    Should edit out "Fast" in title, then it wont be as click baity. Yes there are some good exercises in the video. But it will not make back grow faster. There are no secret back exersises either. Deadlift, pullups and barbell row hit every muscle in back. When ppl say do this and add "fast" you know they are full of shit. The only way you can grow faster, is by hitting the jucie and tren harder than last time. You cant override youre bodys limit to build muscle by doing certain exersies just as little as you can force youre body to build more muscle by eating like a pig.
