After the loss of my father I threw myself into heavy cardio for about a year - I lost my period in the process. I swapped it for your videos because they are both challenging for somebody working out for many years, yet relaxing at the same time. I have my period back just weeks after AND I feel amazing all day after your classes. Thank you so much!!

I've been doing workouts at home for years, no jokes here, my glutes after 2 months are firmer 😂. My legs too. And never ever had a back or neck pain. My doctor suggested that I should be doing pilates for my back hernia. You have no idea what kind of changes I've seen on my body. My muscles are tightened. I'm glad no one was around to see me do the seal pose....I definitely tried but its safe to say that was the least graceful thing i've ever done. I'm interested to see how I progress!!
I kept switching between different workouts and instructors until I've found Nicole. These workouts have everything I was trying to find, they are both challenging and somehow soothing, they are not tedious or repetitive, always offering sth new, you have a great range to choose from depending on your mood. If I don't feel fit for longer workouts I can always opt for short ones. And most important thing, Nicole is so warm and welcoming, her movements are so graceful and explanations detailed, the background area so quiet and not distracting, except for accidental appearance of cats, I love those! I definitely could not do the teaser roll-up the first time I did this video last year, but, after some months of consistent work, I can now do even the most challenging version! She is right - do what you can and keep at it, you will be amazed how much stronger you will get with practice! Love this video! I would love to see more longer-length, no-equipment, intermediate workouts like this!

I'm amazed by the gradual increase in strength that comes with doing these workouts consistently. I've been doing Nicole's workouts just two or three times per week for the past several months and really feel the difference in both swimming and yoga. In fact, my yoga teacher commented that I look stronger to her. Pilates is a fascinating science.

i tried switching to in person pilates classes for awhile thinking it wold be nice to transition to something with even more personalized instruction so I dont risk injuring myself, and I realized they were far less instructive about proper form than you are! you provide such thorough notes on form and positioning that I really think ill only ever watch your videos, they are so perfect and awesome and you are the best ever!

It’s so upsetting that i can like a video only one time. I’m watching your videos every day over and over again. I’m doing your trainings since a few months now every day and I never get tired of it. And the changes that I see in my body are incredible!!! None of the activists that I did before was giving me such a results and so fast. I never could really get good looking abs it was always been my dream but I could never reach it. And now I look at the mirror and I see abs! I mean there is still lots of work to do but I can see the changes and it inspires me. And the most important thing that I really enjoy every single training I do with your help. It’s unbelievable! My abs were really engaged, then my glutes were on FIRE during the glutes session on all fours, then my legs & thighs suffered during the thigh exercises on our sides - absolutely LOVED this session! This is such a good and intense workout! I did it awhile ago and it was difficult and then added a resistance band for the first half this time and WOW! It was incredibly intense, but I see how much stronger I have become through your workouts. Thank you so much as always, Nicole!

This was my first intermediate Pilates workout and even though I had to take breaks a lot, I was able to do and finish all the exercises. Thank you for your calm and details instruction.

God I'm so blessed cause I found Nicole.. I have been working on myself for past six years, but I have never had such visible results as I have now with just a month of doing workouts with Nicole. It’s so upsetting that i can like a video only one time. I’m watching your videos every day over and over again. I’m doing your trainings since a few months now every day and I never get tired of it. And the changes that I see in my body are incredible!!! None of the activists that I did before was giving me such a results and so fast. I never could really get good looking abs it was always been my dream but I could never reach it. And now I look at the mirror and I see abs! I mean there is still lots of work to do but I can see the changes and it inspires me. And the most important thing that I really enjoy every single training I do with your help. It’s unbelievable! OMG! How does this not have millions of likes?? Such an amazing full body Pilates workout! My abs were really engaged, then my glutes were on FIRE during the glutes session on all fours, then my legs & thighs suffered during the thigh exercises on our sides - absolutely LOVED this session! THANK YOU!

This is such a good and intense workout! I did it awhile ago and it was difficult and then added a resistance band for the first half this time and WOW! It was incredibly intense, but I see how much stronger I have become through your workouts. Thank you so much as always, Nicole!

I've been doing this for a week now and I've got aloooooot more flexible like literally and also I don't face any lower back pain ( tho I'm 20 but it hurts like as if I'm 60). ALL THANKS TO YOU AND ALSO ME FOR NOT GIVING UP!🥺🥵
