I am not a Mormon but love the Tabernacle Choir, Was that Sterling Poulson as Maestro? Very impressed and grew up to this song on Christmas Day (for YEARS) by the Choir even though I am Catholic. It is nostalgic and lovely!!! Plus I live in Utah so keep up the Christmas beauty!!

I not mormon, but this music made my cry. Just hearing all the music and singing. it really felt like the spirit was in me.
Christmas has always been my absolute favourite holiday. I have always loved the sentiment behind Christmas where family gather together and enjoy each other's company. The food is nice, but its the help you get along the way that make it extra special. I always treat myself to this song ever so often throughout the year to remind myself that Christmas is coming. And with Christmas right around the corner, what better time to go head over heels in the Christmas spirit than now, and what better song to start the holiday with than this one!

As a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (you guys know us as Mormons), I am very thankful for people of non-religious and non-LDS backrounds who were respectful of members and were able to see the glory of music. When Christ comes, I dout it will matter what denomination you are (however, they are still very important), I think it will matter if you choose to come to Christ and follow him or if you turn away and are cast into the lake of brimstone and fire.
There are tears in my eyes thanks to this beautiful version, simply beautiful. My favorite carol, Mormon Tab Choir... the best ever 😊

No it isn't. Many people do not realize that Mormonism is not a Christian denomination. It falls far outside Orthodox, Christian doctrine. i.e. they have replaced the Holy Bible with their own book of faith called, "The Book of Mormon" written by a man named Joseph Smith. The Bible clearly states that you shall not add to the completed cannon (Bible) which the Mormons have clearly done, also with their other un Christian writings called "The Pearl of Great Price" and "Doctrines and Covenents". They also have a very strange view of who Christ is, and who God, Himself is. @johe64: This is simply not factually accurate. Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints believe the Bible to be the word of God as well as the Book of Mormon. The Book of Mormon is "Another Testament of Jesus Christ". It does not replace the Bible but testifies of Christ alongside the Bible. Instead of asking ex-Mormons what Mormons believe, why don't you ask some active, practicing Mormons themselves? See mormon.org.
