Ingredients:
2 eggs
150 g/ 5,3 oz sugar + 2 tbsp for sprinkling
250 ml/ 8,7 oz kefir or buttermilk
125 ml/ 4,2 oz vegetable oil
450-500 g/ 19,9-17,6 oz flour (must look at consistency)
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla sugar
2 tsp cinnamon for sprinkling!
Bake at 180 degrees C/ 356 degrees F in a preheated oven for 35-40 minutes!
Cool on a wire rack.
