Ricardo I’m trusting no contact because that is all I can do. I’m working on myself every day for myself. In my current state of mind I do not expect my ex to ever come back. It has been something like 70+ days since she dumped me and I have no expectations that she ever will come back. I’m glad that I’ve stopped counting and I’m moving on. She made the mistake and my silence to her will shout volumes in her mind. I will improve my life, I will become more physically fit, I will become smarter, and I will find someone new. Update: My ex and I officially got back together today. He unblocked me 12 days after no contact, and talked to me 8 days after unblocking me. We talked 3 straight days with him always reaching out first. Everything went well. I was calm and reserved. However, he stopped reaching out after that. Hence, on the 5th day, I reached out to him coz he had reached out 3 straight times previously anyway. Turned out, he was just waiting for me to reach out back. Thank you Coach Lee! God bless!
we broke up 3 weeks ago, and since then i am in No contact rule, and today i find out that my ex removed me from followers on IG, we are still friends on FB even though my ex is not there so much and since we broke up i posted maybe 2 photos , nothing related to love , or suffering , its general photo of some volunteer work i do over the weekend, nothing else,.. and i find out today that from IG i was removed... well after all i am going thru this is like another punch in the face.. :(

Sometimes you're just done with the person, they remind you of bad memories and heartaches so you just want to forget them and take them out of your life completely. I personally blocked my ex on everything because I was so disgusted by what she did has nothing to do with manipulation or none of that
Nah man, she definitely blocked me because I was annoying. I can't help myself but express my feelings, and that's just a mistake I gotta live with. We truly had nothing but 10 years of good memories and overcoming trials together. But she's going through stuff right now, I want desperately to be there for her, but I'm just not in a position to give her what she needs. Hopefully, if she unblocks me, I'll at least be in a position of strength where I can at least offer to lighten her load. But for now, I am the burden, and I have to deal with the painful reality of just backing away for the time being.

I believe that, depending on the situation, blocking is a form of a boundary being placed. If you are constantly harassing them and not letting them have their space, they may put a boundary because you won’t let them process their thoughts and feelings and as a way for them to protect themselves. It isn’t always a bad thing depending on the situation.
I really like this comment. It's kinda what I feel I'm going through right now. Initially felt we had a breakup/break about three weeks ago. Did no contact for 10 days. Broke it. We got back for a few days. We were intimate. Then a few days later she told me that she was overwhelmed. She had to think. Her mind wasn't at a goof stage. She told me she loved me. Even said to me to have patience with her. We even mentioned that we should try it slow. Later that night she had blocked me again. I'm kinda confused but I'm thinking that's her way of putting up her boundary to process.

Honest the truth they block us is because they are hurt everytime they see us. if we made a impact in their life they will remember no matter what even if they move on. And just them looking at our profile hurts them unless you did something wrong like cheat on them or you’re super crazy. But if you think about it we are living “RENT FREE” in their heads they did that because they know they can’t over the factor of what they did to us so they’re thinking In their head like hey Howcome they are trying or chasing me even more. Because that’s what the dumpers want, they want that ego boost or some reason to give everyone a reason to tell everyone why they broke up with us. Don’t do it!! think of it like this if you chase a cat they’ll run away but once you stay calm and just ignore them they’ll come to you. Same way as a dog if you chase them they’ll either do one or two things they’ll play with you or they will runaway but most of the time they’ll runaway but once you start doing your own thing they tend to follow along and they get attached. Same way as our exes they block us now but slowly once they realize “hey I’m the only one running away they aren’t chasing me” they lost that ego boost so they tend to reflect more on their situation and where they put themselves at. That’s how you want it because you can’t fix something that broke but once you can show you’re gone and that you don’t need them like they needed you. they will freak out and that’s when they get curious and they try to contact you trust me I did this many times and it happened to me a lot but the one thing is they left a line open still. Even if it means fb, insta, or your phone don’t you guys wonder why, it’s because you left all your lines open so now they have to get back to you on one of the lines you left open. It’s like you leaving a carrot in front of a maze they don’t see the other carrots on the other side but they do see the carrot in front of them. So again patience is key but silence and absence is the most dangerous part of law attraction your silence says alot so it makes them think a lot more if you moved on or they curious because let’s be real with ourselves they’re still thinking about us so what makes you think they needed to block us they wouldn’t have thought of us in the beginning because if you flip the script around wouldn’t you guys just be moving on with your life if you were in their shoes and you would show your ex that you’re doing good in social media or anything that they can see it’s because they want to see us failing but we aren’t. they need to learn on their own there consequences that they put us through and fix that shit if not they never respected the relationship and you meant nothing but as I see it you’re basically living rent free in their heads. Keep your head high I’m not telling you to move on with your life but moved forward and make them realize what they lost in life but staying silent & absence it’s a powerful thing because the next time you guys talk you’ll be ready.

Look, i get the whole "no contact". But the thing is, if the other person is attempting to communicate, they obviously have something to say, get it off their chest, etc. It is such poor form to block people, and I think it's really terrible when one person ignores the other. Ive noticed the more positive you can look at the most dire situations even if there really is no hope, sometimes just being positive and treat them the same don t let them break ur peace and I've noticed the universe tends to reward you in the end just my opinion it works for me stay positive even when there is every reason to give up jist step back and take a min then remain positive and boom u are always in control of every situation and it's easier than u might think
Blocked 7.5 months since his first date with his rebound. Didn't do anything to need blocking, but I got unblocked last week. They broke up. typical. Stay in NC people and live your life. I hope you didn't take her back, cos she just gonna leave again when she thinks she's found somene better. She sees you as the back-up guy
Just wait for them to unblock you because they will. after they unblock you, it's time for you to retaliate by blocking them. That will make them realize that the world doesn't revolve around them. As for you, just do your best to move on like have some goals or meet people that would help you not think about the ex.
I wouldn't recommend waiting for them to unblock you; because you may be waiting for the rest of your life. There's absolutely no guarantee they will unblock you.
Damn, this was well-timed for me. Was queued up on my playlist when she blocked me, and I know she's deeply in love with me (is just afraid of commitment), is confused and hurting (per your other videos), and is upset that I'm not chasing more. Can i just say something? I think some ex-partners should be blocked and STAY blocked FOREVER. Some people are just bad news, and before you really want to get back with him/her, think why you want to get back with them, and what kind of value will they add to your life if you stay together? Some of them cause so much damage and emotional destruction, they are really not worth it.
Some but not all. And some people are different and want to see if it can still work out in spite of misunderstandings and their ex being confused. Often it works out and the two have learned the valuable lesson that they don’t want to be apart and that they can’t stay away.

Could tell that I got blocked on Facebook rather quickly, and I slipped up and sent her a text telling her that I disagree with her decision, but I respect it. Message didn’t go through. Been married 4 years. My wife left me on Tuesday this week. Today is Friday. On Monday we were making plans to take a vacation. Nothing I could tell on the surface was even wrong. There were no warning signs I could see. She left to go to her moms house and even invited me to go with her, but I was across town and couldn’t make it. So I did the stupid thing and sent an email which he received and now I feel like I’ve ruined any chance of us reconciling. I wasn’t rude or mean I just said how badly I was hurting. He took the decision of breaking up with me because he wanted to lead a solitary life and i accepted his decision saying "ok, it's your decision no prob. Just i wish you could be more honest to me when you were saying things such as 'be with me until the end of my life' 'i'd go nowhere without you', for example. Have a good night". Then he responded "Good night. I want to stay alone". It ended like that. We did not fight or anything. I just let him go. Then the next day night, he blocked me on whatssap; i cannot see his picture either his status. It quite hurt me because he could only have cancelled my number and our conversation. I mean there is no hate between us...well, if he believed i'd text him he was in the wrong way, because i'll never text someone who leaves me. Can't understand this behaviour.
In my case, after being together for two and a half years my gf whom I had wanted to marry but who broke up with me in early Jan. ‘23 over a very petty episode but which was yet another drop in the bucket of her not trusting me, decided out of the blue to block me pretty much everywhere. She gave me the reason for doing so as “she didn’t want to see anything from my profile that would hurt her even more than she was hurting”. To me this sounds like a “it’s not you it’s me” kind of statement. Unlike my many previous breakups (I am in my 40’s and so is she) this one wasn’t from feelings fizzling out but due to lack of trust on her part and me having to move to another country soon after due to work and she didn’t want long distance either.
My ex blocked me because got overwhelmed by my messages. I moved on and got married to a new lady. When she found out, she unblocked and rung me and said she was just checking on me. I really loved her and still got fond memories. She said she forgave me and that I am more than welcome to talk to her. She wished me good in life.
I just wanted to add one more important point that sometimes the rebound person become jealously & crazy during your ex contacts you and they force ur ex to block you social media or phone.But it’s good sign and stay in no contact! This is exactly what happened to me except I wasn't contacting him at all. He would be the one to contact me but it wasn't very often. She asked him to remove and block my number as well as to unfriend and block both me and my daughter from FB. Sad part is, I live 1,200 miles away from him so for me to be that big of a threat just shows how insecure and crazy she is. We are all in our 40's but she is older than both of us...grow up. That relationship will implode all by itself considering he got with her a month after he suddenly broke up with me after being together for close to 3 years and I was getting ready to relocate and move in with him. Psychological fact: the more you aren't allowed to have something, the more you want it. Blocked me in April 2023 but we broke up July 2022. His daughter told me that he asked about me and my daughter back in July of this year...why do you care sir, you are with little miss insecure.
If you are so happy with the choice you made, why ask if me and my daughter are doing ok? Sounds like someone is feeling guilty for letting her control him. Learn to think for yourself dude, red flag, if your ex gf isn't contacting you and isn't active in FB and neither is her daughter, why would you have to block them especially when you live 1,200 miles away....insecurity thats what. Coach Lee speaks truth and wisdom. And assuming no abuse was involved, not blocked is much better than blocked. Keep in mind that you might not be fully blocked, but you may be excluded from seeing their updates, which is like them saying "You get to see my life from this point in time backwards".

It's true the block does come off if you allow them to. My ex blocked me through FB, Insta etc... At the end of January this year and I believe around the end of July had unblocked me. Still in no NC but you have to be patient. And believe in the process.

It has been something like 70+ days since she dumped me and I have no expectations that she ever will come back. I’m glad that I’ve stopped counting and I’m moving on. Update: My ex and I officially got back together today. He unblocked me 12 days after no contact, and talked to me 8 days after unblocking me.
We talked 3 straight days with him always reaching out first. Everything went well. I was calm and reserved. However, he stopped reaching out after that. Hence, on the 5th day, I reached out to him coz he had reached out 3 straight times previously anyway. Turned out, he was just waiting for me to reach out back.

I believe that, depending on the situation, blocking is a form of a boundary being placed. If you are constantly harassing them and not letting them have their space, they may put a boundary because you won’t let them process their thoughts and feelings and as a way for them to protect themselves. It isn’t always a bad thing depending on the situation.

Honest the truth they block us is because they are hurt everytime they see us. if we made a impact in their life they will remember no matter what even if they move on. And just them looking at our profile hurts them unless you did something wrong like cheat on them or you’re super crazy. But if you think about it we are living “RENT FREE” in their heads they did that because they know they can’t over the factor of what they did to us so they’re thinking In their head like hey Howcome they are trying or chasing me even more. Because that’s what the dumpers want, they want that ego boost or some reason to give everyone a reason to tell everyone why they broke up with us. Don’t do it!! think of it like this if you chase a cat they’ll run away but once you stay calm and just ignore them they’ll come to you. Same way as a dog if you chase them they’ll either do one or two things they’ll play with you or they will runaway but most of the time they’ll runaway but once you start doing your own thing they tend to follow along and they get attached. Same way as our exes they block us now but slowly once they realize “hey I’m the only one running away they aren’t chasing me” they lost that ego boost so they tend to reflect more on their situation and where they put themselves at. That’s how you want it because you can’t fix something that broke but once you can show you’re gone and that you don’t need them like they needed you. they will freak out and that’s when they get curious and they try to contact you trust me I did this many times and it happened to me a lot but the one thing is they left a line open still. Even if it means fb, insta, or your phone don’t you guys wonder why, it’s because you left all your lines open so now they have to get back to you on one of the lines you left open. It’s like you leaving a carrot in front of a maze they don’t see the other carrots on the other side but they do see the carrot in front of them. So again patience is key but silence and absence is the most dangerous part of law attraction your silence says alot so it makes them think a lot more if you moved on or they curious because let’s be real with ourselves they’re still thinking about us so what makes you think they needed to block us they wouldn’t have thought of us in the beginning because if you flip the script around wouldn’t you guys just be moving on with your life if you were in their shoes and you would show your ex that you’re doing good in social media or anything that they can see it’s because they want to see us failing but we aren’t. they need to learn on their own there consequences that they put us through and fix that shit if not they never respected the relationship and you meant nothing but as I see it you’re basically living rent free in their heads. Additionally it helps u move through the break up more effectively even in NC and it hands u the cards whether u want them back or not and what really u didnt like after u subside the feelings. Blocked 7.5 months since his first date with his rebound. Didn't do anything to need blocking, but I got unblocked last week. They broke up. typical. Stay in NC people and live your life. Just wait for them to unblock you because they will. after they unblock you, it's time for you to retaliate by blocking them. That will make them realize that the world doesn't revolve around them. As for you, just do your best to move on like have some goals or meet people that would help you not think about the ex.

Damn, this was well-timed for me. Was queued up on my playlist when she blocked me, and I know she's deeply in love with me (is just afraid of commitment), is confused and hurting (per your other videos), and is upset that I'm not chasing more. Hopefully this is where she realizes what breakup really means and will put the effort in to figure out what she really wants.

Can i just say something? I think some ex-partners should be blocked and STAY blocked FOREVER. Some people are just bad news, and before you really want to get back with him/her, think why you want to get back with them, and what kind of value will they add to your life if you stay together? Some of them cause so much damage and emotional destruction, they are really not worth it.
Some but not all. And some people are different and want to see if it can still work out in spite of misunderstandings and their ex being confused. Often it works out and the two have learned the valuable lesson that they don’t want to be apart and that they can’t stay away.

Your video’s have been a life saver Coach Lee. Got dumped 4 days ago. Immediately found your channel and began no contact right away. Could tell that I got blocked on Facebook rather quickly, and I slipped up and sent her a text telling her that I disagree with her decision, but I respect it. Message didn’t go through. I’m blocked there too. Mad at myself for slipping up on no contact, but she will never see it. Hopefully she will unblock and attempt contact in time.

Been married 4 years. My wife left me on Tuesday this week. Today is Friday. On Monday we were making plans to take a vacation. Nothing I could tell on the surface was even wrong. There were no warning signs I could see. She left to go to her moms house and even invited me to go with her, but I was across town and couldn’t make it. She never came home that night and the next morning she moved out. I’ve never felt pain like this before. Your videos are the only thing getting me through this difficult time. This confusing time. I'm the one who got dumped and was following NC for almost 52 days, with all hopes to get together again, only to know that she had been physically and emotionally involved with another guy. We had a discussion for almost 10 days, everyday and it ended up in bad terms again and again! I still have hopes to save this relationship and going to do so. I have lost my dignity, ego and self respect and what not in this. Even my parents are against this marriage bcz it's kinda intercaste. Still i have hopes to save it and work on it. Giving infinite chances to her, ik, hurts, but i feel she's worth it.

She realised when I completely broke contact and now wants to 'discuss' it with me. I straight up said no! But as her mom is involved for her respect I'll just go meet them once, but the decision is 99% that it's not happening.

After a year together he dumped me on my first day at a new job. Blocked me on everything, absolutely everything. So I did the stupid thing and sent an email which he received and now I feel like I’ve ruined any chance of us reconciling. I wasn’t rude or mean I just said how badly I was hurting. He took the decision of breaking up with me because he wanted to lead a solitary life and i accepted his decision saying "ok, it's your decision no prob. Just i wish you could be more honest to me when you were saying things such as 'be with me until the end of my life' 'i'd go nowhere without you', for example. Have a good night". Then he responded "Good night. I want to stay alone". It ended like that. We did not fight or anything. I just let him go. Then the next day night, he blocked me on whatssap; i cannot see his picture either his status. It quite hurt me because he could only have cancelled my number and our conversation. I mean there is no hate between us...well, if he believed i'd text him he was in the wrong way, because i'll never text someone who leaves me. Can't understand this behaviour.
In my case, after being together for two and a half years my gf whom I had wanted to marry but who broke up with me in early Jan. ‘23 over a very petty episode but which was yet another drop in the bucket of her not trusting me, decided out of the blue to block me pretty much everywhere. She gave me the reason for doing so as “she didn’t want to see anything from my profile that would hurt her even more than she was hurting”. To me this sounds like a “it’s not you it’s me” kind of statement. Unlike my many previous breakups (I am in my 40’s and so is she) this one wasn’t from feelings fizzling out but due to lack of trust on her part and me having to move to another country soon after due to work and she didn’t want long distance either.
My ex blocked me because got overwhelmed by my messages. I moved on and got married to a new lady. When she found out, she unblocked and rung me and said she was just checking on me. I really loved her and still got fond memories. She said she forgave me and that I am more than welcome to talk to her. She wished me good in life.

This is exactly what happened to me except I wasn't contacting him at all. He would be the one to contact me but it wasn't very often. She asked him to remove and block my number as well as to unfriend and block both me and my daughter from FB. Sad part is, I live 1,200 miles away from him so for me to be that big of a threat just shows how insecure and crazy she is. We are all in our 40's but she is older than both of us...grow up. That relationship will implode all by itself considering he got with her a month after he suddenly broke up with me after being together for close to 3 years and I was getting ready to relocate and move in with him. Psychological fact: the more you aren't allowed to have something, the more you want it. Blocked me in April 2023 but we broke up July 2022. His daughter told me that he asked about me and my daughter back in July of this year...why do you care sir, you are with little miss insecure.
If you are so happy with the choice you made, why ask if me and my daughter are doing ok? Sounds like someone is feeling guilty for letting her control him. Learn to think for yourself dude, red flag, if your ex gf isn't contacting you and isn't active in FB and neither is her daughter, why would you have to block them especially when you live 1,200 miles away....insecurity thats what. No wonder why she's never been married and is 48...😂 I find it comical even though I am still hurting from all of this. I dodged a bullet and moving on. His loss

Keep in mind that you might not be fully blocked, but you may be excluded from seeing their updates, which is like them saying "You get to see my life from this point in time backwards".

It's true the block does come off if you allow them to. My ex blocked me through FB, Insta etc... At the end of January this year and I believe around the end of July had unblocked me. Still in no NC but you have to be patient. And believe in the process.
