Blueberries, strawberries, acai powder, maqui powder, bilberry powder, 3 full spoons of hemp hearts, half spoon of cinamon, and coconut milk. I can drink this forever all my life. BTW, look for maqui berries (powder) the most antioxidant rich fruit there is other than amla (amla is terribly sour)

Hello Dr Axe, I've been drinking a orange juice with collagen by (bodykitchen)and a protein called amplify XL protein in the morning.....just wondering on alot of collagens it says on a empty stomach, am I defeating my collagen absorbing by adding protein with it??? The protein I'm using has some super food's in it (flax seed, chia seed powder, coconut water powder, spirulina, chlorella, wheat grass and maca made by a company called PMD, any way the question I have mixing my collagen with my shake is not hurting the absorption of the collagen is it??? Please let me know if it is OK to mix them all together. Thank you..... I really enjoy your you tube channel 😁

I am having a cherry, coconut milk banana smoothie but I am vegan right now. When I eat meat it just sits in my stomach and I don't feel good so I quit. I also get grossed out by the combination of flour and water, so I don't eat bread or pasta. See when I was a kid we made paper mache from flour and water, don't want to glue my insides.

    • @777antlers
