Snot may not have had an extensive library due to Lynn Strait's passing in 1998 (RIP to that amazing bastard, even though that was 5 years before I was even born.) But their album, Get Some, has some SERIOUS bangers.
Another nu-metal band I think deserves their props is Hed P.E.. Their first two albums kick ass and still hold up to this day, in my opinion. Everything after Broke is hit or miss, though. Be that as it may, they still have bangers. (Fun fact: The lead vocalist and frontman of the band, Jared Gomes, is of Afro-Brazilian descent on his dad's side, which kinda makes him mixed.)
Now, this third band may be a controversial pick, considering a certain Michael Jackson cover that people hated, but I'd have to say Alien Ant Farm. Now, before y'all clown me, just hear me out first. And THEN you can shower me with vitriol. So, while I WILL admit that my first exposure to that band was their infamous Smooth Criminal cover, I was curious enough to take a deeper dive into their discography and quite frankly, they ain't all that bad. The ANThology and TruANT albums are where it's at.

Snot: Snooze Button, Snot, Joy Ride, I Jus' Lie, and Get Some. (All of them from Get Some)
Hed P.E.: Serpent Boy, Firsty, Ground, Darky, and Ken 2012. (From their self-titled album) Bartender, Crazy Legs, Killing Time, Feel Good, and Swan Dive. (From Broke.)
Alien Ant Farm: Attitude, Summer, Wish, Courage, and Movies. (From ANThology) Rubber Mallet, S.S. Recognize, Tia Lupe, and Goodbye. (From truANT)
The order in which you listen to these songs doesn't matter, but I recommend them all the same.
Adema, Crazy Town (Darkhorse era), & Soulfly (up until Prophecy in 2004 since Dark Ages & beyond went more Thrash Metal)
Spineshank is one of my favorite nu metal bands but I hardly ever hear them mentioned, funnily enough, Spineshank and Ill nino both were featured in Freddy vs Jason (Spineshank was the opening song and Ill nino was the credits song) but overall Spineshank has some underrated bangers that more people should check out
