Does anyone know which films the clips came from? I only recognised one of them and I'm interested in watching some of the others!
some of the clips are from random commercials but these are the movies 😊
snow white and the huntsman (2012)
alice in wonderland (2010)
what dreams may come (1998)
la belle et la bete (2014)
legend (1985)
maleficent (2014)
a midsummer night’s dream (1999)
midsommar (2019)
@@ModernGurlz Thanks so much!
Thank you! I was wondering the same thing
"What dreams may come" is one of my favourite movies! It's stunningly beautiful, heartbreaking and at the same time uplifting ❤
The clip of the two people kissing passionately in a flower garden is from Beauty And The Beast starring Vincent Cassel, Lea Seydoux, Andre Dussollier. It's a fabulous version of the story.
The problem with the met gala is that people that has 0 sense of fashion go there, only to promote their luxury brand contract
Absolutely
I'm glad I wasn't the only one who noticed this.
That basically what it about. Plus it a great way to donate for charity
i mean it seldom comes down to their sense of fashion, it's about what the designer/sponsor wants them to wear. the more famous the celebrity, the more input they have
well the luxury brands invite the celebrities so
Wisdom is the only tik Toker who deserves an invitation and who without a doubt would’ve killed the Met gala and that’s exactly what he did.
I literally admire him so much
Haley Baylee's also killed it, I think!

Thank you for mention that its a FUNDRAISER for the costume institute. Everyone bows down to sports and don't question football but literally talk sh***t about fashion and historical costuming which takes actual skill, thought and time.
Yeah! I previously had no idea but it’s nice to know
Yes, some people are acting like is just a celebrity fashion show and hating on the attendees and the media for covering
Got in an ig comment war about how art and interests celebrated by women and queer folk gets looked down on. And only women and queer folk argued with me??😭🥴
Who gives a damn what brain rotted pilsner misogynists think? People who appreciate art shouldn't be worrying about the opinions of grown men who watch other men play with toys on TV 💅 DO YOU 😘
exactly!! i’m really tired of people looking fashion as something useless and shallow, it’s literally art!
11:55 "Flowers? For spring? Groundbreaking..."
😂
Me being bratty: It's a classic, madam 😊
Tyla's look to me was the look of the night. It was on theme without going floral and was a spin on the overall theme, and she was perfectly accessorized with the sand on her arm and her hour glass bag plus this was her first Met and she stole the show!
YES! I totally agree.
Her look was my top pick. To me, it was an example of how art can be conceptually and literally beautiful at the same time.
ıt doesnt scream met gala - she could have worn it to any event and it would have been fine
@@deusexmachina9776 the dress was made of sand.. if that doesn’t scream met gala especially this year’s theme then i don’t know what screams met gala

I saw people calling the celebrities' outfits a mid version of the Hunger Games Capitole fashion and I agree.
All while there’s a genocide in Palestine that is considered a war on children. Suzanne Collins how do we reverse the curse?!
I want Anna W to just make the theme Hunger games capitol next year, they *must* go all out if they're going to do it at all. 😂
@@ciaraskeleton Anna Wintour failed her fictional counterpart by wearing flowers in Spring!!! I wish, I could trust her to come up with a relevant theme next year (although I hear, she might be retiring?)

I actually really liked Lana Del Rey's outfit... until you showed the original versions because, oh my god, they are so much better. Girl, wtf. Why did they do that?
Yeah like why cant they just reproduce the damn original...she would have ATE
it might be a reference to the fairytale of sleeping beauty. in the original story she pricks her finger with a needle and falls asleep for 100 years and the whole castle is covered by thorny twines. a lot of princes die trying to get through to the beautiful princess but after exactly 100 years i think another prince tries and wakes her by kissing her!
ya the one model wore was perfect and they made it into something a little silly
Alia Bhatt is being criminally ignored by the media, she was by far the best dressed but people are adding men wearing boring ass black suits in their “best dressed” lists whilst conveniently ignoring her.
Edit to add: Free Palestine 🇵🇸
I agree, I hope to see more saris on the red carpet! Alia’s was beautifully embroiled definitely on theme!!!

It's met gala. That looks like any other thousand well stitched - well designed lehengas if you remove the train. A fashion blogger took note of that is already good enough. She ticked all the boxes, and just that ... ticked all the boxes.
I was honestly surprised that no one had an Alice in Wonderland theme/design for their outfit. It would have been a great idea to do for this years theme.

both ladies were absolutely ethereal! I gasped when I saw their looks 🤍
Elle’s was one of my favorites! I think she nailed the crystal flower reference better than anyone else, and then some! But her fashion is always amazing and she literally is Sleeping Beauty! so this theme was perfect for her and she delivered!

Somebody had to say it!!!! 😂😂😂
I thought Lana looked very eye catching and gorgeous
I was happy to see Lana go all out this year and I thought she looked beautiful but I also agree that the McQueen looked cheap. Esp the toole.
I saw how it's originally styled, and the antlers are supposed to pierce through the toole, whereas here the toole just creates like a mosquito net around Lanas head.
The dress itself and Lana were gorgeous but yeah
@@clairewillow6475 def hard for her not to look gorgeous but I agree the quality of the gown and headpiece could’ve looked better😭

I loved Lewis Hamilton’s look among the men. It was an homage to the first Black gardener in Wales, John Ystumllyn. He was abducted from Africa and raised in Wales. The thorns around Lewis’ neck represented the pain of slavery. The inside of the jacket had a beautiful poignant poem by Alex Wharton.
I’ve been looking for this comment!!! He’s been criminally ignored in the coverage of the Met fashion
omg yesss, i was hoping he would be in the video, but sadly he wasn't
very few casual viewers who are consuming the coverage understand it was an art exhibit, with the celebs being a live human frame for the artist to interpret a THEME. Many were very complex but all people can talk about is trains and pointed bodices. There needed to be scripted commentary for each outfit--was there?
@@toodie535 I don't know if there is a scripted commentary, but I would suggest checking out HauteLeMode. Luke breaks down the outfits according to how they connect to the theme, as well as discussing the looks themselves. The first episode of his review dropped yesterday, and more are in the pipeline. He also did '2024 met gala theme explained' UA-cam video that gives background on the theme, which helps understand some of the more subtle references in the outfits worn. Imo it's worth a watch. He has a bit of a 'bitchy' sense of humour (I love it, but I guess maybe not everyone's cup of tea), and he made me appreciate some of the references in outfits that I would just have dismissed otherwise.
yes i loved his and i haven't seen enough people talking about it!
ngl Jennie look like wearing a curtain
She probably told her stylist:

its so funny how jennie is seen as this “fashion icon” but whenever she wears something that the people dont like her & other kpop stans are like “well she doesn’t have control over what she wears” !!?!?! 😭😭 which one is it??
blinks are so in denial that she's not a fashion girl.
I see Jennie as popular for fashion in Korea for that elegant elite rich look. But as a fashion icon she isn’t one, she isn’t like zendaya who can dress in any style and blows the red carpet away. Also like you said she has zero say in her red carpet looks.
@@Thesilentvoice... lol i dont see jennie as anything relevant related to fashion 🤣. she’s been wearing the same recycled chanel looks for years now. nothing new, nothing spectacular. like you said, she’s nowhere near a zendaya or even rihanna.
I am not sure how one becomes a fashion icon but usually said fashion icons tend to become known for having their own style or flair, and jennie is considered to be someone who looks nice in high fashion clothings and is liked for it, so in that aspect I suppose she is a fashion icon, but I think it's a bit of a stretch.
I wish I would have see a dress symbolizing decay. Like opulence at the top to ruin at the bottom.
Emma do have the theme of decay, sadly it was all pure decay without the transition. Nevertheless i still think it’s her best met gala outfit yet.
Though not a dress, Dan Levy’s Met Gala suit was just like this.
natasha poonawala had the cobweb dress. its not a transition but it looked good
this might not be the exact thing you’re looking for but do check out georgina chapman. to me it looks like a gorgeous flowers whose petals start to wrinkle and rot in the most stunning way. not groundbreaking or bold but elegant and tasteful
Yeah, I had an idea for a dress that would decay as the model walked so it would look very opulent at first, but then the more I’m past the more layers would be taken off. Almost like the dress was rotting before your eyes.
I thought it was better than last year. The garden carpet was beautiful. The pageantry was there. But I have heard that this was supposed to be a covert way to celebrate John Galliano.
I agree
It is better than the last year. Main reason, tiktokers and influences rnt allowed this year. The standard is back again and plus many followed this year's theme
The protestors outside screaming themselves hoarse to call attention to the genocide in Gaza definately fit the theme in the most darkly ironic way.
A destructive insane mob trying to destroy something beautiful in the name of a fashionable cause of the year.
A protected Celebrity class trying to escape the angry masses besieging them just for being them.
Yeah, can't disagree.
Wonder what that mob will be protesting during next year's Met gala?
THIS THIS THIS. We really are living in the hunger games
@eya6346the met gala is a fundraiser for the Costume Institute at the Met, who are publicly funded and required to rely on donations to remain operational and continue the conservation of historical garments/artifacts.
@eya6346 I just don't understand what the expectation is. Do you want people to cancel events that have been planned years in advance with thousands of dollars poured into them? Do you want to prevent people from taking a break from the hard and terrible and exhausting things in life by taking one day to look at pretty dresses? I can understand having an expectation for celebrities to mention things while they were interviewed, but what is it that people WANT to happen in regards to this event?
@@bharatcarballo5144 they could start by not posting tiktoks saying "let them eat cake". ming you, the novel this year's theme was based on was abt elites scraping for time from an angry mob by using magical flowers. the celebs are the distracting flowers. They can all attend and look great, but while they're doing that, posting let them eat cake (while dressed for this particular theme), meanwhile israel is using that exact event as a smokescreen for bombing people all the way to Rafah, and now planning and all set up for a ground invasion there?? yh I don't have much sympathy for them and their feelings.
I feel like the theme was a jab at Kim K because of last year
It's actually an ironic coincidence, as Gala themes are decided years in advance.
Ohh interesting! How so?

Also brands don’t care about their spokespersons creativity and daring choices as long as they give them their own pieces to wear to promote them to their teen fans! Even though its not that hard to outdo the men when it comes to met gala outfits, I feel like he even outdid some of the women in this years theme as well.
Flowers? For "The garden of time"? Groundbreaking.
Weird that so many people didn't show, it was SO noticeable this year.
I noticed the people that weren't there way more than those that were. There are people I just expect to be here given their influence this year.
Lady Gaga, Blake Lively, Rihanna and A$AP, Olivia Rodrigo, Billie Eilish, Katy Perry, Anya Taylor-Joy, Margot Robbie, Anne Hathaway, Florence Pugh, Austin Butler, Timothée Chalamet, Emma Stone, Kristen Stewart, Jennifer Lawrence, Bella Hadid, America Ferrera, Pedro Pascal, even Jared Leto's absence was noticed. I know Taylor Swift hasn't come in a long time but this is probably her biggest year of global influence ever.Beyonce with the influence of her country album...
Alot of actors find the event boring. Some only went to the afterparty like Leo Dicaprio
the only one i’m happy didn’t attend was taylor; love her but she is not a red carpet celebrity. her stylist don’t know how to dress her and it shows. they always dress her in outfits that clash with her beauty rather than work with it. she saved herself a lot negative comments by not going imo.

I was surprised I didn't see more people talking about Keoghan, I LOVED that he went so old school with it, and had a different color and texture of fabric than we are used to seeing on men. I did see a lot of praise for Dan Levy, and for as basic as I thought his suit looked, I did find it somewhat charming and on theme, with the flowers fading into blackness.
I think a lot of people are missing that Dan Levy's suit wasn't floral printed at all- It was CRYSTALLIZED.
Every. Single. Tiny. Flower. Was. Hand. Beaded.
For that, alone, he goes way up to the top of the menfolk for me.
When I was a teacher, I could tell by my students’ projects which kids had done the assigned reading and which ones had just skimmed it or looked up summaries online. It’s like most of these celebs and designers only read the title of the assigned reading 😅.
Unpopular opinion: Alia Bhatt's look was very beautiful and much better than some "famous" celebrities.
My fave outfit too but seems like the Indians say it's a basic saree lol
@@seraby7151there are few people more jealous of their own kind than Indians (while the opposite too does exist).. the amount of unnecessary hate she’s receiving is just weird.

@@Dara_107 speaking as a non-Indian who has seen a lot of incredible sarees, while Alia looked really beautiful, I thought Mona Patel's outfit was much more unique. If she had paired it with hair like Alia's, Mona's whole look would've been perfect. I of course can't say anything about what's going on in general, but maybe in this case it's not hate but just being more excited to see something different?
@@corndo9 I agree 100% that Mona Patel’s dress was unique and much better than Alia’s, something Ik about her (Alia) as an Indian is she avoids taking risks so seeing her in an albeit beautiful saree wasn’t something out of the ordinary it wasn’t a basic saree either though (still would recommend you check her out in an ajrakh saree she wore in Jan that was much more beautiful).
But the hate I am talking about is personal, calling her a nepo baby who got there just coz, saying she’s stupid/dumb, she looks ugly, her clothes don’t suit her she’s stubby etc... these were nothing related to her design/ styling but pure bullying in the vogue comments. And also I fully agree with you that the met one is by no means basic. It’s clear that Sabyasachi put a great deal of thought and detail into it even if the end result isn’t super novel. Wild that people are saying otherwise and insulting Alia like that. Fandoms get so toxic for no reason it’s sad

Some people actually did show up very much to them ❤️❤️❤️ had to rewatch this ❤️❤️❤️
I feel like this more and more about the Met Gala - so many people have stopped trying at all with the theme and it's so boring. Like...do one ounce of homework and dress outside the box for once!
I didn't even see Amanda Seyfried until you showed her; her photos are not shown in many other posts. And WOW! I tie her with Tyla for best dressed. Love how Amanda had that head piece; it's just like how Tyla had that hourglass as her purse. And yes, I am so impressed Tyla got it right with her first Met. I'm not even a fan, but I'm happy for her. At first, I didn't think too much of it, but as people kept explaining the theme and I looked at these other people who didn't seem to match it, I got more and more impressed with Tyla. Tyla and Amanda for me, with Tyla being slightly ahead. ⏳❄️ ❤ I also really liked Emma Cham. with the brown lace and the girl who had the tree bodice and white drape as the skirt. And yes, Ali? The one with the pastel sari? Hers, too. Very honorable mentions.
It's Alia.
Also, I saw clips of how Cardi B had the choice between black and a teal-ish green for that same dress, and I WISH so badly she had gone with the green!!!!!!! Her team said bc the dress would've looked blue in certain cameras, but I feel like that still would've been better...sounds like it would've cast an illusion of color, which would've made the dress even MORE interesting and to theme!!!! And instead of the long hat she had, it should've been something shorter with roses and the same green stones in her necklace ON the hat. But...I understand it's easier to see that as the audience. When you're the art and/or artist, you're in the tornado of the selection process.
The entire livestream I thought “where are the extravagant and ornate hats? So many people don’t even look like they had their hair done” 🤦🏽♀️

Genuinely so impressed with Tyla!! For her first met its crazy
Me too! So so many regular attendees put far less thought and care into their looks - I felt like she approached the event with reverence and creativity.
The frozen sleeping beauty dress wore by Elle Fanning was my favorite❤️ It was very imaginative and original how they chose to reference the theme and collection in that way and also Tyla she stole the show
Loved Tyla‘s and Lana del Rey‘s looks and was deeply disappointed by Stray Kids, though that last was kinda to be expected since Tommy Hilfinger was the one to dress them. Still, I couldn’t help but expect more considering stage outfits and that male kpop idols more regularly wear androgynous or feminine styling - if it had to be suits, why not some nice floral patterns, applications or rips/burns that make the clothes look old and semi-destroyed?
exactly, I mean I like their outfits but it felt like an award show type of fashion from like a mama awards or vmas. Like it give earthy elements or anything related to nature
Dont expect Kpop idols to bring it to the met. Tiktokers have more fashion freedom than them lol.
@@seraby7151 I mean sure, but if they had been styled by Versace for example, it could have been a lot more interesting. they need to be under a new brand if you want them to dress up like that. we all know what tommy hilfiger's like, but i don't think the boys do. unless they do research about it beforehand, but i doubt it. they've got other things to do, bigger fish to fry. so for the fans, we just take what we can get. i'm super happy that they got invited, Jennie as well. neither of the two fit the theme but hey, they were invited 😭

This is the best review I have seen, with actual knowledge of the theme and representation of the garments relation to theme. Thank you! You did a great job. ❤
So a lot of people, myself included, looked into the short story that this year‘s met gala was inspired by, and the plot of the short story is about a couple that stays in their home and retreats to use their garden because an angry mob is going to destroy their property. It’s really about the haves vs have nots, the hoarding of resources, and vilifying the masses. I think that too much attention is being placed on their outfits rather than what is happening in the world right now, and this theme, although it was decided last year, feels very tongue-in-cheek and comes across as disrespectful and rude. Some might say elitist… I think that a lot of people are excited to see their favorite celebrities attending, but most did not fulfill their fantasy because they either didn’t understand the theme (or took it literally to be dressed like a flower in a garden) or they realized what the theme was and decided not to dress up because it would have been discussed negatively.
Yeah the story is a bold choice.
Yeah tbh when she was recounting what the short story was I didn’t feel that it was about love or the sands of time, but rather about the rich and elite having the ability, the privilege and resources, to leave the world behind, to live and isolate themselves in peace and in a romantic landscape ignoring the worlds woes. The masses come to reclaim and yet they are the villains.
@@alylopez3721 Exactly, it's doesn't come across as a story about love but holding onto their privilege and comforting one another in the loss of their privileged life. Because if it was about love none of the material items would matter, they would have each other and that's what would resonate.
Now that I know more about the actual theme of the story, I think Emma Chamberland was most on theme with her “decay” dress
After following the gala for 7 years as a teen to young adult, I noticed celebrities either go all out for a few years or completely don’t care for one. I had a good feeling no one cared this year. Thus the mid fashion moment we saw this year…. I don’t just a theory😅
I can't remember for sure but I think Doja Cat said the 'secret' to her wet t-shirt look was hair gel. I think she said it during an interview on the carpet lol
How strange that no one mentions the main reference for Doja Cat's look, sexist competitions of almost naked women for the male gaze...wet shirt competitions.

I wish you'd cover all the events out there! 😅 It's just always so spot on, well edited and you deliver your opinions in such an entertaining way 💗 Love all of it!
the disses you served in this were AMAZING u are amazing
I was definitely waiting for this, I was beyond disappointed in half of the looks. However one refreshing aspect is the men’s fashion was much better this year! Alton Mason in Thom Brown. Also Janell Monet looked phenomenal
I had no idea the garden of time was a story about wealthy aristocrats preserving their perfect world from "mobs" at their doorstep... tone deaf!
But football is okay?
Nvm I shouldve watched the video until the end.
@@Isabelle-hv6ny no, 2 things can suck at the same time, but this video happens to be about the Met Gala
Quite ironic indeed
Their official interpretation is that conservators at the costume institute are buying some time trying to preserve the dresses as long as possible until the decay becomes unstoppable but I completely agree with you, with everything going on right now it is definitely tone deaf.
as someone said, Anna should ban those people who don't follow the theme.
like what is jennie and ariana wearing?
Ariana wasn't that off theme her dress could easily pass, it's doja and Jennie who didn't follow it@@blue_leafs
Isn't she the one who approves these?
@@blue_leafsisn't Ariana on theme tho?
ban? you people have no idea how the met gala works lmfao and i think you're mad about jennie and ariana for a completely different reason
also anna isn't on theme either.
That this video wasn't named The Meh Gala feels like a lost opportunity.
Finally, a good review, who gets the theme and history 😭😭
I’ve been waiting for this video and the thumbnail did NOT disappoint.
I liked Lily Gladstone’s outfit and the Native American symbolism of time and death.
Tyla’s was actually amazing. That’s the coolest thing I’ve ever seen. The idea is great.
My exact thoughts on celebrities just wanting to look pretty. It is the met gala. Let’s be bold 😅
I always appreciate your analysis videos because you talk about more than just the a-list celebrity outfits! you do an amazing job showing a wide variety of costumes and talking about ALL the good and bad ones, not just Zendaya and Cardi B. Thank you!!!
I am obsessed with the way you talk about it, I am always so amused by all you know and share with us, always look forward to seeing your interpretation videos; thanks for doing an amazing job in terms of fashion education
vogue should pay you for making this detailed analysis video 👏👏
Ed Sheeran looked like an exhausted lounge singer ready to retire
I couldn’t wait for your video, I was looking at your Twitter and seeing your reactions 🤣 you’re really funny and unbothered, it’s great, bro!
I wish we had some mushroom/fungus/mold themed outfits - would've been a really cool take on decay and impermanence that still tied into the garden without being just flowers
I love this video, you explain things so well.
I would have like it even more if you were to talk about the things you didn't like either at the start or middle, I feel like you mentioned so many good things about so many people at the start and all that gets clouded by the negative at the end, so when I finish, my overall feel is negative.
Love: Lana Del Rey, Cynthia Erivo, Emma Chamberlain, Tyla, Kendell Jenner, Alex Sharp, Colmen Domingo, Barry Kogean, Zendaya, Gigi Hadid, Sarah Harrison, Wisdom K
Hate: Kylie Jenner, Sydney Sweeney, Shakira, Chris Hemsworth, Ariana Grande, Cardi B, Lizzo, Jennie Kim
Jessica Serfaty was another one I hated too and Mona Patel was one I loved
Idk why Jennie always shows up looking completely disappointing. Like it’s cute but your not reading the room
Your breakdown is always so gooooooodddddd
Literally been waiting for this video & you keep uploading when i go to bed 😭
I was so excited because I thought we’d see some vintage Dior pieces, but oh well.
Zendaya dress absolutely blew me away. So gorgeous ❤ it was 1920s art done with beautiful caramel skin. My favorite met gala look of all time.
I’m so happy you mentioned wsdm because he looked amazing
WE WERE SO EXCITED TO HEAR YOUR REVIEW QUEEN ❤❤❤❤ thanks for the quality content ❤
I really liked this year’s Met Gala! I thought this was the best Met Gala since the Heavenly Bodies one of 2018! I thoroughly enjoyed A LOT of the looks, and the majority of people stuck to the theme in SOME way. Even if it was as basic as just having flowers incorporated into the look, thereby ignoring the deeper themes of time and preservation, this still resulted in the majority of looks contributing to a cohesive visual experience on the carpet.
I love Tyla's look and the hourglass handbag I want one of those of my closet. I wished they did the train of the dress a little better. idk the limitations of scuplting the dress in sand but I wish the train faded away into a sheer fabric so it kinda looked like the sand was disappearing or they played w the sand touching water idea with the train. Just my thoughts though she looked like a queen
Thanks for highlighting so many looks I completely missed! Great vid ❤
i love all your povs on the met, i pretty much agreed with everything you said and i can tell you have a good eye for fashion. keep it up❤
Zendaya's first look is my favorite 💜💙🖤
It was so colorless. So much white/beige/black. I thought everyone would wear saturated bright colors.
And their homes are all White, beige or Grey.....also!!!!!😂😂😂
Huh? There were many outfits with bright colours and plus most of them followed the theme this year. Exept for a few ofz
I was so confused about the theme, glad I have you to go through it
Oh THANK GOD finally someone else that hates Lana Del Rey's look! I feel crazy as a long time Alexander McQueen stan, especially since Widows of Culloden and that closing look is one of his most iconic pieces. The moment Lana showed up I thought it felt like a cheap party city Shein ripoff of the look. It's true that John Galliano adapted his own look for Zendaya, so of course he had an edge in one of those 'referencing an archival piece' looks, but still, Sean McGirr is really proving himself to just rip off Lee McQueen's aesthetics superficially and reproduce/reinterpret them with not even the level of tailoring that Sarah Burton at least delivered since 2012. The construction of the dress and the fabrics looked terrible and the shoes.... guillotine! As we saw with the Karl Lagerfeld year, or the Charles Frederick Worth year, there were some designers that really succeeded in interpreting an iconic designer's vision and adapting it to their own style. McGirr is obviously not one of those designers capable of doing that.
I only saw Wisdom Kaye's look much later in the day, and I was really pleased. I had heard that Robert Wun was doing something for someone at the Met Gala but forgot all about it so it was nice to see such a signature Robert Wun look represented at the Met Gala.
I was following you on Twitter and all of your tweets were spot on! ❤🎉
Thanks for your great video and pretty quick to react after the met !
I hugely appreciated the Lena Mahfouf's outfit with the metallic flower bustier from Schiaparelli. ❤
This theme had so much potential for people to go wild !!!! Some looks where so stunning 🤩
The sand dress was so cool!!!!😍 that girl looked like a young jessica alba.
Nicki Minaj slayed
I watched this red carpet, and I really appreciate your take. I, too, was VERY impressed with the gentkeman (sorry - I missed his name, but all kudos to him) in the burnt scarlet suit. He absolutely rocked, and despite the "costume" elements of his outfit, he did not look ridiculous.
This was excellently done. I didn't understand the theme by just reading it. It made so much more sense when you explained it.
And here I thought Chamberlains dress was just a nod to her coffee brand with the roasted brown color 😅😅😅
I totally missed the decay and dying thing
very pretty look tho
Mindy, Tyla, and Zendaya are tops. I hate to admit though that Kendall looked great in her dress even if it wasn't really super on theme. I'm not a K family fan like AT ALL but she did
I have watched a few top ten met gala moments/outfits videos, but I have seen more new looks here than I can count. seems to me that not only the celebrities don't always know or understand the theme 🙈
loved your video and insight, now I know a lot more about this event ☺️
I’ve seen other videos of the met gala but I think overall I agree the most with what you said in this
I've never clicked so fast, I was waiting for this video to come since the beginning of the met gala!!!
