Stop changing exercises if your still not strong, what's the use of doing exercises with light weight, work on getting stronger, than work on heavy movement for 6 to 10 reps 😅
You can get stronger and add muscle without heavy lifting. I love this video because it involves 3 muscle groups. I will modify the sequence into 3 exercise supersets of 10-12 reps each for 3 or 4 sets. Supersets…if you go too heavy…you’re done!!!! I will have at least the same gains as you. Maybe better.
