Thank you for this video. Helped a lot. However I think the cause of the problem is, when I update the URL to appointmentmanager in the end of the URL. I can see there are two OFC appointments. Is there a way to cancel the new one which did not have an equivalent consular date or do I have to select cancel appointment, which I believe may cancel all appointments of primary applicant and dependent. The, rebook the appiontment?

I already have valid C1D visa which will expire next month so I applied for new interview waiver category visa as I scheduled for appointment I have got two dates my OFC is 29 August and my consulat date is 26 sept. I don't understand why do I need consular when I have opted for interview waiver category visa. Can you pls help

Sir, me and my husband filled the visa together under one profile. Before watching your video I had already been stuck on the reschedule appointment page. Now I could even reschedule through my personal profile and was stuck till date. Today I tried and it got through the consular dates and booked the ofc date on its own plus changed my location. Now I am not able to reschedule it again. Please help what can i do?

Hello Sir, I booked an appointment for my Parents on January 2023, later I changed to January 2024. Now I am trying to download appointment-confirmation from new CGI portal. appointment-confirmation page shows old dates which January 2023 but I can see "Manage Appointments" tab with new "January 2024" Dates. In the early days of confusion with new portal, when I was trying to reschedule appointment, I got SGA15 error and was wondering what do. I saw the "Manage dependents" tab and pressed it. Now it is showing 0 dependents but not showing reschedule option. If I press "continue application" it takes me to document delivery and when I submit that it gets back to the earlier page where no "reschedule tab" is present and it shows "0" dependents. How do I get back to the original situation and have "reschedule " tab appearing?

I already had my ofc and consular appointment scheduled in May 2024. I was trying to add my dependent in my application and for this i clicked on close application and start new application. And while at it I got an email that my existing appointment has been cancelled
Now my appointment is lost, my money is lost, their support team is not helping as they are saying that if you click on close application then your entire application gets closed, even your appointment.
What should I do now?? I didn't cancelled it, i got no msg saying it will get cancelled. Plz help. I am helpless

Guys initially when migrated my accounts from old to this new portal then In my appointment confirmation screen only one applicant information was shown although my existing slots were for two applicants. When i see this issue then immediately I raised a feedback issue in the new portal. After 4-5 days when I again went to my appointment confirmation page then I was able to see both of my applicant information. So either it got resolved automatically after 4 - 5 days or they resolved it after receiving my issue ticket. But luckily my dependents went through the H4 interview processes successfully and their visa got approved 😊

Sir can you pls guide .We orginally submitted Ds 160 on 14th July '23 and then paid in the old system last month .We just submitted new Ds 160 on 14th Aug "23 .My mrv fee receipt has the DS 160 no of by July submission .I want to update the new Ds 160 nos in this new system ,but there is no option .Pls guide .Can I just take a print out of my latest DS160 and ask them to update it when I go for my biometrics or any steps to be taken prior to my biometrics?
Just take print of the new ds 160s confirmations..no need to update in portal…I made a video on this also.
