    Hello !!!
    So this is what happened overall.
    1. I was trying to reschedule my previous booked slot. I clicked on the reschedule appointment. I booked the OFC slot and in th consular slot I got SGA15 error.
    2. Then I click on the manage dependents and suddenly my previously booked slots disappeared. I raised lot of tickets however didn't get any resolution from support.
    3. Then after I found this link - /en-US/AppointmentManager/ ( Please append usvisascheduling.com before the / as I'm not able to post link here. )
    Otherwise see the pinned comment for the links.
    4. The above link gave me 3 different entries. 2 Entries were belongs to my previously booked slot. And 1 entry was belong to OFC appointment which was rescheduled.
    5. I clicked on cancel appointment and my OFC appointment got cancelled.
    6. Then I visited home page and I got my appointment back.
    I will suggest you to just visit ApplicationManager to verify your old appointment is still there and it did not cancel. Even if you don't want to take risk of clicking cancel appointment that's fine. You still can verify that you have valid slot.

    Dependent biodata locked (1year old). So unable to tag receipt in payment page. No drop down list in payment page.
    Note:.dependent initially added to primary, paid fee, booked appointment and then cancelled. After that we created individual login. There we faced problem.
    2. Primary applicant got visa approved . Visa stamping in process. Still dependent added to the primary acc.
    Im planning to go for dropoff for my dependent. How to proceed with his account. Any help??

    @Mayurdusane I am stuck at scheduling emergency appoint OFC date. It is showing the dates available, but when I submit it a message pop up "an error has occurred." I have submitted a fresh application and still facing the same issue.

    Mayur, I am currently trying to schedule my OFC appointment but it is showing no slots are available in New Delhi and Kolkata. Is it possible to get the dates after an emergency appointment request?
    And OFC appointment and Consular appointment have to be in the same city?

      Not sure about the appointment request. About OFC and consular appointments in same, it depends upon the availability. I'll suggest you take whatever you get.

    Hello Mayur, Greetings! Can you kindly help me pls? I am a k1 visa applicant and no slots are available for OFC at any locations. Any time of the day or night I click it says no slots available for all VAC. My Fiancé is trying to book a slot for me from The States it says no slot available. Do they wait for a required number of applicants per visa category appearing for interview to open slots? I am getting annoyed.

      The openings of specific categories of Visas vary. Try to search when K1 visa slots open on google. You might get an idea.

      you can edit the details during OFC but choosing visa type is really crucial.

    did you find any workaround for "No Slots available" error. Though there are slots available, its always showing this error for me whenever i click reschedule appointments. Basically not showing any dates.

    I found a slot for 24th June 2024 and booked it but after that the consular appointment showed, no slot available . I went back to home page but no appointment shows. I used your appointment manager link and the OFC only appointment shows that I booked. 2 hours later that was also gone. What to do brother ?

      This means slots are not available. You may try later. For particular Visa types they opens the slots in batches.

    I had paid the visa fee for my grandparents on the old portal and while the old one automatically updated the receipt number before proceeding to appointment booking, the new portal is asking for the receipt numbers in order to claim them but I don't have them handy. What should I do?

      All receipts for payment of Machine-Readable Visa (MRV) fees issued before October 1, 2022, will expire on September 30, 2023.
      You should be able to use it. Did you use the same email while registering on the new portal? It will be auto-detected. The system says you can use the previous receipt.

      you can use same fees for it. it's allowed twice I believe.

    Thanks for sharing this, it worked for me. I am trying to apply for a B2 visa with a dependent, I am able to see the appointment confirmation only for the applicant not for the dependent though. I followed your method and this definitely helped as earlier it was stuck on continue application. Any suggestions on how to schedule dependent's appointment?

      You may access dependents using -
      www.usvisascheduling.com/en-US/applicant_details/application_details/additional_visa_options/drop-box-confirmation/manage_dependents/
      Also you can visit this - www.usvisascheduling.com/en-US/applicant_details/application_details/ and then click on next till dependent section comes in.
      But I highly doubt you can do this because you already have appointment confirmation.

      As your scheduled appointment is cancelled, you will not have an option for rescheduling.

    Hi @mayur, can you please suggest, if aware, is it a potential red flag in the interview to have 2 applications for 1 VISA (J-1) with the same DS-160 and passport number?

      They might ask you why there are two applications. I think you should be ready with your answer. See two different visa applications shows your uncertainty, but you are good if you have a valid reason.

      What you've selected? Mostly, you should follow confirmation because that's what is being checked at the appointment. Also, please open a support ticket for this.

    Thank you the Video. I am getting an error while making the payment. I tried all the ETF & Credit/Debit card but no luck. I am getting this error "Here is the error "Invalid Request details". Looks like from the previous application back in 2021 I had made the payment of $190.00 and now the fee is $205 so its trying to collect $15. However, while its processing it sees that payment is already made. Do you know if there is a workaround for the same. Appreciate your response at the earliest. Thank you!!

    @MayurDusane - I may be repeating others but after transition to new site I dont see my mom as dependentor her appointment confirmation. I see My Dad's appointment confirmation (OFC and Consular Next month) but no fees . I tried the link you mentioned for dependents and I see Moms name as dependent added but nothing related to the appointment of visa fees . When I first logged in I did update the profile of my Dad with latest Passport and that time I had seen his appointment confirmation page ( his alone) and I downloaded..Now I dont even see the confirmation. Any hints ?

      I am having the similar issue everything disappeared when I rebooked my appointment and now I have the confirmation of only 1 applicant but not for dependent. I dont know how can I schedule the appointment for dependent

My appointment is in Oct..your is next month right so could you please also let me know how did it go...I read few ppl comments they said their issue was resolved and they saw both confirmations on their page...few ppl also said they created another account with the dependent info and booked the appointmnt from there....

      No. Until you confirmed consular appointment. Even if you submit OFC appointment, your previous appointment still intact. You can watch my new uploaded video where I discussed another issue that I faced. That might help you to understand more.

      Your old appointment will be still intact. I'll suggest you to go for OFC at scheduled time. You can sort out this issue in OFC.

      I don't think you can do this. To confirm the OFC you must bee consular appointment too.

      If this is about profile and not DS160 then you can change it during OFC appointment. Just ask the officer to make the necessary changes. Of course, bring the proof of it.

    1.When i am filling dependents details its only allowed me to add their relation and passport details but visa type it was showing as a H1b instead of H4 and not able to change, could you please help me on this that could be great help.

      Did your issue get resolved? In my case I want to remove dependent but unfortunately don't have the option there. I did not enter any other details, just the name. Would making payment schedule just my appointment or would that create an issue?

      In my case it didn't cancel existing appointment. It just cancelled the latest one. But if you want to go with existing appointment, you don't even need to cancel it. Just appear for biometric and interview at the slotted time.

    Good Morning sir,
    I am facing issues with booking appointment in the NEW portal for US visa scheduling.
    I created profile primary profile. Added dependent. Created profile for dependent.
    Dependent added successfully. Paid fees. Fees reflected in the primary profile.
    Was able to see schedule appointment option.
    Upon clicking the same, able to see Primary applicant name and Dependent name.
    Selected the location, able to see the available dates.
    Upon selecting date was able to see time slots.
    Selected the slot and Submit button got enabled.
    Upon clicking on Submit button, a pop up is displayed with the following message. An error has occurred

      That is totally fine. Even my case was the same. I was trying to reschedule and at the day of the OFC it was showing chennai instead of Mumbai. Even my appointment of OFC got disappeared.

      Yes, we need to book both slots together. Getting both appointments is more important. So I'll suggest you take whatever you get.

    I came to new portal to book my visa appointment and followed the usual steps. In the end, I clicked on Manage Dependents button on the Confirm Appointment page.
    Then, I clicked on Next on that page and now, my fee details have disappeared from the home page and it only shows a Continue Application button instead of the Appointment Confirmation button on the home page.

      SO you didn't book the appointment yet? In this case from appointment manager tries to cancel the appointment if there is any. Otherwise, try to reach out to support.

      If you haven't schedule consular appointment previous, I believe you can cancel OFC as many times as you want. However if you have confirmed consular appointment, you get only 2-3 retries as per old portal. You need to confirm this once from Visa website.

      If it's says not slots available that means slots are really not available. However, you need to monitor continously for slots.

    I had my ofc and counseler appointment booked
    However after 1 day i got a mail that my ofc appointment is cancelled. I do not know why? Now the ofc dares are available after few months and at present i can only see interview scheduled. Extremelly irrated with this.
    Did someone else face this? Please share your experience.

If you cancel this appointment, you will not be able to schedule a new appointment until your application is paid in full" but i paid the fee in August 2023 only so it should be valid till Aug 2024 but why it is telling this? how to resolve this? what to do to cancel the appointments so that i could close the application and start fresh application, please guide & help.

      So, do you have an appointment for B1/B2 within your family? If so, you must cancel it and book it for F1. You can use the account manager to cancel appointments.

    Need suggestion- My initial OFC & VAC booking is confirmed. But when tried for reschedule I only submitted OFC not VAC but in 'AppointmentManager' I see new OFC is scheduled (not VAC) along with prior bookings. Now, whenever I come on reschedule option, I directly landing on VAC page (OFC is skipping) this is since last 5 days. Tried with all initial trouble shooting like cookie/history clearance, browser change but no luck. Pls assist!🤞

      Hello. The same happened to me. First, until you book a consular appointment, your previous appointment is still valid.
      In the appointment manager if you cancel the appointment it will remove your current OFC booked. But this is risky. It worked in my case and only removed the currently booked OFC.
      I don't know if they made any changes since it's been 2 months.

      @@Mayurdusane yes, cancelling the appointment is risky option may cancel. Can I reschedule Consolate appointment when I appeared for OFC already? I'm getting SGA01, SGA20 error in doing that reschedule. And the actions like latest java update, deleting histrory/cookies is not helped though.

      @@Mayurdusane appointment schedule when we book both OFC & VAC together. But in my case alone OFC got scheduled, it been 14days now can't see ofc page.
      In order to see VAC availability we select any OFC then come on vac page and if don't select vac here then appointment won't schedule but for me that random selected ofc got scheduled.

    Hi can u help me with this issue: My mom had appointment on August 31(biometrics) and sep 7th( interview). When we logged in to new portal we tried to reschedule appointment and consular page appeared and we dint realize that I booked a date. Post which our office appointment disappeared and 2 consular appointment were showing when we tried to cancel it both consular appointment got canceled… we tried to contact support team and we got reply that all our appointments shows cancelled…. Can we still go for biometrics and interview with appointment confirmation letter from old portal ?

      Hi Mayur, i had lost everything and after watching your video I cancelled my appointment and then followed the process, booked ofc for 29th September but nothing for consular, after trying multiple times-
      It’s says -You may only reschedule 1 more time. If you continue you will be unable to reschedule again.
      I have tried all the links, works, says the same in reschedule or schedule link.
      Kindly suggest the fix

      @@Mayurdusane so here is the thing I had my appointment on 27th October and I raised a emergency request it got approved validity 18th august, wasn’t able to submit anything.
      Then watched your video cancelled my appointment and used the reschedule link to try and book slots, got ofc for 29th September but now for consular it always shows no slots available. I’m stuck.
      Also one of my friend tried through an agent he got his account fixed like all the options are showing up now and he got both ofc and consular for in September.

      No that doesn't mean your OFC got booked. OFC only get confirmed when you booked the consular appointmen too.

    hi Mayur ! I have strange problem. Got Emergency Request approved, but not able to submit even OFC appointment. I am seeing dates, timings and SUBMIT button too, but after pressing submit button nothing happens, and again submit button gets enabled. I can press that as many times I want, but to no avail. No error code. Helpline is non-responsive. My emergency requirement is running out by 23rd August and I am stucked with appointments. Kindly help with your experience.

    Can anyone answer please, how to make payment using debit/credit card in the new scheduling system. Who is the recipient in the payment page--the applicant or the embassy. This new system is so annoying.

      It is indeed. I straight away went to Axis Bank and paid. It reflected in 1 business day. My debit cards were giving error.

    Hello, i paid the visa fees and its seen on new portal. i could also see schedule appointment option however when i try to book an appointment am getting an error message "An error occurred" can you help

      Can we select b1/b2 option instead of b2 alone. What if we need to edit visa option for primary details later? Also can we find dates availability before fee payment? Plz suggest

    Hi. I have applied for an Emergency Visa and they approved my request, But after approving i am unable to reschedule , Unable to click on Submit button , They approved till 18aug and 18 aug passed , Now they again open my window and now when i reschedule now onwords showing SGA01 and SGA20 Error, I cleared everything cookies. ETC.. also tried on Edge, Brave. Nothing happned Please help on this.. Please what to do now please suggest

      We also same faced same issue. Unable to book emergency appointment . It says no slot in all embassies. Aug 28 is gonna pass.what to do. If u have idea pls share. Thanks

      @@mubeensultana149 book earliest appointment. It might be november also. Then emergency request option will be shown. If u click you, need to give details, then ask for documents to upload, maximum five or six. Then it take 2-5business days to get an email

    Hi mayur, at 3:51 like in urs it's Mumbai and other one is Chennai....same in mine I booked both for Delhi but it's showing Delhi and other column Chennai..what does it mean, why it's showing Chennai...I booked both for delhi

      Thanks for your reply....I just tried logging in and go to the reschedule appointment link on the left bar but as soon as I select any center from drop down menu it says loading error and do not show any dates

    I have pdf of my first appointment when i accidentally rescheduled it i lost my first one but i have saved my first appointment pdf so i want to know is that pdf work on my appointment date or else i have reschedule it!?

      If you just clicked on the reschedule but didn't really reschedule it then you can directly visit OFC with previous appointment pdf. I did the same.
