk away from you!

My ex-girlfriend left 9 months ago, she ghosted me and blocked me from everything texting, phone calls no closure I have been totally affected by this, because we talked about living together spending and sharing our lives. Now I find she's with a friend I worked with for three years.

I'm sorry. Similar thing happened to me. He ghosted me and then blocked me because he found the new supply who is underage and mentally challenged. He started a relationship with her while he was still with me. He was getting more and more distant and I had no idea what was going on. I'm going to expose him!
Shared this with my family as when Mom revealed her narc self in the family chat I said I'm done, contact me individually and left the chat. I immediately blocked my Mom. Meanwhile, Mom blocked THEM. I'm assuming she blocked out of shame and blame as some were unblocked (half bro and his wife) while my older sister (scapegoat/partial instigator truth teller in this incident) stayed blocked. I have not unblocked despite Hoovers. Aunt and cousin have spoken or at least left channels open but know her character and support us and not her. Door is closed for good. No more eggshells or anxiety!
Truly forgive them, then keep your boundaries. You dont want to hate, as it will consume you and rob you of the blessings that were intended for you. Such hurt in life. smh
He blocked me 3 years ago after the worst discard, but only my number, every where else I wasn’t blocked, and when he would do this in the past I would chase cause I was so trauma bonded, but after that last discard I said that’s it, I blocked on everything.

He blocked me when I emailed his mommy and daddy and older sister… telling them he is already married ( new supply ) the lady he cheated me with… why he is still in touch with me and he refused to transfer the share of the company ( given to me as gift) cash or ask his new lady to buy them from him and pay me… after this email he completely blocked me since more than 2 months.. I am very happy 😃 that I did that !! No chance to be hovered!! No thanks 🙏 not interested at all…
I did the exact same thing exposing him to his family and blocked him an left an be careful he took me into court for harassment because of doing this one time! Never a threat never went near him I literally left him an never looked back! And that was his revenge I have no criminal record so it didn’t do anything to me but it’s the principle of how sick these people can be and he never once blocked me ! I did contact him once I got the summons! Never answered me but didn’t block me either psychopath
Still no communication or any attempt of hoovering, he is so sick and crazy man, at that time did not know anything about covert narcissist or narcissist, that’s why I stayed with him and let him using me, but I am glad he ran like a jerk to another supply 😅 of course downgraded himself 😂😂. I know who I am. I got blocked, but its cool. I changed my number. Second time done in life, so not done lightly.
He showed up at my house called me from my driveway yelled some salad hung up and blocked me. I did nothing. I was in my house literally in my underwear. At the very least I know I am not responsible for this madness. Question: Logically, does he realize one of these times I won't be here waiting? This is childish nonsense and I am getting too old for this. I want a future not stupid time wasting games. This achieves nothing relationship wise..does he know that this is a waste?

I knew I was married to a narc towards the end. And after filing and him getting arrested (bail condition he couldn’t contact me) he blocked me from social media. I blocked him from everything and eventually his new supply, once she started showing up on my add friends on Facebook I blocked her too. I want no part of whatever is going on. I know what he is and saw in the background the truth of the illusions. I have gone no contact and looking forward to the divorce being finalized in the next couple weeks.

You can. Total abandonment which means don't look back. It isn't easy but it works
I found her words never matched her actions, which left me feeling confused, she would make plans and they would change all of a sudden, she would really miss me and want to see me on the phone over hours, yet when I went to see her she would act like I was in the way, it was so confusing, so I'd begin a conversation about us and she would do everything to avoid it, something would all of a sudden come up, or she would latch onto a story in the news and not only say how say it was but some time actually cry. She knew the definition of the words but didn't know the correct times to show them. One minute be full on then for no reason ghost me, towards the end of the two years every conversation would end up with a closing statement, like I was on probation and one error I was out. So as Easter was approaching I was coming off a discard and she wanted me to go to hers and spend Easter with her. I simply didn't answer her phone calls, all 50 of them. The texts started, with sorrow then questions, then hate. As quick as 4 days she was gone, blocked me and gone.
I block every page with a name that is his on Facebook and Instagram, especially the ones with no profile picture. Period. He's reached out to me from many phone numbers and others' social media accounts, and I block them all. I ignore texts and voicemails when he calls drunk. Five years of this trauma. I am just done.

I became more willing to block after I realized my sister was using the information on my profile as a way to spread rumors about me or supply for herself to talk smack. I now will block people who will lose it on me over a boundary. I mean like people I helped when they went homeless that I helped and they lost it on me over I am not okay with the abuse you two are doing and need you to leave. Then all of a sudden even though they paid no rent nor food because they had mail coming to my home, they had more rights to my home. I blocked her husband first when he threw my own trauma with my sister in my face, "I'm sorry you're taking your damage from your sister out on me." No... You threw a tantrum over being offered a brownie and put your hands on your wife. And claimed my home made you feel unsafe, so I suggested leaving if you don't feel safe when everyone is fine but you're the common problem. You are the one yelling and 9/10 times starting drama. Another person tried playing the victim over her making fun of my fertility struggle... I tried to address it with her twice and she kept doing it and would deflect everything I said and that was how she actually felt about me... I learned disagreeing with someone is fine. Someone trying to constantly twist your words, lie, or never make an active change in the abusive/hurtful pattern, delete/block or both.
He contacted few days back for few mins we were on call and yesterday he blocked without any reason. next week he moving to another city. It's situationship for him . But I love him unconditionally. Entire day I was crying and this crying will continue. Without any reason he blocked me...do I deserve this, I am being punished for loving him....karma maybe .....but suffering is for real and heartache is so horrible. Need to carry a fake smile but inside I am dying. Closure is so important. Immature behaviour from a grown up man....

July my sp had a stroke after he moved to another State. Another woman was with him and now publicly there both are gf and bf however he still inbetween msg me. The biggest problem knowing all his dark side why I still love him unconditionally I don't know. Almost everyday I pray that I should forget him and stop hurting myself but I love him even more. Pray for his happiness and good health. Some love stories are hard to explain

She ended the relationship for the fifth time in 3 month, the last time I called her out and she went crazy. I called and told her i was sorry, we talked on the phone and she says She wanted to stay friends. 2 days later I told her I cannot be friend with you, because I want to move forward, WOW she went with a tantrum and went crazy and blocked me every where except the phone. And know she posting half naked pictures on her insta and screenshots of her tinder profile just to provoke. She has never been so active on social media since know. She even told me once that she post things to provoke me. And she like me when I chase and act stalking while she is blocking me. 2 days without no contact.

Yes this is exactly what happened to me. the first minute. But i know what i did wrong. Reactive abuse. i would react and just lose it, and use her insecurities against her. like how she kept dong to me. its so crazy. it drove me nuts.

But had the audacity to call me at work when his dad died. Me the fool cuz he was messing with a straight guy at his apt complex! The whole situation is and was F’d up. It’s been 2-3 years and I still can’t totally put it together to 💯 heal. I even got an apt in his town while holding a mortgage too. Still wasn’t enough to make him see I truly loved him. Gay or straight this narcissistic crap is all the same. New circle of friends. New partners. Partners on the side. And trust me, if you’re confrontational like I am, smart, call their bs…despite their anger, them begging you not to leave them, the fixing it, etc…the day comes they quit you and forget you and leave you no way to contact them and at least know “why”. That’s their evil game. It’s power to them.

ldr, got her plane tickets to see me, she cheated on me, won't accept it and then blocks me, posts stories of her flying over to where I live using the ticket I got her, won't contact me at all to let me know she's here and posts more stories of her in a hotel doing absolutely nothing.... just spending money and nowhere to go or meet or do... its excruciating and I cant begin to explain just how terrible I feel right now.

Always view the "stalker" label with a grain of salt when she talks about a guy, just like the ubiquitous "verbally abusive" label. When she uses that label, he's probably not that bad of a guy.

Hello I have a question my ex who is a narc put/pressed a pillow on my cat when he was sitting in the living room with my family my dad was immediately told him to stop.

You are the first to mention something that I found so strange! The fact that he could be in the same room with someone and forget they were there! I questioned this for a very long time, and bells went off in my head when this happened to me. My narc forgot I was present one day....in the same room as himself when he began talking about me!

I never would have done this to you and I proved that. I stayed when you cheated. Lied. Dumped me over and over. I fought for you! Tried to prove to you true love doesn’t quit. 2. I can’t help I was literally fighting for my life having stage 4 cancer, a mandiblectomy, 30 rounds of radiation! 3. I can’t help you claimed you didn’t want to give me Covid, you working with Covid in the medical field, telling me I couldn’t even come to the apt. But I did FaceTime and listened to you cry and stress during Covid. I did bring you food and leave it at your door and talk to you over the patio.
I went to therapy to figure this out. But it’s still hard to separate and trust again. I will always fear it’s a script, a storyline, knowing the next could walk any second. It’s psychotic

She said her ex was stalking her etc.. came to her apartment so she had to move back to her parents house etc..
At the end, after the rollercoaster known as lovebombing>devaluation>discard.. out of the blue breakup, few days after my birthday (where she was wonderful).. no real reason give.. no closure ("you know what you did", etc).. following months i tried to talk to her and sort things out but it never went anywhere.. i didnt know what to do.. from talking about being married, being solmates and having kids to she accusing me of sexual harrasement.. after which I actually blocked her (i was extremely angry when she said that because i never did anything of the sort) and called her out on her being manupilative, narcissistic etc.... then i unblock her a day later to appologize for blocking her.. only to find i was deleted and blocked everywhere..
she never talked to me after that..
later i found she was in another "soulmate" relationship few months after this happend..
meanwhile for me.. its been over 2 years now.. and i still have no desire to date..
i was going to theraphy for over 6 months.. and was diagnosed with cptsd and sever depression..
meanwhile she is traveling and having the time of her life with her new shiny toy play thing..

He blocked me first on IG I cannot block him now. Any way? LinkedIn too, he cyberstalks under another Atlanta account in private mode.
Can somebody give me a clear answer please ill try explain the situation short because I am in need of help ; The last 4 weeks my ex co worker (female) suddenly reached out to me how everything was going a conversation started and it seemed fun like the beginning stages of getting to know somebody. During the conversation she suddenly left for a couple of hours just to respond randomly at 2 AM. A couple of days past and there where some issues aparantly portrait in a story she posted on whatsapp. I asked if there is anything wrong and offered my help or if she needed it she reacted quit cold and uninterested like ; No sweet of you boom thats's all. After 2 weeks again ( no contact I gues to give her some time perhaps ) I didn't hear anything from her so I messaged to ask if all was going oke but the conversation was quit boring short answer and no genuine how I was doing myself. Again she left me hanging with another reply untill the following day around 7 AM. I didn't want to react because for my feeling I was interrupting her space or being annoying I didn't know how to proceed further. Now a couple of days later she blocked me on whatsapp I noticed since I can't see her online anyway more or see the status. I feel like I am the bad guy or that I didn't give her a specific feeling back I ffed up prob with giving to much attention or boring in the conversation. How should I continou ? Ask her on Whatsapp ( even if it looks like she blocked me ) what I did wrong or tell her that my intensions where good and I didn't want to give her a crappy feeling or whatever I have been a mess for a couple of days since i held of my feeling for her for such a long time at work and now that i showed my feeling she just became cold and distant.
