    Love all your videos!!! thank you🙏🥰 often when we are in quadruped position, you talk about how to position the shoulders correctly, and I never quite understand what you mean by that.. 🙈

      Thank you for your comment! In the quadruped you protract your shoulder blades: that means you are pulling you shoulder blades down and to the sides of your ribcage, so they are apart. Opposite is retraction: when you are pulling your shoulder blades together to the center of your spine. I hope it helps🤗
