I don't agree on exercise. A lot of classic nerds never touched a weight.

    • @R_U_Hoping_2
      @R_U_Hoping_2 4 місяці тому

But avoiding screentime is somewhat hard these days since you need UA-cam or other sources to learn something, so if I need to study some languages, I might need to watch some videos or even use some apps, and when I have a business the I'll need to have extra time in front of my tablet, and even talking or olaying with my friends, so I might only have about 7 hours away from screentime but I think that this isn't enough...

hi guys! here are some things i do as a straight A student.
take breaks for 5 mins every 30 mins
at the end of every study session do a summary of what u did and learnt
keep friendly competitions with people who get about the same marks as u or higher BUT NEVER LOWER since that lowers ur expectations.
do puzzles in ur free time
    after school read difficult concepts
    hope this helped bye! :)

I was lucky enough a very long time ago to land a job in a large teaching hospital. I was always interacting with people who were intelligent and highly skilled. I had to learn a lot just to do my job well but more than that I learned extra. I learned things that were beyond anything I needed to know. And I learned about the people I learned from. There is no doubt in my mind that I’m a lot smarter now than I ever would have been without that experience. I enjoy reading outside my field and I learn something new every day.

It's not really easy to keep asking questions when people get annoyed from them and then most make fun of you for asking too many of them. They make you feel down and most teachers in schools unfortunately are like that, resulting in low self confidence and not being able to be as creative.

    • @supremegaming3872

Do you think teachers and friends are the only source to information? Of course not! Just write down those questions and doubts in your rough block and check the answers on the internet. This will give you inner satisfaction and will soar your curiosity to know more. Just give it a try. All the best 👍

    • @jadeivy_roblox8883
      @jadeivy_roblox8883 26 днів тому

yeah, unfortunately this is true. ik it's not easy, but try to surround yourself with teachers and peers who are okay with asking questions. also, people u talk to aren't the only 'source of info'. you can ponder these questions js in your mind, or you can search up the answers online/look through books and other sources. hope this helps.

    *Learning Stages*
    Stage 1
    *Unconscious & Incompetent*
    Stage 2
    *Conscious & Incompetent*
(Toughfes as the first time being out of our comfort zone)
    Stage 3
    *Contious, Competent*
(We could get the job done with very less/ non guidance. The only thing most important is FOCUS)
    ...with enough repetition
    Stage 4
    *Unconscious, Competent*
(Habitual. Example: Riding Bicycle - Mastery)
    #Repetition is the key
    #Practice make perfect
#learn as we do, do as we learn.

It starts as an interpersonal perspective where you write on the goals you want to achieve, the current state that you are in which you want to improve on such as being more intelligent than before. You journal your journey applying these factors by then state the effects, and if there is improvement. Your journal is your very own story that yourself that can ponder and reflect the day to day essence of your own life. Just start, and you'll reach new heights.

I really like the content of this short clip. It precisely points out what happens to our phone life every day and provides a dozen of what we can do for intellectual improvement.
I love the 2-page reading the most. It sounds easy and sounds like something I can start immediately and effortlessly. It makes sense that if anybody wants to get smarter, he must learn how to read well.
It surprises me the top tip is meditation, not reading. I can see how meditation can actually be so important in training the patience, calmness, focus, and health. It stops the constant thought and secures the deep breath. It clears the busy mind and focuses on the present moments. It coalesces body with mind and nourishes the best gift - the now. This is a wonderful practice as I enlist some beneficial aspects of medication. Zero dollars but worth gold! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I appreciate the knowledge you've provided, There’s this woman I got in touch with during the last economic recession which cost me my job. Ms. Norman Davis helped me manage my assets by introducing my to the best trading method, I earned a lot of $$$ working with Norman at the comfort of my home. I still keep in touch with the amazing lady

Hi there, I’m commenting from Switzerland . Interesting to know she connects with people from different parts of the world. Such an ambitious woman. I got in touch with Ms. Davis early this year. As a newbie in the market, I had little knowledge on predicting the stock market, but with Ms. Norman weekly analysis and advise profits are guaranteed! I received three times my initial deposit in a week!!

Mathew 25:44,45 "Then shall they also answer him ,saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungered, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee? Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did [it] not to one of the least of these, ye did [it] not to me."
