When I study science topics, after watching a video and/or an article I "pretend" I'm a teacher who explains what I understood (it helps a LOT)

I don't agree on exercise. A lot of classic nerds never touched a weight.
You are a magician. The way you tell the habits is absolutely incredible! The magic you weave with your words has such a beautiful effect that instantly soothes and relaxes me. Thank you so much.
#1 stop watching random UA-cam videos

Your content consistently provides a thoughtful and caring perspective on mental health. It's clear that you genuinely care about your audience's well-being.
IMHO, reading , writing , listening and speaking are the main four habits to make you smart. Other than that memorizing, questioning, experimenting, and solving problems are next.
this video absolutely gets me motivation. i am getting lost these days, but after this video, i feel more calmful and have lots of motivation to get on my track!! keep goinggggggg
I was lucky enough a very long time ago to land a job in a large teaching hospital. I was always interacting with people who were intelligent and highly skilled. I had to learn a lot just to do my job well but more than that I learned extra. I learned things that were beyond anything I needed to know. And I learned about the people I learned from. There is no doubt in my mind that I’m a lot smarter now than I ever would have been without that experience. I enjoy reading outside my field and I learn something new every day.
Thanks for this! Very thought-provoking. Have definitely taken on-board and listed all your top-thinks.
Thank you very much for sharing this amazing video!!
I'm putting it to action. 😊😊
Thank you. I'll try to do these things. I used to write and draw but I lost most of my vision. I still love to acquire knowledge and ask questions.

Thank you so much, this video is really important to change our bad habits❤️
Loving this new channel
That's cool. Some of my friends they are not really hard-working but they do these useful techniques and outcome is so admirable. At first, these things may not creat a reward in short time but in the the long-run which is so amazing. With myself, I am trying for meditation, that is quite strange to me. But many people have recognized the benefit which brings for them. Therefor, I will try to do something good for mental health. Thank you for video, good luck and keep doing it.
thank you for this video! 🎉
Thanks, this was really interesting and informative to watch. 😊
Great video and good pronunciation, thanks a lot.
I really like the content of this short clip. It precisely points out what happens to our phone life every day and provides a dozen of what we can do for intellectual improvement.
I love the 2-page reading the most. It sounds easy and sounds like something I can start immediately and effortlessly. It makes sense that if anybody wants to get smarter, he must learn how to read well.
It surprises me the top tip is meditation, not reading. I can see how meditation can actually be so important in training the patience, calmness, focus, and health. It stops the constant thought and secures the deep breath. It clears the busy mind and focuses on the present moments. It coalesces body with mind and nourishes the best gift - the now. This is a wonderful practice as I enlist some beneficial aspects of medication. Zero dollars but worth gold! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
The music advice is true. You don't necessarily need to play an instrument, but if I listen to some instrumental background music or jazz, my focus spikes in 2 mins max. I become so productive its crazy!
You can with any music, subconsciously or not with the intent, or letting it play in the background helps focus more because it helps when you get distracted
I farted guys 💩💩😂😢🥲

Great advice!
You're smart if:
You meditate and are not afraid to talk to yourself. You read productive material and talk to inspiring people. You exercise, question everything, ask and answer simply, surround yourself with smart people, journal about your life, don't do mindless things, play an instrument, read a book, stay off the internet, paint, write, and did I say read?
Yes u did say read.
Congratulations you got a new subscriber❤️
The best video sur and Thank you so much
hi guys! here are some things i do as a straight A student.
take breaks for 5 mins every 30 mins
at the end of every study session do a summary of what u did and learnt
keep friendly competitions with people who get about the same marks as u or higher BUT NEVER LOWER since that lowers ur expectations.
do puzzles in ur free time
after school read difficult concepts
hope this helped bye! :)
Good advice, can I have u contact?
great extension!
implementing topthink tips in my life has made a huge positive impact 👍🏼 thank you top think!
Ahhh this video is so true
Nice one 😊
Thanks alot
Great video..only correction is on the principle of learning. It was put forth by Richard Feynman and not Einstein.
It's not really easy to keep asking questions when people get annoyed from them and then most make fun of you for asking too many of them. They make you feel down and most teachers in schools unfortunately are like that, resulting in low self confidence and not being able to be as creative.
Do you think teachers and friends are the only source to information? Of course not! Just write down those questions and doubts in your rough block and check the answers on the internet. This will give you inner satisfaction and will soar your curiosity to know more. Just give it a try. All the best 👍
Hi,I think these videos are way too useful. May I repost it on other social medias for English study in my country.I will be super glad to hear from you.
this is very helpful
I'm learning English with this video. I'm using the high exposure method
learning English is a very useful activity for the brain, especially with videos like this👌
I actually watched this video looking for a new habit for my intelligence only to find I do all of them everyday and I was not aware. I'm loving myself
Intelligence is CONTAGIOUS!!!
Definitely useful
Thank you very much for such motivational video! My problem is that I'm very lazy. In my childhood I refused to master the piano due to laziness and now I regret.
I'm lazy too. And laziness is the reason we blame our pasts and what we didn't learn or accomplish! Nothing is stopping us from doing what we missed, if we really wanted to. We've got more recourses than ever before.
Please make a video on reprogramming the subconscious mind and conditioning it to become a money-magnet
Wonderful video

I love reading and doing my english oxford word search ,its kill times and my english voculabory
My smart points are up after this😮
Great video

Tucson Arizona people goes- SMART ALERT!

It’s really important to develop good habits
This is guuud, so many way to make myself smarter, but my spelling needs to make its way smarter.
One of the best measures of understanding is: can you explain it simply and concisely to someone who knows little about the subject matter?
It’s video really good,I’m learn English, and your video really healthy
Wow they do work
The student-teaching method aka Einstein's method is🔥 >>>
Thqnk you. I gotcha bru😅
Nutrition should be added to the list. Even if you are naturally intelligent, having deficiencies in certain vitamins or minerals can stifle or decline your intelligence. Eating the right foods daily is essential.
No.8. I know that I should spend my free time watching informative videos. but i dont know what to watch😭. can you guys recommend some specific sources of educational entertainment for me. Thank youu
Awesome
Very nice video
I do turning on documentary for both entertainment and learning purpose, but I can't really memorise it so I make the conclusion that if you really want to learn sth, focus on the content's quality instead of the quantity, too much input can pressure your brain so we might forget things
I would add learning a foreign language))) Many thanks. Regards from Moscow
so tunrn off this video to read a school book now!
*Learning Stages*
Stage 1
*Unconscious & Incompetent*
Stage 2
*Conscious & Incompetent*
(Toughfes as the first time being out of our comfort zone)
Stage 3
*Contious, Competent*
(We could get the job done with very less/ non guidance. The only thing most important is FOCUS)
...with enough repetition
Stage 4
*Unconscious, Competent*
(Habitual. Example: Riding Bicycle - Mastery)
#Repetition is the key
#Practice make perfect
#learn as we do, do as we learn.
Actually, I'm using that video for learning a new language 😊👌 Because I'm not an English speaker
Nice video
To everyone reading this...I'm sending you positive vibes, good luck charms, and all the best wishes for your exams. May you ace every question, achieve remarkable results, and pave the way for a future filled with success and fulfillment.
Power
How do we get started on doing journaling and what do we write when we are journaling. I have been hearing this amazing advice but I don't know how to implement it properly can someone tell me please. Thank you !
It starts as an interpersonal perspective where you write on the goals you want to achieve, the current state that you are in which you want to improve on such as being more intelligent than before. You journal your journey applying these factors by then state the effects, and if there is improvement. Your journal is your very own story that yourself that can ponder and reflect the day to day essence of your own life. Just start, and you'll reach new heights.
Thankyou charles😊
