      Stop drinking milk for 6 weeks. Alternatively stop yoga for 6 weeks .. you will know, how bad the milk is.

    సార్ నమస్తే. నా వయస్సు 62 సంవత్సరాలు. గత 10 సంవత్సరాలనుండి అరికాళ్ల మంటలు. బకెట్ లో ఐస్ ముక్కలు వేసుకుని కాళ్ళు పెట్టుకోవాల్సి వస్తుంది. మంటల వల్ల నిద్ర పట్టడం లేదు. చాలా నీరసం గా, డల్ గా ఉంటుంది. మన శరీరం లో బి 12 కౌంట్ ఎంత కౌంట్ ఉండాలి అనే విషయం తెలియచేయండి. రెమిడి తెలియచేయండి.

    సార్ నేను కొంచెం సేపు అంటే ఇంట్లో నడచిన కూడ కాళ్ళ నొప్పులు చాల వస్తున్నాయి మళ్ళీ ఎక్కువ సేపు చైర్లో కూర్చున్నా కాళ్లు పదాలు వాపులు వస్తున్నాయి ఎందుకు వీటికి పరిష్కార మార్గాలు ఏమిటీ సార్ నాకు డిస్క్ సమస్య ఉంది
