    😊 talking about green vegetables?
    Also I was wondering about cauliflower and broccoli and asparagus I also wanted to ask you about shellfish like crab and lobster and shrimp and then are you able to eat a little bit of butter or honey? Also I eat a lot of cucumbers and pickle because every jar I've looked at his they don't have any calories so can you eat dill pickles. But I really want to know what you think about the cabbage soup? I'm going to work here's the deal with tomatoes are you able to eat those or are they a bad thing? I absolutely hate tofu a can't even handle it in my mouth it's so nasty but can you make a little stir fry with some of those vegetables without getting them cooked too much and using a little bit of olive oil. Also I was wondering about presto I'll bet it has in it is olive oil and a tun of. Fresh basil with a little topped off with pine nuts. I'm since it's not possible to eat white pasta I was wondering how you feel the rice that is made from cauliflower. I crave oranges so bad I can hardly stand it.
    😊 I used to be a weight-loss counselor at L-A weight loss when I lived in Boston about theiir diet. That between
    7to 10 am that that is the only time in the day you can eat fruit.then you have to drink about 30 oz of ice water.then for lunch they recommend a good size salad and you can some backed chicken and I hate apple cider vinegar but I love to make a salad dressing mostly out of balsamic vinegar with feta cheeseansa bit of olive oil salt and pepper

    Even if you can't get back to me could you look into the whole peanut butter situation and let me know what it has to do with Omega 3 , 6 ,or 9 acid also I was wondering what you what into the hummus since you can't have crackers? I was also wondering if you can eat sunflower seeds and pomegranates buy cilantro?

      Yes
      Lemon Juice from one Lemon..
      3 Tablespoons Spoons Olive oil
      3 Tablespoons Cider Vinegar.
      Mix with spices and pour on Salad..
      Enjoy..

I’ve been following the vegan diet for almost three years now, but I’m now struggling with quite a few health issues … However, I do not dare to eat dairy and eggs, because I’m so afraid that even eating these foods causes much harm and suffering to the animals and to the environment! Could you possibly suggest what one should do in this situation?

      Neither Vegan nor Keto is a complete answer to issues plaguing our health. I firmly believe in a balanced diet consisting of vegetables, whole grains, fruits, and proteins (both plant-based and animal). It's debatable who is causing damage to the environment.

    White rice really???? it has a high glycemic index and breaks down quickly in the gut. The sugar from the rice then reaches the bloodstream relatively fast, which can cause a spike 60-90 minutes after eating.

      Yes, you are right. That's why whole grains are a healthier alternative to white bread or white rice as said in the video at 6:45

      Eggs DON'T spike insulin. All the foods listed are healthier and don't spike insulin.
