    Thanks. For rescheduling an appointment, can I see options for available slots. Or does it cancel my original appointment and then show me the options for available slots? There is a button for Reschedule on the usvisascheduling website but not sure about it. I dont want to risk my existing appointment before confirming that there are other slots available to reschedule. Can you please provide information related to rescheduling a visa appointment. Thanks.

    I booked an appointment for a later date from the new website itself, as I was not able to see any dates in the recent months (until Feb). When I login today, I am able to see dates in early Feb, but not sure if I should reschedule the appointment after seeing this video - any updates if this error is resolved ? Thanks a lot for the help (I can see the reschedule option on the portal)

    @eagle9 Hi, Is this issue fixed now? Now I see B2 visas available from Jan 2025 not earlier. Any possibility of booking for those dates in 2025 and rescheduling it to May/ June 2024?

    I already had my ofc and consular appointment scheduled in May 2024. I was trying to add my dependent in my application and for this i clicked on close application and start new application. And while at it I got an email that my existing appointment has been cancelled
    Now my appointment is lost, my money is lost, their support team is not helping as they are saying that if you click on close application then your entire application gets closed, even your appointment.
    What should I do now?? I didn't cancelled it, i got no msg saying it will get cancelled. Plz help. I am helpless

    We paid visa fee on 06/08/2023 after that schedule dates were shown. But when we clicked the submit button it was not enabled even after click several times. Then we created a new application and tried claiming the fee which already paid. (Paid twice) but we see below error and not allowing to pay the fee and schedule appointment.
    Error
    A validation error occured for atlas_payment_reference
    Total system decimal out side the valid range (0 to 1000000000).

    Hello! Very informative video, thank you. What would you do if the payment for the application has expired? I'm not able to reschedule appointments anymore. Do I have to only pay once again with same application or create an entirely new application?

      @@vineetwidhani8513 even though your payment has expired, your current appointment is still valid. only if you want to reschedule it's a problem, then you have to pay again.

    After filling out the application for both of my in-laws, making the payment using given payment code and activating the payment on this new site, option to schedule appointment disappeared. One of the dependent in the application was also disappeared and when I try to add her back, it says that user already exist. At this point current application is completely messed up. I see that site has "Close Application and Start New Application" option. Can I use that option to start over the application without needing to pay again i.e. Can I start a fresh application with the same account without needing to pay again? I have been stuck in this issue for more than 22 days and have sent multiple feedback requests through site and their contact email but no avail. Please let me know if anyone has experienced such issue and know how to fix it.

    Need suggestion- My initial OFC & VAC booking is confirmed. But when tried for reschedule I only submitted OFC not VAC but in 'AppointmentManager' I see new OFC is scheduled (not VAC) along with prior bookings. Now, whenever I come on reschedule option, I directly landing on VAC page (OFC is skipping) this is since last 5 days. Tried with all initial trouble shooting like cookie/history clearance, browser change but no luck. Pls assist!🤞

      @@sheenamahmed9758 No solution despite multiple tickets, they only giving generic solution which is of no use. One ticket is not touched by them since a month now.

    Hello, I have booked the appointment on 13thSep for VAC and 14sep for consulate but somehow early in the morning at 9:55 AM I got a message about the cancellation of booking without stating any explanation and now once I would want to reschedule the appointment I am not getting that option since 3-4 days.. can you please help what could be possible reason and what I need to do.

    This issue can be resolved by tweaking the URL of the page. You just have to add /appointment-confirmation to the URL, it will take you to the appointment confirmation page where you can take print of it.

    I have received response from consulate team as below.
    I had got OFC-appointment confirmation earlier, but was unable to book "consular" appointment. I riased query to support team. I got below response from them. However I am not very sure what exactly it means?
    Does it mean, I need NOT book a "Consular apoointment" ?
    Currently I am unable to book "Consular" appointment.
    Any thoughts on this?

    i have booked application on 3rd and paid fee on 4th Nov 23 but due to some minor correction in visa waiver program I try to amend my application but there is no option for correction. So we cancel application and create new application with the same data and corrected visa waiver question. The form was successfully done but hey demand payment for that application. As I have already paid on 4th for same. My all data is as per previous application and ds160 also the same. I don't now how to connect payment with my corrected application. Even they have not given warning regarding that. I have written email to there helpline. I don't now what will happen regarding fee. If you have any suggestion kindly advice.

    have two appointment scheduled but new portal shows only the primary applicant details and barcode. There are no details of dependent and barcode for dependent applicant. i do have appointment confirmation downloaded from old portal which has both the applicant scheduling details, but worried wither both are allowed to go for interview since new portal shows only one appointment.

    I don't see my OFC appointment details anywhere. I only see Consular details at the bottom of the page and in 'appointment confirmation' page.
    Luckily, I took printout the first time I booked my slot.

    I had an appointment for 7th august which got canceled by the embassy itself they gave me a new date for 28th of august but my college in USA is starting from the 28th of august,so I applied for an expedited emergency date,which got approved,i could reschedule it,but the moment I went in,the portal vanished,and again when I tried logging in,the entire application went away.

    Hi Thanks for the video. I logged into the new site, and clicked on reschedule after that i am getting getting error. and only continue application button. I do not want to reschedule and I have the old appointment confirmation letter for drop box. Can i go with old confirmation letter to VAC?

    I booked an appointment for me and my wife a few weeks back. Now my wife is unable to travel with me. So I'm planning to go for the drop box appointment alone.
    I opened the portal today to just check if there's an appointment available prior to the one I have right now. There were none so I went back to the home page and now I don't see the appointment confirmation, reschedule options on the left pane.
    If I use the link described. I'm still able to retrieve my appointment. Now I'm a little worried that if I go to the consulate with this appointment, will it still be valid?

    There is similar issue with VISA Fees. I have paid Fees, logged into new portal, FIRST time I have logged in and I am able to view VISA FEES that I have paid. I tried to select dependents, but I am NOT able to add dependents. So to be sure, I tried to logout and login again. SECOND login is NOT displaying FEES that I have paid.
    Now I am not able to proceed to book dates as FEES are not displayed.

    Unfortunately I clicked on reschedule button and ended up in this problem where I do not know the timings and date for the appointment. I raised the ticket on the portal but no answer yet. Pl let me know if you have any additional thought on this.

    I am able to see my old confirmed dates but its not showing me "Manage Appointments" or "Reschedule Appointments" options. It only showing "Close and start new application" and "Information correction". Anything I am missing from my side?

      Select information correction .. verify the details and save it. Post that you will see rescheduling n other options

    I am able to see my payment amount and schedule appointment option once I logged in for first time, when I clicked back and came to home page from then I don't see my receipt that I paid and couldn't see schedule appointment option.

    Hi, I booked my dropbox appointment using old portal, now after registration process and login in new portal, I am able to see by booked appointment, however I am not able to see any options on left hand side like reschedule, start / close application, appointment confirmation, manage application, feedback etc. what could be the reason and how to resolve it? anybody faced similar issues?     Hii, I booked appointment today(H4 along with H1b) but not showing the H4 applicant’s passport delivery details in the appointment confirmation page. H1b applicant’s is shown. So I tried cancelling the appointment and reschedule it. Though I got sms as yours is cancelled, in the visa portal, it is still showing my appointment confirmation. How can I fix it? Please respond.

      Start a new application with new email id and try …u may get an error that ur profile already exists ..soon I will make a video how to overcome that error

      U can carry new ds 160 directly to biometrics …they will update …Cary ur old appointment and new ds 160 and passport for biometrics …I made video for this …checkout
